Yeri guzel, ulasim rahat.Personel cok tardimci. Los Angeles sicaginda odada buzdolabi olmaliydi.
Havaalanina cok y akin fiyat hizmet dengesi cok iyiydi
It was clean and attractive. The public spaces and my room were too cold. I couldn't reset the thermostat.
Very clean, very close to the airport, workers were nice. No fridge in room. Parking is not free.
Location, wait staff, pool, weight room Smelly stain in hallway, pointed out to staff, nothing done. Gap between hall doors and floor results in noise and lost privacy.
My suite was very nice & clean. The staff where really friendly & very helpful LOVED IT!!
I like the environment. It was quiet, comfortable and warm. The King size bed was awesome. they charge the bottle water, come on!
Average hotel. I chose the hotel for a weekend stay after noting that it is listed as a 4-star hotel. I am not sure how these a ratings a made but relative to all the hotels that I have stay in, this Sheraton is likely only meeting the bare minimum of the criteria to maintain a 4-star rating. Average room Very poor customer service. It took over half an hour to check in to a hotel that was already paid for online.
Expensive Buffett breakfast. Expensive orange juice and coffee. Breakfast buffet tasted like it was out of a can. No selection for ala cartel for breakfast. No vegan selections. Extra charges for room service, 2 different charges. No bathtub/shower combo. Parking distance from hotel.
Very nice place
located near LAX so convenient for meeting or overnight stay for flight itinerary Service exceedingly slow at the desk and in the restaurants. Had to ask for food 3 times before served. Desk personnel super slow - only two working and very inefficient. Took over 30 minutes to check 4 people in! Room clean but showerhead set for hobbit height. I am only 5'9" and it was at chest level. Sink fixtures loose.
Everyone was super nice. The place was goregous
Valet service was accommodating and let me unload the baggage I had with me. Nobody helped with the luggage and car seat I was lugging. Bellman with a rolling luggage cart walked right past me. Front desk was not very welcoming and friendly either. Must be because Sunday evening I was guessing. The bartender who took my food order was acting like he was doing me a favor by placing the take out order, but the hostess was friendly though and smiled when me my wife and my one and a half year old walked in.
Location and shuttle timeliness. I didn't appreciate being charged for valet when I never had a car parked at the hotel. And then making an attempt to get in touch with the finance department of the hotel was nearly impossible. I left messages and called repeatedly only to never receive a call back.
The rooms had potential They are doing full on construction & demo while still renting rooms. Loud demo started at 7am & continued throughout the day. All day! Super noisey I'm surprised they are allowed to book rooms! Awful the manager gave us a discount
Beverly Laurel is my go to place whenever I'm in LA. The rooms are clean and spacious. The customer service is exceptional, and the staff is more than accomodating! There's a restaurant named Singers 5 feet from the hotel. The food is delish, and I've spotted a celebrity or two whIle eating there. Definitely the hotel to book if you're looking for style and great location.
Bathroom has no mirror; bed is dirty, I have to wear my cloth while sleeping; floor worn out, smell bad.
The only thing I liked was the location. It is near everything. The room was really dirty and with no manteinance at all. We were awake by the hotel staff at 8 am to see if the could clean the room! 8 am!!! incredible. During our trip to USA we stayed in 3 hotels and this one was the most expensive, ugly and dirty.
Really liked the idea of the hotel, but really under construction. The room was clean, but very minimalist. Staff were helpful. The location was great, though. Very noisy. Construction workers moving around right outside our door. And temporary access entrance door was open all the time, so it felt a little unsafe.
Very clean, quiet, and friendly staff. Love the Swingers diner attached where you can get breakfast/lunch/dinner anytime. This hotel was convenient to everything we wanted to see in Hollywood/Beverly Hills. We walked to the Star Line hop on-hop off bus tour and were able to go everywhere we wanted. I highly recommend this hotel!
Location Location Location!!!! Right where you need to be! I stay here every time I'm in LA .. The room I had this time wasnt as new/renovated like the other rooms I've stayed in previously. I was a little disappointed but still enjoyed my stay non the less and will definitely return.
This is a well-located hotel, with good value for money. Our family of four stayed in a single room which had two beds, a huge shower and was quite clean. Bathroom has a separate W/C so more than one person could be in there. TV set up offers bluetooth/VGA/HDMI connectivity, so bring a cable. There are no decent toiletries provided, just soap and a combo shampoo/conditioner. We expected this, so it was fine. Room was very bright, so had to use shades and close bathroom door. We also had foam pillows, which are a little hard.
Enjoyed my stay in a well designed and highly stylized room. It was comfortable and had every amenity I needed.
Hotel staff are great people. The Swingers Cleanliness of bathroom could be improved.
Walking distance to 3rd St with a lot of restaurants and shops. Also a 10 min walk to the Grove. It can get very noisy, particularly on weekends when partiers are arriving at 3am and are loud and obnoxious. The management doesn't seem to do anything about the noise.
classic 50's/60's style noisy, hear people talking in the hallway
şehir merkezinde olmasını beğendik daha girişte booking.com fiyatından daha farklı fazla fiyatla karşılaştık, itirazım üzerine fiyatı normale çekebildik.
oda son derece guzel ve temizdi otoparki cok pahali
Location Everything else
Location . Dirty windows , no tooth paste , and furniture was dusty
The Westin smell. Their signature scent is what we yearn for. Please send us some sample diffusers. Proximity to LAX is unbeatable. The shuttle was prompt and clean, rooms were clean, staff was extra pleasant. Fast-Track-NU Car rental was great. Located in the lobby of the Westin. Toilet made a pretty loud whistling noise for a solid 30 seconds after flush. Room 379. The charge for parking my rental car in the space already owned by the rental car company in the Westin lobby was kind of annoying.
The hospitality and the convenience of different complimentary that the hotel offers. The clerk during check out was a little less warmer than the other clerks I have spoken to during my stay. She was a little impatient when I ask about the hotel holding my luggage until my flight.
They called and made sure the crib we requested made it into the room. It was not there so they expedited it up to us.
staff was nice and it was a good quality hotel self-parking was $50 a night and the mattress was waek
I have been staying here one night a week for a class I have on the weekends....the night at the Westin is my best night of sleep all week! Comfy beds.
The staff was great. The room was clean but the hallways were a bit dated. Having to ask for a small refrigerator. Paying 33$ a night to park.
The bathrooms were clean... This was s unionized hotel and we didn't know about it. I wish this was communicated to us before. The morning after our check in, a group of union members gathered in front of the hotel and were protesting for more than an hour with a bull-horn loudspeaker. They started at 7:00 am on a Saturday!!
The restaurant food was good. Curt at the bar was an absolute delight very professional and personable.
I had classes up in Hollywood, but I didn't recognize the hotel names in that area. I chose this Westin, by the airport... and like always Westin was Excellent. Beds are very comfortable!
I LOVE the beds! I just stayed one night, usually I cannot sleep well the first night in a new location....but in these beds I slept just like I was in my bed at home.
The hotel is extremely nice. The location is perfect in downtown. The staff members are friendly, helpful and are always there to assist. When we asked about a good place for breakfast they not only recommended a restaurant but took us there in the hotel limo. Our stay was super...! Bruce Having to leave.....
Everything costs $$
Bed and pillows were ok. Carpet was in good condition. Bath tub drain surrounded by rust. Sink had chips. Toilet paper was very scratchy.
Garden & staff Bathrooms & No pool
I liked the downtown location the price was good for that type of hotel. Free cookies at check in are nice but they didn't have any :( I watched some homeless person wipe their behind a block away on my arrival. The late night staff was grumpy and non-helpful.
Staff was nice super expensive. homeless people were lined up outside in tents
parking was way too expensive
Booked the hotel and got a confirmation email. When going to check in at 11:30 at night I was told I had no reservation. After being in the phone for an hour with customer service, I was told my reservation was actually in Wisconsin. WISCONSIN?! Thanks for making me stranded in downtown LA at midnight. I will never use this service again.
The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cookies were unlimited. I would come back. NO POOL???? This is LA! 85 degree and NO Pool? Seriously? Also parking was crazy high! $35 a night to park at a hotel that I'M PAYING to stay at is just stupid. There should be complimentary parking. Ecspecially because they don't even guarantee your cars safely! What am i paying you for??
$32 self parking ! Rooma not worth the price.
Great restaurant. I was forced due to death in the family to reduce my stay by one night. The hotel, & booking agency was not forgiving at all & had to pay for the night i was not there. Upsetting & costly to say the least.
The amazing and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comforting. The balconies provided privacy from the neighboring balconies. It takes too long to be reimbursed for the money deducted for incidentals at check-in.
Convenience to freeway & house - left for termite tenting. Gym facilities very small.
Free parking and courtesy vehicle to locations in 3 miles radius Not very conducive to walking around for a bite to eat.
Friendly staff & nice restaurant & bar on top floor. Easy access to all LA areas. Very noisy. Just a few yards separates the building from the freeway. The staff suggested we keep the AC on to drown out the traffic noise. It was clean enough but I wouldn't call it a deal & overall nothing to write home about. Very car dependent. No restaraunts within walking distance except for the nice/expensive one in the hotel. I'll try another hotel on my next LA staycation.
Customer service overall was great. One person in particular went above and beyond to help me with staying in the same room all three nights. Thumbs up that parking is included in the price. My back hurt sleeping on the bed. That said, my back hurts on almost all beds; I have a hybrid at home. I don't like that you can't get the same rate for each night of a multiple-night stay. While the location is one/half mile from my cousins, I don't like being that close to the highway. I would, however, stay there again.
the location and the design of the pettit hotel, so nice!!
great mattress in the room noisy from the 405, very small room, barely any towels in the room, elevator not working, had to use stairs; you would expect something different at $300/night. No mini bar in room, just an empty fridge. It's out of the way to catch a 7-11 or something also, so you just have to remain thirsty or drink tap water (which I did!)
clean, trendy, people eager to help pillows too big. shower not hot enough. room service slow
Like the friendly staff from the front desk It was not service at the pool And the service at the bar on the 17th floor
I have some mixed feelings about my stay at Hotel Angeleno. It seemed like every good thing was followed by a "but." I picked up this hotel with an insane "90% off" sale on Expedia, so after taxes I was paying $50/night. They included valet parking for me, but my friend drove up to stay with me for a night and they wanted to charge him $25/night for parking. I had emailed and asked for a room with two beds, but they were unable to accomodate me. They sent me an air mattress which ended up deflating instantly, and they replaced with another air mattress which also deflated, though not as quick. They also brought me a fridge since the fridge in the room was more a "cooler" (their words). There was some hella loud construction going on in the hotel, so I didn't sleep as well as I'd have liked. And that was on top of the noise you hear from the freeway, which sounds like you left a door open. Other than all of that, the room itself was great. Not huge, but nice amenities and a comfortable bed, plus a coffee maker and a decent shower. Staff were all pretty friendly.
Location close to convention center and LA Live area. $14 per day service charge
The room has multiple sources of soft indirect lighting, including a switch for mood lighting circling the bottom of the bed. So it's very romantic, although maybe a little dim near the entry area. I really liked it. We slept great on the beds and the shower is really strong. It was a very refreshing stay. There was a continental breakfast included but we skipped it to stay in bed. Parking is literally next door, and 18 bucks per 24 hours is better than in a lot of places in downtown LA. My fifth floor room's view was the featureless brick wall of the next building, almost close enough to reach out the window and touch it. Not kidding. Like some kind of urban planning mishap. You get a little sunlight in the morning, like being at the bottom of a well. I was amused, but it might shock others. The AC unit had a temperature control feature, but it seemed to run too long before shutting off. The hallways leading to the rooms are not air conditioned at all, so when it's 100F in LA (like it was when we were there), it's 100F in the hallway. Housekeeping needs to obey the DND hangtag, seriously. -_-;
I really liked how friendly they were and how helpful they were.
the hotel was nicely redone and is in a good central location for downtown and events at staples centre. you can hear conversations from other rooms above and below you. there was loud music in the room below us that we notified the front desk about at 12:30 am-noise didn't stop. after asecond call to front desk they said they can't control all guests so we requested to change rooms if they weren't going to stop the noise so at 1:30 am we moved to another room. seems to me the noisy guests should be the ones moving or leaving the hotel if they can't be quiet after 11:00 pm!!!
Elegant and fashionable hotel. Nice rooms. Breakfast was the same everyday. Not an european style breakfast. Fridge didn't work. Bad room view on a wall. A bit problem with parking.
The location was great and close to everything in Downtown. Its a quick Uber ride to Hollywood. It has a boutique feel so don't stay there if you are looking for a hotel chain feel. The hotel itself is very trendy. It has a bar and restaurant downstairs. We also like the fact that you have to use your card to take the elevator to your room which makes it feel more safe and exclusive. The room was small but I suppose big enough for us 2. We used it mostly to sleep. The room is a little old and worn out but it worked out ok considering we paid less than the other hotels going rate. There was a smell we couldn't make out. It went away after we were there for a day.
food at the restaurant no
Our room was well designed and comfortable. The hotel's restaurant wasn't open over the 4 days we were there, except for a party.
The situation, the style, confort, the hospitality, the welcome, the services The breakfast was too simple, no real choice
The location was perfect for what I needed access to. Staff were condescending and dismissive (particularly Javie) with very poor customer service skills. In the middle of my completely calm discussion with Javie about why he tried charging me twice for my stay (with an outrageous incidental hold charge), I was on the receiving end of the rudest "hold on" finger gesture when he decided that was the appropriate moment to take a phone call. Dark, stuffy hallways, dark rooms (the few lights that were in the room were dim and poorly located), broken down mattress, SPIDERS (killed three during my 7-day stay), and breakfast was weak (OJ, bran cereal, coffee/tea, instant oatmeal). Neighboring rooms were noisy beyond belief. I was awakened in the middle of the night several times throughout my stay to a screaming child, elephants upstairs and neighboring rooms blasting loud music on the featured Samsung Smart TVs. While on the way to the hotel prior to my stay, I was excited to see I could text the hotel to check in and ask questions. Microwaves available? No. This made leftovers from restaurants wasted. Could you provide me service and price information for your spa? No, here's the phone number so you can call them yourself. Truly disappointing and put a big damper on my first trip to LA. BUT, if you need a hotel that is centrally located, and the Milner and Biltmore are too pricey for you, then O Hotel is in a good spot.
Stylish and comfortable hotel. Appreciated the continental breakfast everyday. Wish there were more options for breakfast. And wish there was bottled water in the room everyday.
Water wasn't running. Elevator wasn't working.
Very very questionable place to stay... Hotel policy, Canceled one night refused a refund even though the booking service was ok to issue a refund. Reception is a joke - takes forever to check-in.
Breakfast Everything but breakfast
not much just about everything. I have stayed in better Motel 6s
Nice lobby Small room, reminiscent of a hostel, shower was nearly useless, no water pressure and shower head broken, not to mention sized for a 5'6" person...
There were spiders behind the curtains in the room. They don't tell you when you purchase the room that the only available parking is Valet, then hit you with a $30 valet fee.
clean beds and generally fairly priced compared to most hotels The staff and managers are horrible. they keys contantly did not work , if you ask the staff for anything they give a stuck on stupid look on their face as if they are being inconvenience for you asking for any type of service. they are certainly not in the service business but pack check. the managers do not try to resolve situations or act as if they care about the guest concerns. Lacking major resolution and communication skills. the location is not convenient
The ladies restroom on the main floor is way too dark! I could hardly see!
I didn't get a chance to try anything. I had to cancel yet was still charged the full amount. They have lost my business for life
Comfertable there is no noise of room servise Two things i didnt like towels was very bad quality and brightness inside room they should change all towels and but stronger curtain
The staff was extremely rude probably the rudest I've ever encountered at a hotel front desk. Hotel was very plain and the decorations look terrible to overall very bland would not go back ever
parking options are sketchy
Good all around. Reasonable price, nice bed and bath. Easy Uber ride from LAX.
Good local bus for $3.00 round trip going to Manhatten Beach area with shopping and restaurants if you want to kill a day waiting for a night flight home.
I really slepted comfortably in the beds. And the morning breakfast was awesome!! I didn't like the fact that the couch was broken, so therefore uncomfortable.
Good facilities, excellent breakfast, good Managers Reception every night, very good value for money.
Checked in within 10min. of arrival, one person ahead of me. Room was great, clean, and comfortable. Great selection for room service. Food arrived within 20min., hot! Food tasted great, I had the pork slider, flatbread pizza, and porkchop. Drinks were cold. Although the food tasted great, it cost me $83! Little pricey. My room was in a corner, next to a storage room, #316. I felt like I was different.
The hotel was spacious, clean, well located. Staff were wonderful and facilities great. Amazing shopping a short taxi ride away. Convenient small shop right across the road for basic supplies as well as food, drinks and wine. An easy, enjoyable stay, and great location for getting to LAX early in the morning for our flight. Perfect stay!
The hotel staff were great. Resturant food great....the rooms are a bit tired and in need of freshening up.....smelt stale....very dark and gloomy.. The towles had holes in them not impressed at all.
The room was gorgeous! I did not expect the look of an indoor lobby that almost look outdoors! Very cool. Breakfast was delicious and my stay with my boyfriend was fantastic. Thank you!
The room was very comfortable - I liked the two rooms. The breakfast was just great!! I liked the big flat panel screen in one room and the second tv in the bedroom. The staff was very frienly and helpful. If you ask me if there was anything I did not like about the Hotel, that is a complaint. Not everyone has the time to file a complaint with the hotel while traveling - you should realize that. 1. only one of the two tv remotes worked. 2. The sink in the main bathroom backdup immediatly when used. Hotel management needs to insure those items are checked for usability every day.
It was clean, comfortable and I felt safe there. would have liked some bacon with breakfast. The shuttle was a little late. I thought I was going to miss my flight out. But I made it.
Very good room, excellent beakfast.
Breakfast buffet and evening snacks always appreciated and valued Sometimes too much roominess and little time to use it all in the spacious suites... But definitely a valued benefit
Daha iyi bir otel seçilebilirmiş
. . . . . . . . Terrible! Felaket!
The honesty of the housekeeping staff was comendable. The safe was left open all day with valuables and money visable, and they remained untouched. The general dining room was extermely friiendly annd efficiennt. A little pricy for what it is.
The hotel had a glich at their end & did not show my reservation and the hotel was completely booked.
Staff helped us with the set up of a baby bed
The room and restroom was very clean and the restaurant for breakfast very good Room is small
The pool is nice The rooms are very very small, the treatment to the costumer is really bad. Not reccommended.
The Wifi service
Clean, comfy beds and decent restaurants within. Room smaller than expected, especially the bathroom
The front desk people were very polite and helpful. I stayed on the 4th floor and it was very noisy. Every noise from the hallway could be heard in the room. Also the TV turned itself off right in the middle of a program.
Really great staff. Enjoyed the wine pairing and tasting menu at steak house.
Had to wait at airport for 35 minutes for shuttle to pick me up. Unacceptable!!
We liked the close proximity and convenience of the free shuttle to the airport terminal. The staff was courteous. The room and bathroom was clean. No noise. So all in all, this was a pleasant experience. We stayed at this hotel while we were in transit for another flight. As a result, the only thing thatvwe were looking for was a clean, quiet and cheap place ton stay by the airport. We had no other requirements: shopping, spa, swimming pool, etc... So, insight of that there was nothing negative to say about this hotel.
Bed was very comfortable Door to balcony was not sealed, so there was noise and air leaking in.
The only thing I could possibly say that I liked was the fact I was able to book a room at the last minute. Dirty rooms, including the sheets, bathrooms, carpet and old furniture. Discourteous front desk personnel, no amenities, bad neighborhood, prostitutes in garage, double charges on credit card, etc.
I think the hotel has a good location...that's the only good point. Cleanliness, comfort, services, facilities...
Only location. Parking fee 10$ per day is outragrous. Rooms don't have refrigerator.
Location in LA downtown. Proximity to all connections. Last minute price for king-room was attractive. Hotel gives an impression it was renovated in the 70's last century. Very poor condition of rooms, furniture, floors. Extremely small bathroom. Air-conditioning in the room works as loud as diesel engine.
Quite old hotel, not that nice. Surroundings not pleasent at all. seemed like the mexican area, strangers on the street at evening time. Almost nothing around. Would not stay there again!
The staff were very helpful The bathroom was very small
The bed was big and comfy No coffee cups in room. The room key card did not work the first 3 times they programmed them.
Very cheap and great location. Only breakfast available at restaurant.
Very good position at the downtown, near the 7th street and subway central station. Room and bathroom is small.
staff, location, comfort
It was a great room, they are currently remodeling the hotel so during the day there is a little noise from construction. The staff was polite and great as well. I wish the bathroom was a bit larger because two people trying to get ready at the same time isn't going to happen.
