it's proximity to the city centre and the local tapas bars, underground parking is a must outside windows needed cleaning badly..inside was spotless, very noisy outside in the night but expepected because of great location
Centre of town and able to walk through the excellent tapas bars
The main advantage of this hotel is its location - in the historical centre of the town and about 50 meters from the famous "tapas street". The room was rather big, clean and quiet, the stuff works pretty good - this place is worth its price. It was tricky to find the way to the hotel on the car. It was necessary to move about 100 meters on the pedestrian road and our car navigator couldn't build the proper route.
no one bothered us ;could come and go as we liked, friendly efficient staff.
the location the hotel staff was not friendly nor were they at all helpful in making our stay pleasant
Very close to all the emeneties, tapas, shopping, culture The only problem was whilst there, they were doing repairs to the road, therefore a little problem with the car. When finished it will be excellent and easy to get to the hotel and its car park
The Hotel is situated in the heart of Logroño with many bars and restaurants.
The atmosphere of the town of Logrono. The hotel room had lots of facilities and we enjoyed our stay. It was rather noisy. Perhaps if we had been on the top floor (we were on the 4th) it would have been less noisy
quiet room used for the celebrations of the PP party on election night during our stay, hotel crowded and communal areas noisy - would have preferred to know this in advance
Stayed there just for one night during San Mateo, from friday to saturday. Normally is it nearly impossible to get a room in Logrono this weekend, but I was lucky. The price was raised because of the feria, but it was still good value. I'm planning a trip back next year and it's possible I will book a room for the whole feria at this hotel. Most of the bullfighters and their staff live here. I didn't like the staff looking at my feet because I was wearing sandals! It isn't that high up!
central,clean, welcoming and in Logrono!
The valet parking service was very helpful. The location could not have been better and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Large room and central location Bar service was poorly manned and the Gym/sauna was 5 minutes from the premises
This hotel was excellent value for money and staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and the breakfast was one of the best that we had. We stayed here to visit the Rioja bodegas but the tapas bars in Logrono were amazing.
Good room and bathroom better. Staff very helpful. Good choice for breakfast. They had an agreement with a very good local gym. Considering there was a tile floor I was surprised how dirty it was but it wouldn't put me off going back.
the hotel was very well located and very friendly staff. They had accommodations that were great for all of us. Parking was difficult
Although they made a mistake with the bill charging us too much, they returned the money before we even noticed. Free bottled water was a nice touch. It was quite a long way from the centre.
Excellent reception staff, comfortable rooms, quiet area (although just a few minutes walk from the Old City, comprehensive facilities
Comfortable, large bed, free mini-bar, large luxuary bathroom, helpfull staff
Quite the best standard of room I have stayed in ,at a hotel chain, the rooms are luxury
The room was beautiful and clean. No.
Very friendly stuff, clean and comfortable. n.a
A comfortable and quiet city centre hotel with secure parking and a pleasant swimming pool for no more than two concurrent swimmers.
The evening meat was very poor
The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly, stored luggage, called taxis and provided local information.
close to main road through town poor bar area
Closeness to road links to Santander. Walking distance to the old and new town. Very interesting City. They accepted our pet labrador. Television did not work. Rooms need updating. No hair dryer in room. They said a disc player was available - could not find one. Extra 19 euros to park the car over night.
Comfortable, had everything we needed. No
Convenient location (for drivers), free parking, excellent and cheap cafeteria Empty minibar!
Very friendly owners
This is a new hotel. Everything inside the hotel was great. The location is terrible. We stayed here because we wanted to go to Bilbao and this is a cheap option with free internet and parking. But the neighborhood is terrible. It's on a industrial park where they are building.
It was easy to find and handy for the city centre.
The private car parking was gratuit and permanently monitored.
It was easy to find It is attached to a filling station
Size of room and good location close to the motorway No food was available on Sunday night as the resturant was closed
The Location! Clean and confortable Hotel ! They should improve the air conduct because the room smell like smoking and we were in a non smoking room !
very helpful staff
nicely done hotel on the Gran Via in Logrono near main shops and restaurants. Very comfortable, modern, stylish. would definitely stay there again.
The central location was first class and the underground parking a real bonus (although at an extra cost). The staff were extremely helpful.
A great room for families. Plenty of space for parents and two children, even with their own beds.
we were visiting vineyards,it was very central for easy access. no
Central Position Creaking floors, noisy plumbing, very small bathroom. Overall, just not a 4 star hotel
No Or limited english spoken
Great town location, very central and great for exploring the Rioja wine region. Breakfast included would have been even better
The fact that it was so central and easy to find Room service was poor - dinner delivered cold!
situation - easy to find, easy to walk around the city Parking was tight and limited
Room was very nice, good toilitries that I needed and slippers for sore feet. Internet access was very valuable. Hotel very central and great value for money. Staff made no effort to be friendly whatsoever.
Clean, comfortable (air conditioned). close to centre Could hear traffic early in morning
Central, comfortable, clean When first checking in, hotel staff (a guy) was abrupt and surly, not very welcoming at all
it is central the rooms were very dark and cold
the location was excellent and on the doorstop of the historic centre with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. the service in the restaurant at breakfast was appalling. Also the cold food and bread on the buffet was not replenished when it ran out. We also waited 20-25 mins for the hot food to be replaced and in the end we and several other guest decided we could not wait any longer for this. On checking out we explained this and were charged for continental breakfast only.
poor dining facilities. Internet direction information bad.
Situated directly on the camino de Santiago, easy to find The gentleman at reception acted very surprised that two women with backpacks showed up in his lobby and seemed skeptical that we had a reservation.
very clean and comfortable easy to get to our places we wanted to be no coffee facilities in room and vending coffee yuk
The location was excellent for the town. Good to have garage facilites on site and fairly easy access. Clean, modern and pleasant hotel. Very efficient receptionist. We weren't told cost of breakfast nor any info about it in our oom. So didn't eat at hotel. Room was quite small.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful!
A lady (staff) in the restaurant
They kindly repaired my boots!!
The staff was very nice. I accidentally book the room of the wrong night. They did not have any more rooms at the same rate so I had to take a junior suite. The suite I felt was overpriced for the quality of the room, but all in all it was not a bad experience. No free parking for guests.
Location was perfect for a visiting the old part and the tapas bars. The staff were very helpful and spoke good english. The secure car park was very useful as we were tavelling to the ferry with much luggage. The hotel was quite a walk to the modern shopping area. Even though the car park was secure you needed a member of staff to ensure you manoeuvred safely into a parking place
The hotel was very welcoming, bright and new. The rooms were good and the sauna and jacuzzi were a nice extra. The situation of the hotel is good overlooking the river, park and mountains. Most of the staff were very helpful especially as we do not speak Spanish. It would be nice to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room but I think that is mainly in England.
I liked location very much. It is excellent location for exploring Logrono. The breakfast was spot on with quality food served. I liked everything.
The room was amazing, and we were in town during the fiesta de san mateo an experience everyone should try at least once. The whole town shuts down and partys.
the room was nice, the spa area with sauna and jacuzzi was great. the staff was incredibly rude and wasn't shy to openly make fun of non-spanish speaking guests, not only about us, but other foreign visitors as well. we have never felt that unwelcome ever anywhere else.
The room was very modern and clean. The restaurant and cafe were very nice with good wine
The jacuzzi and the breakfast and the central atrium seating area. Also view across the bridge.
The hotel was clean and located in a quiet area of the city. The staff was very polite. The breakfast was expensive.
room with a nice view staff very very unpolite
The room was good value for money; the breakfast was reasonable. The staff are helpful and the wifi system in the lobby is functional. There are too few decent restaurants near the hotel. To go shopping in town requires the use of a car.
The town was clean and buildings both in the new part and the old town were impressive No
General location and secure parking for motorcycle. No bar or restaurant.
The hotel whas quiet, clean, confortable Nothing
It is difficult to say what ius best about the hotel. All ptretty average and in poor location Located in the wrong part of town. Really suitable as a hotel for business people rather than tourists
Modern and comfortable
Definately the best value for money and asthetic appeal of the three hotels we stayed at in Spain I had a small cockroach in the bathroom overnight
Good basic hotel with a great breakfast. The breakfast is worth the money. The location is in the edge of twin and not near old town but logrono is small and you could walk to anything from this location. Area is safe and clean.
Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Location is perfect. We came with our bikes and they took care of them. It looks better on the pictures. Rooms are not so modern and well decorated like reception desk and hotel interior, but they are correct and we didn't mind.
the location was excellent for a city stop-over. The staff were helpful and spoke good English
Upon arrival we had a Lovely glass of Red win
good central location, very clean and confortable, friendly staff no parking (the price of public underground parking nearby is 22€ per night for a motorbike !!!!) and breakfast too expensive (10€ per person)
Extremely clean hotel and very friendly staff.
we liked the pleasant and helpful staff. the central location right on the edge of the old town was perfect. the bedroom was surprisingly roomy for an economy hotel.
this was a very trendy hotel with glass stairs and comfortable rooms...location great parking underground cost 12 Euros even with the hotel discount..
The surprise of the beautifully designed modern interior to a classic city centre building.
Excellent location Breakfast should be included. Thin walls. Could be quite noisy depending on who is in nextdoor room.
The Rioja region is very nice, view on mountains around. The hotel is very good, modern, rooms nicely decorated and large. You can taste wine at the cellar at 7pm and 11am. The breakfast is very good and varied. The staff is very nice. The village around is quite ugly. No internet.
The hotel was marvelous and the staff very helpful. We did not want to leave the room. parking is a bit problematic and not close to the hotel
Great location to stay, we had a nice tour in the wine cellars, very friendly and helpfull staff.
Nothing because of its location---the outskirts of a town that was extremely poor with no facilities The recommended restaurant was 23eu for 2 courses /the only place to eat other than a bar The hotel was quite expensive so our expectations were high Cost 106eu more than the paradors we stayed in Location we knew the hotel was on the road but not directly opposite 2 blocks of flats and a rubbish dump. Not a vineyard in sight even though the hotel appealed to us for its bodega. We were booked for 2 nights but left after one
Room and breakfast were good. No evening meal, or hot drinks/snacks available, despite this being on website details. Also no evening visit to Bodega, only at 11.00 am.
Huge room-Superb- staff excellent - tour of winery/tasting very interesting
A very nice bodega with good wines. Excellent restaurant in the vine cave and friendly staff that shows you around in the celler.
The winery & staff were superb. Not many resturants in the area.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. The tour of the winery is included in the room rate. We loved it!
nicely situated, helpful staff the underground car park was a little too small for my people carrier
Great location, staff very friendly, would definitely stay again
Performance and Hospitality was quite OK
the staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful with all our queries. it was extremely clean and in a good location. the room we stayed in was quite small for 3 people but it was ok.
Central location, decent rates. The staff was extremely rude and because of such, I will not be staying at the hotel again.
Wonderful location, views, staff and food excellent
The staff were superb and the facilites, for 55 euro a night were outstanding. The actual town itself, Badaran, is very cool. It has 3 places to eat and no tourists! It's like living like a local!!! Loved it! I hated the pillow. It was a queen size bed with one pillow the covered all of it. I wish they'd change it!!
good location in the middle of the wine rute, beautiful view from the room, nice staff beds a litle small, and small parking ( but free)
Peaceful countryside, tiny village, beautiful surroundings. Monasterio de Yuso worth visiting (tours only in Spanish), Monasterio de Valvanera has great views. Winery David Moreno has tours and sells really good rioja red wine. Heating in rooms would definitely be necessary in winter. We picked a room with only a small window, that was a good choice, and bathroom luckily had a radiator.
Wonderful hotel in the middle of the rioja vineyards. We were the only occupants on the night we stayed and had a spacious room with lovely views. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open during our stay which was extremely disappointing so we had to travel to Najera for our evening meal.
A peaceful night´s sleep 1 bedside lamp had no bulb, the other had no bulb fitment. Only 1 bedside table.
Average breakfast but included excellent cappuccino. Positioned very remotely lack of choice of restaurants. Went 10k to Najera for excellent Tapas bars.
The views are very nice. The breakfast was too basic.
Fiar sized room, clean Out of town location. Bar shut at weekend. Poor breakfast.
Comfortable, reception staff friendly and helpful, and rooms clean. The hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate, which I don't think the description or photo makes clear.
The rooms are cheap, clean and comfortable. There is a free parking space in front of the hotel. The location: in an industrial zone, next to a highway. A car is mandatory to get there.
Clean nice hotel, helpful staff. Breakfast - various and fresh; surprisingly red wine was included. Around 5-8min. by car to cosy city centre with excellent tapas bars. No selection of larger (triple and quadriple) rooms
Good value for money Restaraunt service was pretty poor
friendly helpful staff and clean room very difficult to find
Easy to find, average hotel for reasonable price. Nothing special, a bit boring, next to a motorway.
Good Value for money, spotlessly clean, very nice and obliging staff.
The room was excellant, very comfortable bed and lovely shower. Nothing
The hotel was fantastic .Great for light sleepersas the rooms were very quiet. Location was on out skirts of town . Taxi was approx 8 euro and 12 on holidays etc. But although close to a highway it was very quiet. Not close to amienities. A buisness type location.
