The hotel is modern and clean, it's situated very near Baumana St. with its restaurants ans shops, so the location is really good. the Kremlin is in walking distance. there is a new building under construction near the hotel, so some rooms have terrible view.
Staff were very helpful, I checked out early they made s special breakfast for me without requesting.
The location was in the center of the city and everything was within walking distance, ie: restaurants, the mini Kremlin, shopping, etc. The hotel was being remodeled and the sounds of the jack hammering were loud and annoying. Fortunately they stopped after 6 pm. Also, the hotel information implies that they have a shuttle to the Airport, but it is really a taxi that charges to take you to the airport.
Very good located with easy access from railway station and almost any part of the city. Hotel itself looks new and suprisingly comfortable with high standards of quality. Staff is helpfull, breakfast of a standard quality. This hotel was a relief after returning from walk in half-demolished Kazan city As long as i have noticed there is no lift at this shotel. Beware of surcharges for early check-in
The Marriott in Kazan is excellent -- very good service, good restaurant, and located literally a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Kazan Kremlin. The staff was helpful with all of my requests. In short, they helped make my trip (on business) very pleasant.
Good new built hotel with attractive design of interiors. Special thanks to Marat reception' guy, who has resolved a conflict situation skillfully. There were some minor flaws in the bathroom, breakfast isn't worth for its money.
location, staff, food,
Nice location close to all the sights, international standard, clean, good personnel ready to help. very noisy, bad sound isolation, all is heard what's going on in the corridor. Only one towel per person is offered.
Everything was awesome!!! Service, breakfast, location, staff. Everything!!! Thank you very much!!!! We really enjoyed it! N/a
I stayed 1 night at hotel. Close to main touristic and shopping places.
The room was quite modern and equipped with wide desk which was useful for guests like me who like to work in the evening. The bed was also comfortable, and the shower had enough space too. I was impressed by the way computer manager worked to carry out my problems with the internet though it was not successful. I felt very grateful to most of the service staffs working there. My room was not made up one day when I failed to leave some tips for the chambermaid, and some foot marks on the floor remained till the end of my stay. This is just a suggestion, but for a business use hotel, a hot drink capable in your room during the night will be nice. A small kettle will be enough to serve this purpose. I thought the payment process is a bit unclear and weird, and it is not informed on Booking.com site. For instance, you have to pay before your departure date, and the first night charge is taken from your credit card even if you choose to pay by cash. It was not a problem for me, but it should be informed somewhere beforehand.
aqua-park room service, room equipment
The hotel is the tallest building in the city. Hotel complex includes aquapark (free for guests), good gym (a fee of $20 applies), a cinema and some restaurants. It's great because you don't need to go anywhere to find a place to eat out. Nice choice in Kazan
We spent two nights in the hotel. The room was spacy, looked like a nice 1-room apartment, even had a good carpet on the floor :) Though the days we spent in Kazan were one of the hottest days (+40C in the shadow) and the room did not have an individual AC, centralized system worked quite well and maintained comfort temperature. Personnel was excellent, there were no lobsters for breakfast, but in general breakfast was OK. I heard ladies at reception speaking pretty good French and English (and Russian, of course). It is 5-minute walk from the Kremlin. I actually can not say I did not like anything in this hotel. Nice, cozy rooms, good people, not that expensive, so really amazing for Russia.
The Giuseppe has a great location in the center of Kazan. The free wi-fi worked well. The restaurant was great and inexpensive. Overall, a great stay!
Nice and large rooms, location near the main street, the Kremlin and the Central stadium of Kazan.
The incheck was fast and friendly, good english speaking staff and a very spacy room. Noisy from one room to another.
Location, the food, especially pastry was delicious! Coffee was nice too ;-)) The layout of the hotel is very weird...rooms locations are so hard to find...more signs needed ( especially to find an exit ;-)) a bit overpriced and for such price the attention given to the guest is not adecvate ( waiting for too long at recpetion without anyone pays attention to you even after you have announced your presence, forgotten towels were brought to the room in 5 hrs only after being requested twice...) However overall this is just minor details to work on...our general expereince was excellent and we thank you and the hotel management a lot.All the best in future
Good location. Many resaurants and cafes nearby
Good experience, pretty much what I expected, thought the pool and relax area would be a bit nicer... Security guards were not exactly providing a relaxed athmoshere and asked my girlfriend 4 times "if she is sure she stays in the hotel"!
the poeple that worked there where very nice and helpful No I liked everything about the Hotel and all the other bussinesses in Kazan.
Beautiful room, good staff, good brekfast, central position, really good price.
nice, clean, not fare away from Kazan city center, theater, lake. breakfast simple, but ok. in the room TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, shampoo, soap. on the floor water cooler and iron. no lift, if you have big bags.
Price and location In our room was cigarette smell, but rooms were for non smoking
It's in a nice position, near the city center it's a former soviet style hotel, and the reclamized swimming pool does not exist at all. They speaks only a few few words of english. Around the hotel at night it's dirty: there is no lighting illumination and plenty of neglected dogs
