The hotel is in a great location – 10 min stroll to piazza San Marco and the Rialto. The roof top terrace was fantastic for relaxing in the evening. The staff were fantastically helpful – they made great recommendations for restaurants and took care of the reservations. We had difficulty finding the hotel as there is no sign.
Cleanliness, decoration of the room, mixture of old and new furnishings. Very well heated, maybe slightly too warm! Great roof terrace and a bottle of free processo per room.
Friendly staff, quite location. Room was nicely decorated and very clean and well kept. Breakfast was a little thin on choices.
nice place, very good location, tasty breakfast big kitchen fridge in the room
walking distance to main Venice tourist attractions - well equipped bathroom - room size OK for Venice nothing major - breakfast room is a bit small
The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. Bathroom was nice and modern.
Staff is informative. The place is very clean, close to supermarket and only a short walk to tourist attractions.
The location was as reported, so convenient to the train station. Truly a 5-8 minute walk. We dealt with Marie Aurora during our visit and she couldn't have been more welcoming or gracious. She treated us like we were family. The room was lovely. European pillows are a little thin for us. Wish that we could have had one more pillow in the room.
Hotel employe were extremely helpful. Breakfast was delivered to our room. The coffee was great, served with warmed milk. One night we wanted pizza in our room. When we asked hotel employee where to get one, ordered it for us and brought it
Otel Rialto köprüsüne çok yakın,yani yeri güzel. Odalar güzel ve konforlu. Güzel bir havası var, rahat edersiniz. Çalışanlarından bir tanesi pek cana yakın sayılmaz. İnternet ücretli ve gereksiz pahalı.Oteli ilk geldğiniz anda bulması çok zor. Gitmeden kesin olarak haritanın çıktısını alın yoksa garanti ediyorum %90 bulamazsınız.
Location is perfect for exploring Venice Room is a lunchbox-size with poor furnishing, but it is OK for 1 night stay
Central location, clean and new furniture Close to a bar, therefore noisy at night (week end )
Very good location, relax atmosphere, kind stuff, quiet, good price for central position in Venice.
Not a Hotel as suggested on your website... It is a B&B. Their own website gives an incorrect picture of the actual place. Be prepared to stay in a dingy house leading to a small room. No Air-conditioning or heating was working. Rooms and breakfast poor.
The hotel is very well located and has a friendly staff. There´s a decent breakfast. We booked the biggest (and most expensive) room, but the bathroom is not tall, so it is impossible for a tall person to take a shower there.
1. Location 2. Room size 1.We all got bite by bed bugs 2. Hope breakfast start bit earlier
This hotel is a very cute B&B, very quiet and central. It's in the middle of Venice (Rialto at 200m, St-Mark Square at 600m). We received the warmest of welcomes. The owners took their time to be with us to show us everything in the hotel and to speak to us about the story of that beautiful city. If I come back in Venice one day, I'll stay for sure in that hotel !
The location was good, and hotel was relatively easy to find. The bathroom was very clean and seemed new. The owner was nice and friendly, and spoke good English. Free internet was a bonus. The bathroom, although private, was external and you have to cross the eating/lounging area to get there. Eating/lounging area is tiny and akwardly uncomfortable if there is more than a few people in the room. The hotel and room itself was far less superior than other, cheaper, hotels we stayed at in Venice. Although free internet was available, little things/ammenities like a broken tv remote, no shampoo, tiny tv, etc were a little displeasing.
great location, friendly staff there is not any recepiton and bad breakfast
The excellent location in the city center and the availability of staff and is a good b&b to see the city because it has a good location, you can visit the city without using the means.
Superior rooms have a Lagoon view through 'french windows' onto a very small balcony. Traditionally furnished with room and lounge seating, the B&B is about 10 minutes walk to San Marco Sq. We found the location ideal and the owner very helpful. The lagoon can be busy from early morning, so noise may be a problem for some people. Reception is not attended from afternoon onwards and there are a couple of flights of stairs up to the B&B. All in all, great value for money and we would stay there again.
It was the best place I stayed in because its location, comfort, cleanliness, quality of breakfast and kindness from the staff. No, at all
The room was very spacious by Venice standards and had an excellent location. The staff were extremely helpful. Contrary to earlier reviews, we were able to leave our luggage in the reception area on our last day which was very good as we had an evening flight.
the friendly atmosphere, the facilitys, where it was situated it could have been an advantage if the staff in the reception spoke a little more english, german or any other language than italian
The atmosphere and location were a perfect match for the city. Breakfast starts at 8:30am. I would have liked to have had breakfast served earlier so that I could start exploring the city earlier or even have had time to converse with the extremely welcoming staff.
The view to St Marco basin. No courtesy from hotel staff (calling many times before arrival without getting an answer); no clean towels available (the towels have obviously been used before our arrival & have not been changed during our stay, although we put them on the floor); shampoo was never supplied and soap has been supplied upon request only. I rang many times the "emergency number" left at reception to ask for clean towels and it was no answer. The door at the balcony was blocked (the latch was faulty).
location is great, very close to all main attractions in Venice. our airco didn't work all 3 night of stay.
View was good - until a huge ship moored outside - but that couldn't be helped. Location was very convenient (yet away from the main, noisy crowds) and close to a boat stop that had a connection straight to the airport. Staff were quite accommodating when we had to adjust our plans, but not as accommodating as expected for AUD $260 per night. Nothing worth mentioning.
I had a fabulous time when I stayed at the most beautiful B&B ever. Mara and July were exceptional hosts. In my bathroom I would have liked a few more hooks to hang the towels.
The location was good, however there were four flights of stairs to begin with. The room was small, the staff were noisy in the morning. The rate was overpriced for the accomodation. The iron did not work. I would not stay again.
