Great location. Nice hotel. Small double beds.
Mattress and linen was amazing! Best night's sleep I've had in a while! Getting in to valet park was a little crowded and had to wait but well worth the wait!
The location, the room was clean. The room was humid, also bathroom ceiling was peeling and had slight water damage. Items in room (lamps, etc), seemed to be placed there and didn't really have a function (lamp missing bulb, only obe night stand, etc). Also the decor and color choices made the room feel dated and unwelcoming.
There was a bed to sleep in. Room was kinda shabby to be on a Hilton Honors floor. Had to push very hard to get the bathroom door to latch. You could see through the thinly brushed coat of paint to see the previous color. Had to pay $25 a day for valet parking, I was told there was easy access on premises to my vehicle when I called to check and when we got there the parking was a block away, so going to the car to unload it after it being parked was not possible. I had to pay for valet but I had to go pick up my own car cause the valet there to retrieve your car couldn't drive a stick-shift, did I mention I had to PAY $25 A DAY WHEN I WAS DOING HALF OF SOMEONES JOB THAT I AM PAYING FOR THEM TO DO. Coffee was $10 a pot, and was for crap coffee. Breakfast offered was expensive but cheap food was used and tasted like government rations. I will never stay at a Hilton Hotel again unless its the only option.
The central location was nice, although it had its downsides. The staff was friendly. The location near Beal Street and across from Autozone Park meant that there was hardly a quiet moment during the night. The noisy drunk folks were not only outside making noise in the streets, but also inside the hotel. I asked for earplugs around 1am, but the hotel provided me with cheap headphones instead. If you stay here and would like to sleep, I'd recommend asking for a room away from the street.
Friendly staff, accommodating, great customer service!! Cleanliness of rooms needs improvement, and bathrooms need a bit remodeling. Bathtub tile was dirty and old, fixtures were old, paint on door was peeling off.
Great Location Super thin walls, could hear other rooms...
The price was reasonable, overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. There is a Friday's restaurant inside which makes for a nice option. The pool is small but clean and adequate. The front desk people were very helpful. The bathtub drain was clogged and slow to drain so one ended standing in quite a bit of sudsy water when showering. I did let them know at checkout; hopefully they fixed it for the next guests.
I did not stay in this hotel because when I called the Doubletree on Oct 14, I was told I did not have a reservation and I never had one. I can only assume that the entire process was some sort of SCAM and i will NEVER use your service again. I have filed a complaint with American Express and I will make certain ALL of my friends know about this SCAM.
Easy to get around. Food was good. Close to other restaurants No safe, or refrigerator
Staff was friendly and proximity to Beale was great Room was small. Every movement on the bed sounded like you were jumping on it.
The closet space in the room could be reconstructed to be more useful to the room.
The location was excellent For the price I paid for a a club king room, I expected more. I have been in hampton inns who can compete with the room I stayed in. If they lower the price I wouldnt have had anything to complain about but for the prie I paid a night, it is not worth it
The location for a cook convention center graduation was perfect. There was ample room in the lobby for family and friends to meet and talk. The staff was very helpful and the area was safe. Parking can expensive over a weekend stay. There is ample street parking adjacent to the hotel, but it also puts car at risk of theft. This location also requires you to drive to almost all attractions in the city not in the cook convention center.
The bed was exquisite and especially the linen, just like I have at home The price
The bed was nice and fluffy, clean. Nice room, decent gym. There was a trolley stop right outside the hotel. We didn't partake but it was a good option. VIP lounge nice but not always stocked. Liked that it was on the 19th floor. Wasn't aware that the parking was valet only until we got there. $26 per night when there is a parking lot across the street for $12 per night. If you park valet you have to call in advance every time you need your car.
Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Only 2 elevators worked; felt the price was a bit much for what was offered, considering the hotel charges extra for breakfast and for parking.
Staff was wonderful Parking- You either agree to pay roughly $28a day to valet or are forced to park in a public shady pay per day lot across the street.
There's a $26/night valet fee for parking. Was not aware of this until you already arrive at the hotel and there's no other parking available.
It was a very pretty hotel in the lobby, pool, and gym area. The staff was not friendly, the bathrooms were dirty, and the comforter was stained. When I talked to the staff about it they were very rude.
Location Door key card did not work had to go down twice to get it rescand. Over charged my card $80 and I had to call to get it canceled five days later.
We had a corner room with a beautiful view of the Memphis bridge. The bed was comfy and the staff was great. Access to the club on the 19th floor was nice with delectable food served all day. We will definitely stay here again. It could have quieter in our room but very nice anyway.
Location was excellent along with the fitness center. Very much enjoyed it.
Hotel was in a nice area ,walking distance to a nice restaurant Trolley every 15 minutes breakfast housekeeping forgot to clean 1day for the price it should be microwave in room
room was close to expressway. beds were comfortable Like Zachary, we also got the room by the pond. getting to the hotel was kind of tricky as we missed our turn in the dark. The room did smell moldy at first, especially the bathroom. Shower fan fixed that and it smelled better after we ran the fan for a while. It appeared we were just down the hall from the kitchen staff? I think the room was overpriced for its location. I would have prefered a room on a higher floor for the price I paid.
The bed was so comfortable! And I booked at the deluxe price, but they only charged me the standard rate, so that $30 saved was nice. We were only there one night and didn't use any amenities or eat on property, so I cannot comment on any of that.
High end hotel as you would expect from Hilton. Staff was excellent of course, facilities were top notch. The beautiful glass windows would pop and creak when hit by the morning sun, not so great if you are trying to sleep in after a night on Beale street.
Friendly.. Nice folks.. Nice room The fact that the people in the room next to me smoked weed all day and night. If I smelled it.. Someone that worked at this hotel should have smelled it. This is just not acceptable
Nice beds Dirty room, shower curtain liner missing-got water all over the place. Overpriced and overrated.
Comfortable bed, good space and quiet rooms. All rooms should come with a microwave.
Easy check into the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful but had a lot of information while I waited for the room to be cleaned. I had to wait on the room to be cleaned and hair pins lefted on the floor after being cleaned.
Excellent service in the restaurants. Pillows were terrible. The only bad thing about the hotel.
The beds we're so comfortable, and not far from restaurants and shopping When I checked in the lady at the desk was not friendly at all.
They were able to change our room. They gave us a basement room by a large pond. Normally this sounds like it shouldn't be an issue... It sounds like, "oh hey, I have a room with a view! Of... A pond" but I assure you... This was not the case. I'll preface this review with the fact that I pride myself on being able to sleep anywhere. So ok, I walk in the main lobby and to my left is a small bar. There are a surprising number of people there and they are all fairly drunk. I didn't think much of it. I continued on to the check in. There were about 10 kiosks but only one was open. I was stuck behind a couple that was complaining about their room. Once they finished up it was my turn with the clerk. I'm generally a pretty nice person but when I start talking to her she has nothing but attitude. So ok, fine... I'm now checked in and have my basement room. Great. I just want to get to my room and go to sleep. As I walk down to the basement level the air immediately becomes heavy, cold, wet, and saturated with the smell of mildew. I continue on and when I open the door to my room, I am immediately slapped in the face by the smell of a moldy room. All surfaces in the room were also wet. Including the bed. There were also bugs on the bed. Really, the only reason not to just sleep outside at this point, the only reason not to sleep outside is because it's still hot out there. Anyway, I set my stuff down, waited 15 minutes, and then began smelling what I thought was a skunk that may have gotten hit outside my window... There was that small pond outside the window, and then the highway directly after the pond. I was however, completely mistaken. It was simply the people in the next room getting high... Which I'm assuming they had to do to stay in their room. After all this, I decide to ask for a different room. I was very polite about the entire thing. Which was odd because I was greeted with nothing but attitude. Again... From a completely different clerk. She seemed very upset about the fact that I was complaining. Once I was finished with the clerk, I go to my new room. There are dirty dishes on the floor outside the room waiting to greet me. The room smelled less... And was less damp... So... That's a plus. I will however, never be staying it this hotel again.
location, convenience, clean, friendly
Clean, good location, comfortable beds. Didn't have a refrigerator in the room.
After placing us in a room that clearly had been smoked in before, the staff was quick to give us a new room free of smoke smell.
recently remodeled rooms, linens Good breakfast selection Room seemed quite small. Tiled floor immediately inside room was sticky to touch when we arrived.
Hot breakfast bar was great. Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly. No option to select "smoking or non smoking" room when reservation made. Only room available when we checked in was a smoking room. Although room was clean, it still smelled of smoke. It wasn't terrible, but being a non smoker, it was enough to notice.
Close to downtown and the 240 loop, so getting around town was easy. Just there for one night, needed a place to sleep. The room was fine but the lobby and hallways smelled like pesticide, they must have just sprayed
Great location. I remember going to the Peabody with my grandparents when I was a child and it's a classic. Loved motion sensor lights below the bedside tables to help direct me at night. Nice room, in general. I attempted to check in at 3:15. First, there was no record of my stay for that night . . . they had me booked for Sunday instead of Saturday. This may not be the hotel's fault. The staff was nice and they fixed it, but then I had to wait THREE hours to get in my room. I had somewhere to be, so this involved leaving my luggage on a cart in the hotel and hoping for the best. I was pretty miffed. I complained when I was in the lobby bar getting a drink, though, and the nice server (manager?) took care of my bar tab, so that was nice. Apparently it was an overbooked weekend. It was definitely chaotic.
Always love the service and romantic atmosphere with piano playing in the lobby.
Very central and convenient location - many historical sites, restaurants and bars walkable from the hotel Awful service all around - room service, cleaning staff, lobby bar, etc. All provided VERY slow service (i.e., did not turn over our room until almost 8pm at night, never provided clean towels despite calling twice, room service took almost 2 hours despite being told it would be less than an hour). Repeatedly told incorrect or wrong information (i.e., asked about where to buy a tshirt that we saw in a case in the lobby and was told the store doesn't exist, even though it's around the corner from the hotel, was told check out was 11am but it's 12pm)
Nothing We booked our stay 8 months ago when we arrived at 11 pm we called to tell them we would be late we even payed a Peabody hotel town car to pick us up at a train we were told they did not have our room we had all are needed info from our booking 3 people checked in beside us while we waited 20 minutes to talk to manager we were called to back room and treated like we did something wrong one person in lobby even said wonder what they did manager was rude and over bearing tried to tell us we were rude because we did not want to go to another hotel but we had to it was 11 pm we found out from desk clerk at this hotel that the Peabody has a common habit of over booking and sending us away with 8 month ahead booking the people who got rooms at same time we checked in were part of a group shame on you Peabody for your treatment of guest! What makes it worse is you do it all the time
Our room was on the 10th floor, on the Mississippi River side of the hotel, so we have an absolutely FABULOUS view of the sunset on the river. It was phenomenal. We were celebrating my mother's 80th birthday. Everything at the hotel and all the employees with whom we came in contact at the hotel were wonderful. It was a perfect weekend.
The staff at check in were wonderful. I was told during check in that breakfast was included in the rate and when I checked out I was charged. When questioning the charge the young lad behind the counter started arguing with me and blaming the charge on using a third party and was condescending.
Traditional rooms and bathrooms are very small for the price paid...
The atmosphere was hospitable and the location was close to all the places we wanted to go downtown. Walk to self-parking was kind of long, but it was covered.
Clean, great location and really enjoyed the personality of the staff and the property. One of a kind.
I did not like the ( service fee ) I was charged . I know that where ever we go, I will ask about this hidden fee & if they have this fee I will not tip any of the help due to the fact I'm already paying it with the xtra fee their employer charged me
We were there during the holiday season & the lobby was so beautifully decorated with a huge Christmas tree, gingerbread village, & holiday singers. The room was very quiet, clean, comfortable. The bathroom however is TINY. You literally have to straddle the toilet to use the makeup mirror. The staff was super friendly. The sit down restaurant off the lobby was absolutely delicious & very reasonably priced. My only disappointment was that I had made my reservations months ago & others in our party who had made reservations directly with the hotel last minute, got a holiday deal which was much cheaper & included breakfast.
The hotel was very clean and in an excellent location. My husband and I went to Beale Street and had a lot of fun. The people at the Peabody hotel in Memphis were extremely nice. We will definately come again. I enjoyed the hearing the history of the ducks and loved seeing them walk down the red carpet. I give y'all excellent ratings. Thanks for a wonderful stay! I had nothing bad to comment on the Peabody Hotel in Memphis.
I guess the headline says it. The service was exceptionally cordial, which is more a statement on the times we live in, where a friendly greeting is no longer guaranteed in the service industry. The room was clean and spacious. The location was good, too. Only there one night, so can't say more.
The room was very spacious and comfortable there was no parking for the hotel, and when we checked in there was nobody at the front desk a bell boy had to go find someone for us
The Madison is beautiful. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bar has excellent food and drinks. The bed was quite uncomfortable.
Stayed in the presidential suite due to a complimentary upgrade. Very romantic settings with dimming lights, round bed, music speakers. Great honor/wet bar with every refreshment you need. We loved it!!
Bed sunk in middle and had lumpy pillow top mattress. Traffic noise was loud in room. Air conditioner was very loud. Layout of room/furniture was awkward.
Good bed, clean room Aging hotel, somewhat difficult to get in & out of the parking lot, small TV than expected
Cleanliness, WiFi, Exercise Room Check in individual was not rude but was definitely not friendly.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Gym was good size with nice equipment. Rooms were decent size with comfortable beds. Complimentary water bottles were nice. Brown doors and dark older wood made rooms feel old. No late night room service was a bum
Free coffee in lobby comfortable bed lot of noise. thought there was construction in hotel. Maid tried to hurry us out 2 hrs early. no free breakfast they wanted $6 for continental breakfast and $10 for a buffet!
They charged to much for the breakfast.
Located close to the interstate. Didn't live up to expectations. A Comfort Suites or Holiday Inn Express would've possibly been as nice or maybe slightly nicer.
Good value. Close to where we needed to be. Very courteous staff. Nice breakfast layout.
Near to all attractions. Walkable to beal street. Very Clean and safe area. Hotel spotless clean. Very nice clerks on front desk. Hospitality gathering in the evening with free wine, beer and soft drinks and a food variety (very tasty). Spacious rooms with fully equiped kitchen. Would recommend this hotel to everybody
The beds are so comfortable. Pay extra for.parking.
The accomodations were excellent, the location was great and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly
It's a shame. The hotel is really nice, but the lightbulbs they've chosen to put in the rooms make them feel like a morgue. The CFLs put out this nasty blue light that is unsettling. Bad lighting choice! My other gripe was the fact that I got what's called a luxurious tub included with my room. Turns out it's just a run-of-the-mill tub you find in any cheap hotel. . .
Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Best value for the money in the area. Parking garage
the rooms were clean and comfy We paid for a room with a King size bed for my husband and I and were given a room with 2 full size beds. We were not happy at all. This was our first time to book through Kayak and we were not happy when the lady at the front desk informed us that when we book through a 3rd party, that the room we book was considered a "suggestion"
Staff was extremely friendly, view was fantastic! Didn't do my research was expecting a pool and hot tub
Awesome atmosphere and clean comfy rooms. Elvis music by the pool was the best!
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious, and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Door to room had a gap between door and door jam, large enough for bugs to get in (fortunately none did). Room smelled strongly of cleaning agent.
With only 2 hotels in the immediate vicinity of Graceland (Graceland Guesthouse is not yet open), this was the nicer of the two and was very reasonably priced. Free parking, pool, AC, free breakfast. Glad we stayed here. The stock of breakfast food choices was a little low by the time we got there.
Clean room, fresh bedding, frig & microwave. Elvis pictures & Memorabilia. So close to Graceland. Security door did not work, Lamont window did not my work, sleep # bed did not work, outlet by beds need more.
Staff, closeness to Graceland, friendly staff. Bed was not very good, too soft and not supporting.
This was the dirtiest most unfriendly hotel I have EVER stayed in. The front desk acted as though it was a bother for us to stay in their hotel. Sheets were dirty on the bed. Given a room that already had guests in it!
After reading several of the reviews I chose this hotel. It was very nice. The breakfast was good, but all the Embassy Suites have good breakfast. We arrived during the week, but on the weekends or family reunion season be prepared to fight over tables and stand in long lines for pancakes, omlettes and waffles. They do have no lines at the buffet for french toast and scrambled eggs. The mapquest stated the hotel is approx. 25 mins from Beale Street but we found a quicker route at the end of our trip. Simply make a right at the light and drive straight and you are there in half the time.
We stayed at a very busy time. From Dec 27 to Jan 1. Happy hour with Freddie and San was awesome and then to woke for breakfast with them! They are the best! Always had a smile on their face and took the time to make you feel at home. The breakfast and drinks were good too, but not as good as their company. The hotel was very nice and had comfortable surroundings. I surely will tell other people about the Embassey Suites. Thanks you made it a great vacation!
Spent two night here and it was a pleasant experience from the time we walked through the door. The friendly people at the check in made quick work of getting us settled in. The breakfast was as good as you can get and beat many restaurants I have been to. This trip was to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary, which we happen to mention to one of the staff. Later that afternoon we were informed that a package was to be delivered to our room. To both my Wife and I’s surprise it was an eatable fruit bouquet with a card from the hotel congratulating us on our long marriage. Needless to say that capped off our stay in a spectacular way. Watching the Koi fish in the Atrium along with the free swimming ducks was relaxing after a long day in the city.
This hotel was basically a crash pad for us on this trip but it was nice and not too far from our destination of Graceland.
Very clean and nice in a good location.
This hotel staff makes this hotel one of the best! Each staff member we came in contact with from the lady that works the breakfast to the front desk clerk were friendly and very helpful! The atrium of this embassy suites is great for relaxing and entertain children. The indoor pool is small, but well maintained. The rooms are decent size and definitely could use some TLC. Overall, the ultra-friendly staff and lush atrium make this a great place to stay,
We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel except fro swimming. Te pool/hot tub area was nice. The kids really enjoyed that as did their mother and I. The hotel theme was pretty cool. The breakfast in the morning was probably the best I've had at a hotel, but then we've not been to a lot of hotels.
We love staying at the Embassy Suites and this one in Memphis was no different. Staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious! Will definitely stay here again!
We didn't enjoy our stay at Embassy Suites as well as our 2 weekly stayes at Homewood Suites in Memphis TN, both owned by Hilton. Homewood Suites has a better layout for the rooms and is much more beautifully decorated, and the beds are much more comfortable. The free hot buffet breakfast is better than Embassy Suites buffet, and the free hot dinner at Homewood Suites is much preferred over the chips and cheese dip and bar drinks in the evening at the manager's welcome get together at the Embassy Suites. The staff at Homewood were more friendly and remembered your name. Homewood Suites is my preference when traveling. I'd consider Embassy Suites as average and Homewood Suites as excellent.
On our recent stay at Embassy Suites Memphis my wife and I remembered why we always gravitate back to this hotel ....consistancy. This hotel is well worth the money compared with the overpriced hotels in downtown. The free and easy access parking and complimentary breakfast are very added feature. (Not to be found cheaply downtown). The staff are always accomodating and friendly. The rooms are clean, charming, well organized, spacious and the bathroom and shower are better than most hotels at twice the price . The hotel is especiallly suited to children and families. My wife and I were seeking a romantic weekend and were not bother by either. Always look forward to staying at this particular Embassy Suites.
We stayed here in 2009 for a few nights and just one night on our most recent trip. I like this hotel and would stay here again any time I find myself in Memphis. Rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. We appreciate the happy hour each evening as well as the hot breakfast which is complimentary and delicious. The only con is no free internet... cost us close to $10 and we only needed to use it for 5 minutes.
The trash in the room had not been emptied when we got there and the thermostat was not functioning. Other than that, everything was consistent with what we are used to from Embassy Suites. One experience like this did not deter us from staying here again. Good breakfast and other amenities.
The hotel is conveniently located. The staff was friendly. Noisy A/C unit The shower was broken. We had only scalding water during our stay. We called the front desk to have maintenance check everything out, but it didn't happen before we left. Washing our hair in that room would have been life altering. Updates don't mask the property's age.
Okay location to downtown, a good alternative to other hotels when they are booked up. Being right next to the expressway, we asked for a quiet room but it was way too loud even though we were given ear plugs.
Amazing downtown location and excellent customer service. Truly kind and warm staff, clean and crisp room, and refreshing kid-friendly pool. Will absolutely stay here again.
We had a most enjoyable stay but were most impressed by the helpfulness of the front desk staff who dealt with their dutires with the right balance of effieciency, patience and humour
Friendly staff and great location. At times the front desk seemed under staffed, the gift shop selection is horrible, and we had a couple of issues parking in the lot.
Parking would not work every time
Staff were friendly. The coffee shop was mediocre. The furnishings were worn. The food poorly reheated in a microwave. We cleaned the mat in the tub before we would let the kids in it. Carloads of single local women seemed to be arriving about the time it got night. Parking in the lot was extra, that was not mentioned in the price quoted to us.
Location was great. Easy walk to Beale Street. Having shuttle available was a great option as I have heard Memphis can be dangerous at night. Staff was very friendly. Room was great for price. We were able to park on street for free until 8am. that was nice. Pool was outside and one had to go outside of hotel to access? fitness center looked nice and was included in price of room.
First opened my room door and was slammed with a disgusting BO smell that lingered in the room the whole time. Told the valet to not take my truck, just running up to room to grab something real quick. Come back down and my truck is gone, with the valet guy saying he didn't take it and didn't know where it was. Then said he didn't have the keys either. You've got to be kidding me!! He finally got ahold of one of his coworkers, who had went ahead and parked it anyway. Then had to wait longer for them to go back and get it.
Breakfast was great! Breakfast staff was friendly. Rooms were very spacious! Gym was nice & machines had TVs for use. Room floor was rather gross with set-in stains. TV was standard-def... why would I order PPV? Front desk staff left something to be desired. Cleaners would change towels after requesting they not be changed (trying to stay green)
Room was HUGE -- really a suite -- and warm. Included fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. Plenty of outlets & lighting. Free unsecured wireless. Many inexpensive dining options nearby. Free newspapers. Fitness room small but clean, with four machines and cable tv, and open 24/7. Very close to the freeway. Free parking. Key stopped working twice. Heard sounds of a fight at 3 am (not the hotel's fault - just know that the walls aren't entirely soundproof). Problem with the bill upon checkout in spite of prior e-mail discussion to resolve pre-stay charge on my credit card; according to the GM, the credit card company is at fault for reporting an authorization as an actual charge, and he eventually took the charge off the invoice, but that and the unreliable keys are the two main reasons I cannot unreservedly recommend this location; if you don't mind the potential for that kind of hassle, it really is a terrific deal. (I had read reviews by other travelers that had warned about invoicing issues, so I'd made sure I'd packed my printouts and cc statement.)
The service was really friendly and the hotel was clean and nice.Location good when you have to stop for a night or two. Small but clean pool area was also very usable with kids! Thanks for the kind service and good morning breakfast!
Location and price The hotel room was dirty. For instance, stain on the carpet, kitchen was dirty, and found a bug in the bathroom.
Nothing They charged me $100 extra for incedintals that I still haven't gotten back. It reeked of cleaning chemicals but wasn't clean. We didn't even stay the night there because we didn't feel safe.
Cheerful, helpful staff, very clean, excellent value for the price. No
Rate was the driver for staying at the Extended Stay Facility and I was under the impression that it was a well operated hotel Several things, the room had a kitchenette but there were no utensils in the room. They allowed trash to pile up at the entrance to their back parking lot over 3 days. Trash was piled over 5 ft high and all on the ground.
Frankly speaking I did not like anything about this hotel. I will prefer not to stay in this hotel in future. I will give my comments and let other friends know too. I was given other room key which was allocated someone else, I checked-in after 11 PM night, I'w embarrassing when i used key to open others room. My room had cockroach in bath room, i took pics and showed at reception.Room smell bad, bubble gum on floor.
A lot of room compared to the hotel we stayed in the night before. The kitchenette was a bonus The floor was filthy, the freezer wouldn't freeze so my daughter's ice cream turned into milk and refrigerator wasn't very cold
Where can I start the whole experience was totally not pleasant...
Staff is great
Proximity to the Memphis Airport Lots of strange people, making noise until all hours of the night. The 'non-smoking' room was so pungent with air freshener my daughter had an asthma attack and when I asked for another room, they said no because they were all dirty.
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
The staff was nice. The room smelled like cigarettes. The hotel was booked so I couldn't switch rooms.
Amenities are few. Two small cups of coffee you make in room. I'm sure it's because there is a Starbucks in the lobby. No breakfast, and the Bistrois expensive. We had to pay for coffee and no continental breakfast.
Loved the staff and the room layout. The folks at the desk were very friendly and the people behind the bar/grill were really fun and friendly. The bedroom was musty smelling and the wallpaper was peeling from the top of the wall and lower. Other than all was good.
