Nothing. We left after the first night. Terrible experience Everything
The location was good Room overlooked ugly wall with rusty A/C. The breakfast items were not replenished. The ancient toaster did not work properly. The reception was too small and there is no comfortable place to sit other than the entrance throughway. There were no leaflets advertising "what's on". The first room we were taken to was in the process of being painted!! The fancy entrance does not match the room.
A very good location. Nice breakfast. The gymn is a bit basic, and not very modern.
It was very convenient.
I liked the location, rooms were good and the rate.
The hotel is in an excellent location in the city and the staff members were wonderful. I was expecting Internet access in "all areas of the hotel" as advertised. However, only the lobby had access - through two computers supplied by the hotel or through wireless access in the lobby. The wireless access seemed to work well for guests with laptops - but it would not work with my "smartphone" (which had no problems in connecting throughout the city in any number of cafes with WiFi.
Ample breakfast with TV, long access time (7AM-11AM); Nice shower in the bathroom No internet access in rooms (this had been advertised as available); only 2 computers available in the lobby for internet access - always busy with people waiting.
Great location, good prices, good breakfast. Hotel staff is not friendly enough, too serious. also they are not knowleadgle of the city places and attractions. it almost seems like they just want you to go to certain places and do not give you your options
The location is very good for bussines man.The surround is fool of good restaurants and close to luxury stores. nothing
Exceptional and accommodating staff (most are bilingual with English and Spanish), great location in the heart of Recoleta and complimentary breakfast is always a plus! I would most certainly consider staying here again on my next trip down! The air conditioning was very noisy and my view wasn't great but at the price point, that was to be expected.
Excellent location, Friendly day staff, Profesionally run hotel. Very safe and pleasant stay. Good value for money. Breakfast was boring. The same lay out every day, they should really try and change it.
The staff was very friendly and helpful! The beds were not as new and firm as I would have liked. Also, you hear street noise from the rooms in the front of the hotel.
It's location was very good. The staff were helpful when dealing with problems e.g. internet not working .... then the hair dryer not working I had to change apartments because the internet wasn't working in the original one. This took time out of my stay... firstly to try and get the internet working..... then moving to a different building! Half a day was lost....!!!!!
It is good location but it is noisy It is ok
everything was close, nobody bother me no access to information, internet station
They were very helpful in answering all our questions Traffic noise was a bit loud, and the gym was pretty broken down
the situation in Recoleta , the people et the reception very helpfull
space in the appartment. appartment full furnished.. housemaid war really nice and efficient. the gym and sauna area were really poor...think that equipment must be 20 years old.
The Concord Callao is a very comfortable and well located hotel. Excellent option for the price.
helpful staff, convenient location, lovely room the bath was very slippery and we were afraid of falling in it. We suggest a bathmat and handrail
Pozitie buna (centrala), bucatarie echipata, paza, curateni, personal foarte amabil. Location, clean room, security, very nice personel. A lot of noise from the street but from de AC also.
Excellent location. Very comfortable rooms. It's more an apartement suite than a hotel. Some street noise; but not more than in any other hotel in the centre of Bs. As.
Clean, excellent staff very helpful, Early check in would be nice, I arrived from Canada @ 10am and I could get a room until 300pm, I have meetings booked and would like to rest and shower so to get into a room for early check in would be very good.
Great location opposite the Recoleta Cemetary, surrounded by a dozen neat restaurants serving all kinds of foods. Also adjacent to some great but expensive shops. Great breakfast, great roof-top pool. We were upgraded to a suite which was huge with a balcony overlooking the cemetery, but the rooms themselves desperately need work, carpets are stained, some windows have no window coverings, the huge Jacuzzi tub looked too dirty to use, so we just used it to shower. I'm sure the rooms are adequately cleaned but its just shabby; if we were in the standard room I had reserved I would consider the hotel too expensive given its shabbiness.
Great location, good accomodation! Internet was paid in the rooms and dropped all the time.
Proximity to shopping & restaurants in Recoleta. Staff was great Rooms were worn out, in need of renovation
Good location. Carpet in the rooms.
The hotel is in a good lcoation close to the cemetary and Recolata Village. The hotel provided free wifi which worked well. The hotel is in need of an overall renovation; it is clear from the general state that the owners are not investing money in it. The rooms and bathrooms are shabby although clean. The gym and pool area are in a very bad state. Probably around half of the machines in the gym are broken and rusting due to being located in the pool area. The pool however was heated which was a plus.
Saff were excellent, friendly and tried very hard Decor is old and shabby, the whole hotel needs big investment. The lobby and bar area were deserted and unwelcoming. We went to the Alvear Palace hotel most evenings for a coffee or a drink, just for the athmosphere. However the staff were most helpful
Hotel staff very helpfull. The exellent location for my purpose and felt safe in the area. Taxi rank very near made it convenient and quick to get around. The bathroom in my room was in need of a bit of paint and repair. Sealent around jacuzzi needs replacement.
lots of restaurant choices very close to hotel. Needs some updates no desks in room to work on
Located in a great area of Buenos Aires. Lot's of restaurants, nightlife and parks. Hotel needs some remodelling.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, and environment & design was simple. The breakfast was poor.
Location is excelent: near major attractions. Rooms are confortable and well kept. Even beeing in the city center you can enjooy a quiet night. Breakfasts are ok (don`t miss the orange juice: the best I have tasted and I am a word traveler). Staff is most helpful and very friendly.
The suites over Marcelo T. de Alvear street have a beautiful view of the Rodriguez Peña Square and Ministry of Education building. Location also is a plus, close to most of the Buenos Aires hot points. Had some problems with the air conditioning, but the staff promptly solve it and relocate us.
The rooms were very small, but comfortable. I think there are better accommodations for this price point.
The friendly staff made our stay exceptional, very helpful and nice.
nice spacious room and bathroom; large comfortable bed; wifi worked well limited breakfast. some problems with automaticaly opening front door and lifts
The staff at the hotel was great. I really enjoy my stay at there hotel. It was a great experience.
Fantatstic staff absoultely made the stay a great experience. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends
Extremely well run. Room was very modern, spacious, well appointed & very clean. Great breakfast. Good central location.
Good location Staff was fantastic but the building tried too hard to be chic. The facility seemed kind of cold and harsh, the opposity of relaxed.
Staff were Excellent!!!! Location Excellent - would stay there again
Excellent, very friendly & English speaking staff. Comfortable place on central location nearby subway (if needed)
The staff were absolutely f abulous- attentive, charming, efficient and extremely pleasant - they made the stay for me. The hotel is comfortable , clean and well located for easy access to many of the main attractions. No complaints at all but don't expect much on the food from the bar - fairly basic but they do great cocktails
The owner-architect enjoys chatting with guests and the hotel staff is unusually friendly and helpful.
Location Lobby Key System is just plain NOT WORKING Service Staff are not accomodating Room X04 are noisy in the morning as they are ajoining to a SCHOOL
The location is excellent, close enough to walk to shopping, interesting places like the Recoleta Cemetery.
We arrived in the early morning and rather then make us wait they upgraded us to an available room.
Value for money; comfort; excellent location. None.
Very nice situated, at night there is no problem at all, we felt safe to walk to the restaurants just around the corner.
The staff was very professional. The rooms are quiet. We had the upgrade (with the 16 year old son it was great!).Best value for money! If we go to BsAs again we'd surely stay here.
Location, design, breakfast buffet. Key system: only allowed one key.
Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and always treated us with the upmost courtesy and concern. The room was very nice and the housekeeping staff outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Buenos Aires. It was both elegant and comfortable.
Lovely hotel and location. We were very tired from travel and had a great sleep after requesting extra pillows. small pillows
The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.
Excelent location, very nice hotel staff and very good breakfast.
Room is very good. Clean decoration, has a dining table, sofa and great kitchen. Bed is very confortable with a great fluffy cover. Bathroom also is very nice. Free WiFi connection is also great and works very well. Breakfast is very poor and served in a small area. It's a relatively small hotel, and you can hear all the noise from your neighbours, plus their door is 2m from yours, which makes it worst.
Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Very comfortable. Close to places of interest. Plastic card dorr keys did not always work. Muzak in breakfast room sometimes obtrusive.
All the hotel staff were very nice and tried to help in every way! booking tango shows, suggesting dinner places, and prroviding general advice on the city it is in a very nice area but not very close to the subte (underground) station. i didnt have time to check options but you may get better value for money. still for an extra $15 u can book a luxurious sweet!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. People were very kind and helpful. We would do it again.
The hotel is in an excellent location in the Recoleta area that is close to dining and shopping. The staff was always helpful, courteous and professional. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable the noise level can be high especially in the rooms on the street side.
The location is fantastic, easily accessible by walking to many interesting areas. The rooms are very clean and modern and the conveniences work. Staff is helpful and accommodating, good English skills.
The rooms are really good, with brand new furniture and well decorated. The Staff was really nice, and they helped us making dinner reservations and Tango Show reservations as well. The hotel is at the Recoleta Cemetery area, where you have tons of things to do. The Internet connection was poorly functioning. It was frustrating. Sometimes you just wanted to check you e-mail just before going out, but it is impossible.Checking your e-mail at their internet connection takes forever.
We had many questions regarding directions, things to do, where to go, transportation, etc. The desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Location of the hotel is perfect and it is very clean and comfortable. Free internet in lobby was very useful. We highly recommend staying there. We loved everything.
During construction around the hotel, some consideration should be given to noise problems in morning for particilar rooms. Breakfast were ok but could be improved.
Very conveniently located in a quiet street at the heart of Recoleta, very close to "La Biela", my favorite terrace in Buenos Aires. Nothing really. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. I guess a desk/table to work on would be good, but one can do this on the dining table.
Great position, friendly helpful staff, modern spacious rooms with quality fittings. Included breakfast was excellent. Some noise from adjoining rooms, however fairly minimal.
Big room and great location
Nice apartment hotel in good location.
Great location close to the centre of town. We appointed for travellers.
Convenient. It was not compatible with handicapped needs...shower rails, wider doors, ease of entering the room.
Big room very well furnished. Too noisy. They would have better spent their money by changing windows than by buying flat TVs.
I liked the decor of the room. It was an interesting design. The view was of rooftops of other buildings. I did ask for a room not overlooking the main street because it was really noisy so I guess it would be hard to expect a good view. The hot water tap in the bathroom was difficult to use. The water was either too hot or too cold. The staff were courteous but not very friendly.
Very helpful staff and the recently remodeled room we stayed in. They have many TV channels although none provided world news in English. We stayed in a B&B in Mendosa and had access to the English language news broadcasts of the BBC.
This hotel has an excellent location and great staff. I did not like the price of wireless internet service, 28 dlls a day is really expensive, considering that internet is in these days a service like water or electricity. I think internet service can be included in room price.
The restaurant and room service were closed due to staffing issues
The hotel was newly renovated so it was very clean and the rooms were very well decorated. Money was taken from my room and when I told the evening deck person about it he said he would look into it. When I checked out two days later and asked the front deck person (who told me he was the manager Mariano) he said he just arrived and new nothing about it.
The hotel was quite funky and I liked the central location. I found the staff to be very helpful
location.the size off the room.the staff ,small kitchen -everything was perfect
Everything was wonderful. Staff was extremely helpful. Our room for three was great. Very clean! Location is fantastic. Absolutely wonderful.
The hotel is in a beautiful old part of town, within walking distance of restaurants and the port area. Breakfasts are served on the top floor and included fruit salad, fresh orange juice, rolls, ham and cheese and various spreads. Staff were helpful. We were initially shown to the wrong room (one that appeared to be more expensive than ours), although the mistake was quickly rectified and the porter very apologetic. Our "room" included two levels - a sitting room area with tv, couch and cupbaords downstairs, and a bedroom and bathroom upstairs. It suited us very well but might not be suitable for older guests or those with young children as the stairs had no rail and could be hard to negotiate. Also, having the cupboard (and therefore all our clothes) downstairs proved a bit inconvenient as the bedroom and bathroom were upstairs.
A small boutique hotel, with good facilities located in the heart of Recoleta. Close to the tourist area of Recoleta, great shopping and nice restaurants. Bathrooms need installation of an exhaust fan, and breakfast menu could be improved with more fruit and perhaps offer some more quality cheese, maybe eggs, etc
Well located, they have a kitchenette (where you can cook, but we had to ask for the pots, since there were none, and no microwave but a sandwitch grill oven). Nice and well decorated common areas, small but efficient elevators, good central heating system (but it was not connected everyday, curiously), good breakfast, nice staff. Screws missing on the bath holder, on the towels holder, the drying machine would only work if you pressed the button constantly. Flush would not take the paper away, some electric sockets did come out of its place... ...a lot of maintenance was missing. We were left with no blanket on the duvet for 2 days without a reasonable reason (it is a holiday, we were told).
Location , extremely helpful and accomodating staff effective wi fi
Location Room too small
Superb location and very good staff Bathroom door didn't close well. No coffee or tea with the kitchenette. Walls quite thin.
Convenient location, fair rate, clean, quick and friendly service, adequate breakfast.
The pleasant staff, when we arrive at midnight The taxi which was reserved, was way to small for our lugage, so we needed two taxis unfortunally. The night staff had arranged a van, but it was a common car with a gastank.
Decent spot to stay if you need to be near the airport. A friend and I had a late flight into Jorge Newberry and an early flight out again the in morning and this suited us fine. Only complaint was that it is tucked away and our taxi driver had trouble finding it.
Staff, location near the Aeroparque Bathroom is not clean enough
very central location; perfect rooms/service with a very reasonable price. If I go to Buenos Aires again I will definetely stay there.
Guzel bir otel lokasyonu iyi otel konforu birinci sınıf Otelin duvarları ince sesler bulunduğunuz odaya geliyor
Wonderful location, near high end shops, and an excellent english speaking staff capable of recommending excellent places to eat and to tour! No..nothing. I loved the rooms, the intimate size, the efficiency of the the cleaning and service staff.
The staff is outstanding. The Recoleta location is perfect. We studied for our sight seeing ( first trip to BA) and the staff helped us get there. The in house restaurant and bar is very good if you need to stay in. We had a slight medical problem, and were sent to a very good doctor three blocks away.
The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and roomy. It was a great value and in a very nice safe area of the city. The smallness was most appreciated also. Felt warm and inviting.
it was a very pleasent stay. Hotel staff was very helpfull
position very noisy dark room
Absolutely a great place to stay in ba. Located well and very comfortable. I can't say enough about the staff and their willingness to assist. If you go..ask for Pablo to help....he can do anything!!
hotel staff was nice, hotel situation, nice rooms no swimming pool
The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a boutique hotel. I loved it!
Perfect location, exceptional service, fabulous room design and comfort, delicious breakfast, sensational wine selection and a beautiful spa.
The rooms were well appointed and the staff was very attentive and helpful
It is the only place in our stay in Argentina where my credit card did not work. Please guys get a machine that accept 5 digit codes!
This is our second stay at the Hotel Bel Air in B.A. We stayed once in 2008 and again in 2010. The hotel is in a great location in the Recoleta neighborhood. It is close to Avenida Sante Fe and a number of shops as well as the Recoleta district. It is primarily a residential neighborhood so it is a great way to observe and become part of the pace of Buenos Aires life. There are plenty of decent restaurants in the area. I can't think of a better palce to stay if you are in B.A. for a vacation. The rooms are very modern/minimalist (think IKEA), if you don't like this style you may not like this atmosphere. The rooms can be on the small side. I recommend getting what they call a "Double Superior" as it has a small sitting area. The "Double Comfort" is a bit on the tight side.
The hotel is situated in a nice and safe area and is very convenient for shopping and city sight seeing. The view from the window could use some improvement
Great location, excellent value. An added plus was the free Internet access. This was our third stay there and we will definitely return.
The situation is magic... all those trees in the middle of a city left me feeling so peaceful. The rooms are adequate but the staff are first class as nothing is too much trouble for them to do for the visitors. Our breakfasts were wonderful. We are in our 60's & 70's Nothing.
its ideal for a trip to the city, nearby you can find all what you like and the hotel has a good vallue for money breakfast only argentinian standard
The convenient location and courtesy of the staff. good security The breakfast. There is a full table but more attention could be given to the quality of the food. Less quantity and more quality.
Courteous, friendly and helpful staff who were comfortable speaking english. Nice little bar that served good food, well priced. Good area. No, but I would have liked to have a steam room or sauna
Small and intimate Quality of room service food poor....asked for a king bed...received two doubles....asked for smoking received non smoking
The front desk staff were very helpful. All spokje fluent English and were very knowledgeable about the city and amenities The cafe in the hotel lobby. Terrible service..sometimes open, sometime closed, but no explanation
The location is just great, it is in Recoleta, in a very calm street. The room has microwave, a small fridge and a sink, so you can set your own meal if you wish. They don't have restaurant and the breakfast was served in the room. We traveled with our 1 year and 5 months daughter, and he had a great time there.
The hotel studio apartment style provides all necessary for a longer stay. It was like having one’s own apartment. Quiet & clean. The hotel concierge (front desk) was not equipped with up-to-date and necessary information required by an out of town visitor – three times sending me to out of business vendors. FD was Helpful, but not friendly.
It was close by to all the city's highlights and most importantly the Bars and Eateries. It was also an Apartment with kitchenette, Balcony (with Barbecue). The Staff were most accomodating too. Perhaps the bath/Shower could have done with a Shower Curtain.
Staff were very helpful and spoke English well. Very attentative to our needs. Location was close to some sites and within walking distance to good eateries and a laundromat . Booking.com has buffet breakfast listed as an inclusion. Thereis no buffet breakfast facilities available at the hotel. The continental beakfast was good though.
Convenience; price of hotel. Access to web should be free.
The staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel was comfortable and extremely well located. We felt 'at home', - an excellent experience in every respect. Nothing
Great location; comfortable studio apartment; clean Advertised that they had a gym and pool, but the gym only had a few rickety machines and the pool was too small to swim laps.
Location, room and staff we all excellent. Free internet in the lobby. Location is great but if you are looking to use the subway system a lot it is a 10-15 minute walk to the closest stop.
Excellent value! Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Maid service was top notch. Would recommend to anyone for business or pleasure. I didn't like the fact that we couldn't stay longer.
Great location with a two bedroom unit! Really liked the good sized rooms and two bedroom design in a great location. We found nothing negative about this hotel
Apartments are exactly as they are shown in the pictures: they are very spacious and clean. Breakfast is rather poor and does not match the quality of the apartment.
Very roomy well-appointed apartments with amenities, great staff, excellent location. Perhaps the best choice possible in Buenos Aires for value.
Location was great. Staff are fine but not very cordial in the begining.
Ottimo rapporto qualita'-prezzo, in una posizione centrale, con appartamenti spaziosi e ben arredati con ogni confort
brilliant central location with taxi fares very reasonable to any part of Buenos Aires. Spacious apartment with breakfast brought to the room and free wi-fi in the lobby area.
Location and apartment size Lack of restaurant
We felt like at home
Good location in Recoleta-area. Safe area at night too. You can walk to several main tourists attractions and nice rest./cafe's. The apartments are clean, but old-fashioned. So don't expect trendy furniture and art. People at reception desk are very kind and helpfull. The apartments for 1 - 3 people (executive double apartment) are all located at the backside of the complex. These are more quite than the apartments at the streetside, which street is very busy. The apartments at the backside of hotel have no sun, while the (upper) apartments at the streetside are quite sunny.
Art Suites is located in Recoleta which is a safe, convenient neighborhood close to shopping, restuarants, the Recoleta Cemetary, and the subway. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke great English. The hotel is located in an upscale neighborhood that gives you a feel for living in Buenos Aires away from the crush of tourists, yet it is accessible to all the major sites of interest for tourists. At a very picky level, the towels could have been newer and the pots in the kitchen could have been in better shape. Otherwise, we were quite satisfied with the hotel and the value.
Excellent place, running by very nice ladies, very stylish and full with a character and good spirit. I've booked a studio for single and got free upgrade for a bigger one without even to ask. The place seems fully renovated, very clean and very comfortable. Stuff is very friendly, just not everyone speak English...close to all major Ricoletta attractions (cemetery, etc) They forgot to bring me my breakfast on Sunday morning...well - remember to remind them if you stay there over a weekend... :-)
Staff at the entrance, available space at the apartment Very short breakfast for the price paid
we had the large apartment and it was excellent for a family with 3 kids, good location in Recoleta with good links into the city
Wonderful, attentive, helpful staff. Very clean rooms, linen crisp and white. Pleasant location along a tree-lined, side street. A bit of a walk to the nearest subway stop.
Loved the proximity and helpfulness of staff. Great help having English speaking staff. Large size of unit was a bonus.
Flexibility & fair treatment during changing conditions due to Air Line strike.
the concierge was fantastic. Charming, informative, very helpful. Good breakfast brought to your room. The lobby had no seating or lounge area.
Helpful staff, comfortable room.
Excellent location, clean bedroom A little noisy
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. WiFi worked perfectly, and everything that was offered was delivered. Will definitely book again.
I have stayed for 6 nights during a business trip. It's like having your own flat in Buenos Aires. Big and clean room, well equipped kitchen, friendly Staff, very nice neighbourhood. Would stay again. If you plan to arrive late at night, ensure the reception is well aware. I would call ahead.
After a long journey to Buenos Aires we had a warm welcome at Piccaluga Appartments by Deborah who helpd us get checked in quickely so we could rest and enjoy the city later in the afternoon. Our accomodations were very nice, clean spacious and modern with very usable kitchen, cable TV, and the location was easy for everything we wanted to see and do. Deborah was very helpful the next day with tips about a convenient grocery shop around the corner and helpful ideas for logistics of maximizing our stay and navigating around this huge city. Deborah was very patient and thorough and made our stay comfortable and easy. Only one computer and seemed to be busy all the time. The breakfast was basic and just what we needed to jump start our day. We could augment if we needed with the grocery shop around the corner.
We liked the staff and the size of the room. The location in Recoleta wasn't perfect. We were right across from a parking garage and the buses went by the hotel all night.
great location, clean modern spacious appt. fitness room is lacking weight equipment
The location is very convenient .walking distance of many of the interesting areas The appartment has space for 4 people but it is missing other things that make it uncorfotable for 4 people. for example a table big enough to have breakfast or chairs to be to seat all at the same time. chairs or something to put the 4 suitcases....... and some other details and important thingks thanks
Upmarket, spacious, good location.
Location was Great in Recoleta and the accomodations for three was acceptable, the sofa was comfortable for our heavy sleeper. Breakfast was great The roof pool was too cold to swim in, the execise room equipment was fair.
