Havaalanina cok y akin fiyat hizmet dengesi cok iyiydi
Yeri guzel, ulasim rahat.Personel cok tardimci.
Location, wait staff, pool, weight room Smelly stain in hallway, pointed out to staff, nothing done. Gap between hall doors and floor results in noise and lost privacy.
Everyone was super nice. The place was goregous
Very nice place
Location and shuttle timeliness. I didn't appreciate being charged for valet when I never had a car parked at the hotel. And then making an attempt to get in touch with the finance department of the hotel was nearly impossible. I left messages and called repeatedly only to never receive a call back.
Average hotel. I chose the hotel for a weekend stay after noting that it is listed as a 4-star hotel. I am not sure how these a ratings a made but relative to all the hotels that I have stay in, this Sheraton is likely only meeting the bare minimum of the criteria to maintain a 4-star rating. Average room Very poor customer service. It took over half an hour to check in to a hotel that was already paid for online.
My suite was very nice & clean. The staff where really friendly & very helpful LOVED IT!!
Valet service was accommodating and let me unload the baggage I had with me. Nobody helped with the luggage and car seat I was lugging. Bellman with a rolling luggage cart walked right past me. Front desk was not very welcoming and friendly either. Must be because Sunday evening I was guessing. The bartender who took my food order was acting like he was doing me a favor by placing the take out order, but the hostess was friendly though and smiled when me my wife and my one and a half year old walked in.
It was clean and attractive. The public spaces and my room were too cold. I couldn't reset the thermostat.
I like the environment. It was quiet, comfortable and warm. The King size bed was awesome. they charge the bottle water, come on!
located near LAX so convenient for meeting or overnight stay for flight itinerary Service exceedingly slow at the desk and in the restaurants. Had to ask for food 3 times before served. Desk personnel super slow - only two working and very inefficient. Took over 30 minutes to check 4 people in! Room clean but showerhead set for hobbit height. I am only 5'9" and it was at chest level. Sink fixtures loose.
Very clean, very close to the airport, workers were nice. No fridge in room. Parking is not free.
Expensive Buffett breakfast. Expensive orange juice and coffee. Breakfast buffet tasted like it was out of a can. No selection for ala cartel for breakfast. No vegan selections. Extra charges for room service, 2 different charges. No bathtub/shower combo. Parking distance from hotel.
Location . Dirty windows , no tooth paste , and furniture was dusty
The staff was great. The room was clean but the hallways were a bit dated. Having to ask for a small refrigerator. Paying 33$ a night to park.
Location Everything else
I have been staying here one night a week for a class I have on the weekends....the night at the Westin is my best night of sleep all week! Comfy beds.
The restaurant food was good. Curt at the bar was an absolute delight very professional and personable.
The Westin smell. Their signature scent is what we yearn for. Please send us some sample diffusers. Proximity to LAX is unbeatable. The shuttle was prompt and clean, rooms were clean, staff was extra pleasant. Fast-Track-NU Car rental was great. Located in the lobby of the Westin. Toilet made a pretty loud whistling noise for a solid 30 seconds after flush. Room 379. The charge for parking my rental car in the space already owned by the rental car company in the Westin lobby was kind of annoying.
I had classes up in Hollywood, but I didn't recognize the hotel names in that area. I chose this Westin, by the airport... and like always Westin was Excellent. Beds are very comfortable!
staff was nice and it was a good quality hotel self-parking was $50 a night and the mattress was waek
They called and made sure the crib we requested made it into the room. It was not there so they expedited it up to us.
The bathrooms were clean... This was s unionized hotel and we didn't know about it. I wish this was communicated to us before. The morning after our check in, a group of union members gathered in front of the hotel and were protesting for more than an hour with a bull-horn loudspeaker. They started at 7:00 am on a Saturday!!
The hospitality and the convenience of different complimentary that the hotel offers. The clerk during check out was a little less warmer than the other clerks I have spoken to during my stay. She was a little impatient when I ask about the hotel holding my luggage until my flight.
I LOVE the beds! I just stayed one night, usually I cannot sleep well the first night in a new location....but in these beds I slept just like I was in my bed at home.
Good all around. Reasonable price, nice bed and bath. Easy Uber ride from LAX.
Breakfast Everything but breakfast
Very very questionable place to stay... Hotel policy, Canceled one night refused a refund even though the booking service was ok to issue a refund. Reception is a joke - takes forever to check-in.
Comfertable there is no noise of room servise Two things i didnt like towels was very bad quality and brightness inside room they should change all towels and but stronger curtain
not much just about everything. I have stayed in better Motel 6s
Nice lobby Small room, reminiscent of a hostel, shower was nearly useless, no water pressure and shower head broken, not to mention sized for a 5'6" person...
The ladies restroom on the main floor is way too dark! I could hardly see!
The staff was extremely rude probably the rudest I've ever encountered at a hotel front desk. Hotel was very plain and the decorations look terrible to overall very bland would not go back ever
clean beds and generally fairly priced compared to most hotels The staff and managers are horrible. they keys contantly did not work , if you ask the staff for anything they give a stuck on stupid look on their face as if they are being inconvenience for you asking for any type of service. they are certainly not in the service business but pack check. the managers do not try to resolve situations or act as if they care about the guest concerns. Lacking major resolution and communication skills. the location is not convenient
I didn't get a chance to try anything. I had to cancel yet was still charged the full amount. They have lost my business for life
parking options are sketchy
There were spiders behind the curtains in the room. They don't tell you when you purchase the room that the only available parking is Valet, then hit you with a $30 valet fee.
The hotel staff were great. Resturant food great....the rooms are a bit tired and in need of freshening up.....smelt stale....very dark and gloomy.. The towles had holes in them not impressed at all.
The room was gorgeous! I did not expect the look of an indoor lobby that almost look outdoors! Very cool. Breakfast was delicious and my stay with my boyfriend was fantastic. Thank you!
Checked in within 10min. of arrival, one person ahead of me. Room was great, clean, and comfortable. Great selection for room service. Food arrived within 20min., hot! Food tasted great, I had the pork slider, flatbread pizza, and porkchop. Drinks were cold. Although the food tasted great, it cost me $83! Little pricey. My room was in a corner, next to a storage room, #316. I felt like I was different.
Good local bus for $3.00 round trip going to Manhatten Beach area with shopping and restaurants if you want to kill a day waiting for a night flight home.
Very good room, excellent beakfast.
It was clean, comfortable and I felt safe there. would have liked some bacon with breakfast. The shuttle was a little late. I thought I was going to miss my flight out. But I made it.
The room was very comfortable - I liked the two rooms. The breakfast was just great!! I liked the big flat panel screen in one room and the second tv in the bedroom. The staff was very frienly and helpful. If you ask me if there was anything I did not like about the Hotel, that is a complaint. Not everyone has the time to file a complaint with the hotel while traveling - you should realize that. 1. only one of the two tv remotes worked. 2. The sink in the main bathroom backdup immediatly when used. Hotel management needs to insure those items are checked for usability every day.
I really slepted comfortably in the beds. And the morning breakfast was awesome!! I didn't like the fact that the couch was broken, so therefore uncomfortable.
Breakfast buffet and evening snacks always appreciated and valued Sometimes too much roominess and little time to use it all in the spacious suites... But definitely a valued benefit
Good facilities, excellent breakfast, good Managers Reception every night, very good value for money.
The hotel was spacious, clean, well located. Staff were wonderful and facilities great. Amazing shopping a short taxi ride away. Convenient small shop right across the road for basic supplies as well as food, drinks and wine. An easy, enjoyable stay, and great location for getting to LAX early in the morning for our flight. Perfect stay!
Clean, comfy beds and decent restaurants within. Room smaller than expected, especially the bathroom
Staff helped us with the set up of a baby bed
The hotel had a glich at their end & did not show my reservation and the hotel was completely booked.
The pool is nice The rooms are very very small, the treatment to the costumer is really bad. Not reccommended.
Bed was very comfortable Door to balcony was not sealed, so there was noise and air leaking in.
We liked the close proximity and convenience of the free shuttle to the airport terminal. The staff was courteous. The room and bathroom was clean. No noise. So all in all, this was a pleasant experience. We stayed at this hotel while we were in transit for another flight. As a result, the only thing thatvwe were looking for was a clean, quiet and cheap place ton stay by the airport. We had no other requirements: shopping, spa, swimming pool, etc... So, insight of that there was nothing negative to say about this hotel.
The front desk people were very polite and helpful. I stayed on the 4th floor and it was very noisy. Every noise from the hallway could be heard in the room. Also the TV turned itself off right in the middle of a program.
The Wifi service
The room and restroom was very clean and the restaurant for breakfast very good Room is small
The honesty of the housekeeping staff was comendable. The safe was left open all day with valuables and money visable, and they remained untouched. The general dining room was extermely friiendly annd efficiennt. A little pricy for what it is.
Had to wait at airport for 35 minutes for shuttle to pick me up. Unacceptable!!
Really great staff. Enjoyed the wine pairing and tasting menu at steak house.
Cleanest Hotel I've EVER stayed in. Very efficient & friendly staff. Free breakfast was outstanding. Beautiful plants everywhere.
It was quiet and the hotel was pretty big and filled with alot of plants so it didn't feel like a long boring walk, it almost felt like I was in a nice park. I really don't have complaints
I loved all the foliage and fountains on the inside of the hotel! It was really neat. Bed was super comfy and clean! The shuttle to the airport is wonderful!
One of best travelodges I've stayed at. Old 1960s vintage facilities but a lot of attention to keeping clean and little garden areas that really make it a great place. If you want simple clean then that's the place for the money. Oh I forgot the pool in center of hotel was week kept. The dennys next door needs a better bar.
close to air port for a short overnight stay none
easy trip airport hotel fine bar price for draft bud light to hight 475 a cup ?
The breakfast finished at 9am!!!!!
Front desk staff and shuttle bus drivers were friendly and looked to make your stay comfortable access to pool towels would have been great.
Price and proximity to lax and shuttle to lax At best this hotel is a 1.5 star hotel. The carpet was filthy, the bathroom was inadequate, the air conditioner didn't work properly. I could never recommend this hotel unless price was the only important issue
Unbeatable location Aging hotel
Helpful staff. Quiet room. Good price and facilities. Useful to have hotel courtesy bus to take you to various restaurants for dinner so not tied to restaurant on site. Easy to get buses from right by hotel to take you across town to Getty Museum. ( Takes one and a half hours and only costs 1 dollar.) A good choice for travellers with no transport. Rather a confusing layout. Breakfast stops at 9.0 am - a bit early..
Garden, convenient location, value for money, breakfast with fresh freuits and helpful/friendly staff Noisy heater
I didn't enjoy that I had to pay for parking when I'm already staying at the hotel and paying for the room it's bullshit my bank account is now over drafted 100 dollars because of this
$28/day parking fees! This was not mentioned at time of booking. Reserved two rooms with two double beds in each, as our party consisted of two families of four. Was given two rooms with 1 king bed in each. Staff was rude and seemed annoyed that the reservations were booked via 3rd party. Rooms were on the small side and out dated. Very small pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast buffet is $24 for those interested.
Close to the airport, clean room, friendly staff, quiet, good dinner recommendations, shuttle was on schedule. We had to move into a 2nd room because the air conditioner wasn't working in the 1st. There was a $9.95 charge for the WIFI connection. The continental breakfast charge was too much ($19.00).
Didn't know what it was. It was better then I thought. Nice staff. Nice place. Stay there again. Time and time again
Parking is outrageous, additional tax and no free wi-fi. Ridiculous!
The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was no late night snack bar.
Everything smelled like cigarettes smoke in the "non smoking" room. That ruined my stay. Everything smelled like cigarettes smoke in the "non smoking" room. That ruined my stay.
Clean, modern remodeled rooms. Convenience of timely airport shuttle. Adequate free breakfast. Lobby restaurant open late with friendly & helpful staff. Desk staff helpful.
Convenient location and nice breakfast included Blood stains on floor and our towels were pretty dirty as well. Wish there was a place to get iced coffee inside or nearby
Close to the airport, room was alright The employees of the hotel were not very friendly at first. Windows don't open The thing that I disliked the most was how long it took to get room service. We needed more blankets and it took them about 40 minutes to bring them up plus we had to ask twice. When room service did come, they had brought a bunch of thin bed sheets because they ran out of clean blankets.
You must pay for parking if you have / rent a car $17.00 a day. If paying for the room wasn't enoug. Second complaint wasnt a big deal til I needed more towels
Decent room, Internet, basic fitness room, breakfast, airport shuttle, food within walking distance...everything I needed for a layover. I needed to check in early and they were very accommodating.
Well i didnt like the false advertising of the pricing and they didnt make it easy when the dates where mixed up or justify the costs that they later added and double charged me and its been 4 days and i havnt recieved my refund
Proximity to airport, nice clean & modern room, pretty good continental breakfast included and free airport shuttle Pool was locked shut even when "open" and when we told the staff about it they said they would fix but didn't get to it within a half hour so we just gave up on swimming.
I liked that La Quinta let me store my bags with them before and after check out. Everyone was friendly. There were not enough electrical outlets and there wasn't good placement for the coffeemaker.
Great location, close to the airport for a late night arrival. Staff was very friendly, great rate and felt safe! Good, fast, breakfast cheap parking.
Food at restaraunt was good, but simple. The employees were very good at helping us. Walls are thin, was kept up all night by a large group Of people who liked to stay in the hallway and talk and open and close doors constantly. One elevator was out of commission, and the wall over it in the foyer was in Sad repair. Had to call for maintenance to get the lock to my room to work.
Comfy beds Clean Friendly staff Great free breakfast with hot food options Close to lax and to the freeway with access to Venice beach There were zero parking spots on our first night. We had to park at taco bell with a parking permit. Fortunately the front desk manager kindly waived the parking fees for our stay. Also our TV was in bad condition. Needed screen repairs
Very comfortable bed & nice and clean. Hallway & room smelled like sweet tobacco. Very unpleasant !!!
You get a bedroom and a living room like suite for the price of a bedroom. Really good bedding that promotes a full night's rest. If you have to stay at LAX, this is a good solution but at 200/night, it isn't the cheapest option near the airport.
clean facilities, friendly staff. Hotel shuttle is very handy. A reasonably-priced option if you have an early-morning flight the next morning. Bathroom was strange- toilet kept running and we had to fix it (didn't bother calling the front desk- it was more of an annoyance than an issue...) sink was TINY, shower nozzle was very short.
Plenty of power outlet for phone charging Bed sucks , too soft
The room was a one king size bed, very spacious and clean. Like it a lot Parking was very expensive and one shouldn't have to pay for parking for the rate this Holiday Inn charged.
Perfect for what I needed....a quiet, clean, comfortable room.
No wash cloths, not enough towels, and had to pay for parking was rediculi
The staff wad very helpful and respectful. This a very nice hotel. The Business Center was nice but limited for 15 minutes. There were a limited selection for the Tv. I wish there could have been more channel and more variety. Only thing I didn't like is that you have to spend over 7 dollars to use a credit card.
This is a very disappointing and terrible hotel. I was trying to book the hotel on the Kayak mobile app, and somehow the last step of the reservation process wasn't successful, so I tried to book it again but the second time didn't work either. Two hours later, I got two confirmation emails from Kayak and said "you're book" and found out my credit card had been charged twice($256) by Holiday Inn, then I contacted kayak customer service right away. The kayak representative was helpful and willing to talk to the hotel and ask for a refund, however, after the representative explained the issue regarding the mobile app error to Holiday Inn LAX, the hotel refused to refund ONE PENNY to us, and claimed that's their "non-refundable" policy. During my years of travel, I have never experienced this kind of issue and I still don't understand why this hotel is willing to ruin their reputation by refusing to refund any money and not showing any understanding to their guests. *This is not a vicious verbal assault, this is based on a real experience.
I really enjoyed the fact that right from the start, members of the front desk were friendly and attentive. In addition, everyone else encountered at the hotel was very nice and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Will be back for sure when I come back to the area!
I liked the concierge. I liked that you have a bar.
Everything No complaints
Will never stay there again. -Shower didn't drain -Urine all over the toilet -Overall unclean -Walls are so thin, that you can hear phone alarms going off -$18 for parking and $20 for breakfast -Inserted parking card into the reader and it didn't work
One block from my rental car turn in......... great room.....mattress and TV quality excellent. Drapes would not close ................bright McDonalds lights also lit the room up but I was too tired.
Close to airport and shuttle service. Bed was comfortable. Room smelled musty. Not the cleanest place. Neighborhood is industrial / business. Left a necklace that was a gift in room. Called guest services. I was told they found it snd it would be mailed to me. 2 snd 1/2 weeks later no necklace.
Proximity to airport and courteous shuttle to LAX were great. The facility felt a bit dated. Some fresh décor would help.
Clean sheets. Coffee and continental breakfast. Room did not have any bad smell. Pick up to airport in morning every half hour. Hot water was hot. Close to airport. Airport van at pickup from airport took 1 hour 15 minutes. The door chain was broken in the room. Overall maintenance was poor.
Very comfortable bedding!
Overall good facilities for price Loud airline noise Room could have been cleaner
Location Hard to find room ,stuck back in the construction area only 2 rooms stuck back in a alley way. Doors of both rooms wide open and the lights didn't work, the floor was covered in water, this was fixed but took time. I've stayed here alot but never had a room like this. I had a reservation too. I don't think they use this room for guests regularly.
Comfortable for an overnight stay between flights.
tea/coffee station available 24 hrs, comfortable room airplane landing noise, but it's no one to blame, nothing around in walking distance (shops, restaurants, entertainment)
Owner has done a really good job of cleaning up and modernizing an old hotel/motel Drain in shower didn't quite keep up. Not a big desl
convenient location near lax. Shopping centre 500 metre walk away. Good bus service to lax.
It was very convenient because it was close to the airport. However, if you're new in town and visiting the city, I would pick somewhere closer to where the action is. Like near Santa Monica. It was pretty clean, and the staff was very polite. They let us keep our bags in the office until check in, and let us keep them there after check out until our flight. We didn't use the pool, but it looked decent. We had a great newly renovated room as well, so it was nice. The rooms were a bit damp. Possibly some humidity or mildew issues. We had to keep the fan constantly going. The continental breakfast was very cheap. Not much to choose from. Just some cereal and yogurt. Lots of flies all around the premise. A few in the room, but mostly outside the door and where the breakfast was located. Hair dryer was broken
It was close ti the airport ..we had a short layover The room was shabby and smelled of smoke
it was nice hotel 50 years ago, but now. noise air conditioner.
clean, close to airport, friendly people, good internet no proximity to restaurants except BK
This hotel is in an excellent location if you're going to be traveling around Los Angeles. I was in town with my wife to meet our new nephew for the first time, and this place was conveniently located near LAX and next to the Howard Hughes shopping center (a really nice place). It's right near the 405 freeway, which is what everyone in LA uses to go back and fourth from the beach to the inland bits (the valley). Anyhow: I prefer to stay at extended stay hotels when I travel, because I follow a really strict bodybuilding diet, and being able to cook and store my own food is mandatory. The location was excellent, and the room was decent (clean, small kitchen, but usable). Well, here's where this hotel got a bad review in my book: customer service. My wife and I went to check into the hotel at night time (around midnight), and when we got into the front lobby, we were greeted by another guest who told us he had already called the hotel, and was told they were sending an employee down to the front desk to check him in -- 30 minutes prior. After we waited for a while, the other guest went and called the hotel back again (using the hotel's built-in phone system), and was told that an employee was on the way down again. After waiting an additional 30 minutes (my wife and I had been here about 45 minutes by this point), I got on the phone myself and called the hotel. I was immediately transferred to a calling service where the person told me that they've been trying to contact the employee on duty, but nobody has been answering their phone. They told me that there was nothing they could do except hunt around for the employee myself, and then put my on hold for 15 minutes and didn't answer my questions. So... After I got put on hold by the calling service, I then started wandering through the hotel with the other guests (who were still waiting to check in), banging on the doors of the communal areas. After banging on the door of the main laundry room (on the first floor), we were hesitantly greeted by the front lobby person on staff who must have been sleeping or something in the laundry room >.> So the entire time we were out there in the lobby waiting, calling the hotel, etc., this person was in the laundry room sleeping (I assume). So frustrating. We finally went to check in, were given our key cards (about time), and were then told that even though we pre-booked the standard King room, they only had a smoking version available. If you're not a smoker, and have ever slept in a smoky room, you know what I'm talking about: it's gross. So, I asked the lady to please just change our room or something, and she gave us a queen room (fine: I figured I'd argue about it later, but by this time I was exhausted, frustrated, and half-awake). So then my wife move ALL OUR STUFF into our new room, get into bed, and what happens??? The fire alarm starts beeping... Apparently the batteries had died on the fire alarm, so it was beeping every 3 seconds, making it impossible to sleep. So then I called the front desk, and was told to move into another room. So I go downstairs again (thankfully the lady had stayed at the desk this time), get a new room key, and go to the new room. And guess what I find in the new room? It was the room I had originally reserved!!!! It was a normal king room with no smoking. Sigh. I was so incredibly frustrated, that after moving all my stuff out of the first room, and into the second room (which we had reserved originally anyhow), that I just completely gave up. This was easily the worst hotel experience of my life.
it was close to the airport, provided a free shuttle to airport and had free breakfast the outside was run down and frankly a little scary, however the inside was nice, very clean
The distance to car rental from hotel was very convenient The area not so nice small parking lot and worst of all my door to the room did not lock.
I liked the location ...close to the airport. I didn't like the fact that there were no other facilities to use at the hotel (ie: indoor pool, exercise room, jacuzzi). My room's bathroom wasn't that clean.
the room was well. the breakfast was in the reception, without tables neither chairs. The persons in the reception was not pleasant.
Lots of restaurants, stores and junk food places close by. The maids don't dust the furniture, vacuum or clean under the microwave.
It is conveniently located between the airport/car rental agencies and I405 that I needed to take the following morning. Breakfast included in the price.
The hotel staff was very helpful, and the restaurants on the 1st floor were good options to get inexpensive food. The room we stayed in was very spacious having a full kitchen and living room. A big plus was USB charging ports just about everywhere you could imagine. The only negative was that we found candy bar wrappers in the bedside tables in the bedroom. Other than that everything was clean.
Loved the scenery in the room
