I was offered a deal through booking.com but by the time it was time to pay, the offer was ignored and i ended up having to pay the tripple of the price i gad from tge biginnug. A clear scam and disregard to their costumers, watch out for this place!!!
Excellent service, excellent hotel staff and very clean. .location also good
I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are excellent. A good location for exploring LA - Universal Studios, Santa Monica, Malibu and Hollywood.
the service from the staff the location
Just perfect , one of the best hotel in the world , the service is wonderdul.
Hilton HHonors program üyesi olma avantajını da kullanmak istedim. Sabah uyandığınızda odamda yatağın üzerinde bulduğum böcek ve yaklaşık yarım saat süren odaya valiz gelmesi ve odadan valiz alınması bazı eksiklikleri gösteriyor.
personel cok ilgili, konum guzel. odalar yeterince buyuk degil, kahvalti cok pahali.
Located in a very nice part of LA and the local restaurants and shops are world class. Lighting in room and noise of people going past the room.
The location of the hotel is great, just at Beverlly Hills, clos to restaurants, shopstores and more... The chick and simple design make the hotel something very special. The shower was great like a massage after the long vacation day.
The beds are so comfortable! The matress, pillows and linenes are all very high quality.
comfortable rooms, clean and nice service loud and noisy parties until late every night in the lobby are not respectful for paying guests. A lot of noise making it hard to sleep before 1AM
Proximity to conference at Beverly Hilton
How possible to be rated as 4 stars hotel? it looks like a 2 stars hotel !
decorations in the hotel, they have a nice restaurant, we could say it is on prime location the walls are so thin and the doors so loosen that you can here every single thing from neighbour's room or the hallway
Hotel is very well located Not exactly about the hotel, but the taxi the hotel ordered to take me to LAX aiport was very old and dirty, and taxi driver did not want to accept credit card (he only accepted after I insisted).
The staff were very friendly and helpful and very attractive nope, it was all good
high price for comfort
Swimming pool, good location, friendly & helpful stuff, very good restaurant.
Cool roof-top pool setup Drinks way too expensive in the bar
The location was great the rooms were very nice
Really helpful at front desk, Amazing location, comfortable rooms.
Good location, bus available to Santa Monica, staff friendly especially Melissa
Room service was great. Valet was poor. No iron or ironing board in the room. Elevators took forever, but there didn't seem to be a ton of people in the hotel.
Nice design, excellent staff. everything was fine
Loved the rooftop bar-fun spot...
Comfortable bed, great food, great rooftop bar/pool, great location. Not enough light in the bathroom, split my head open on towel rack in shower. It's terribly placed....as you look down to step into the shower and lean in....it's right there! Who designed that? And it had pointed corners on it....? Not very thoughtful....
I really liked the decoration style of the hotel.
Location in Beverly Hills very accessible. Nice setting, and cozy. The glass in the window was cracked and water leaked in when it rained.
Front desk was amazing and helped me locate a lost cell phone I left in an uber. The restaurant staff was amazing and the drinks were best in LA. The room was below average, plugs in the bathroom and most of the room didn't work. The AC was very loud and struggled to keep up with cooling the room. Walls are paper thin could hear EVERYTHING! Floors in the room were fake wood but were really dirty.
1. No Coffee/tea making facilities in room 2. Hotel charged me $16/night for amenities while I did not use any extra service
Lots of character and nice size rooms. Staff was great and the location was very walkable. Rooms are not quite up to a 4* standard - more 3*. Lots of paint and wallpaper pealing. Water stained ceiling. Little items easily fixed - which was sad it wasn't. VERY loud 1st floor (heard footsteps all night above). So much potential though.
Retro rooms, super comfy bed, & comfy robes! First hotel I've been in that had wood/laminate floors instead of carpet. Loved it! Staff was very friendly & helpful!

Location Inconvenient access to the room from the reception and that the room was in an adjoining building. Didn't seem very family friendly considering we were traveling with small children
rooms, marble surfaces, bed staff generally does not seem to care, except a couple of good people.
Location No coffee maker or microwave
Staff and location. No.
valet was surprisingly professional and courteous. The only good thing was the pleasant valet staff. The guy at the front desk had such an attitude, sooo soft spoken , told us our room was not ready after being there at 3:30pm. No Ice machine. I needed ice, they gave some in a laundry bag. trashy.
The service staff was great. Everyone else seemed to go above and beyond during our stay. The pool was great and heated. The location worked well for our weekend activities. The shower head was great. Although the desk staff was also very helpful, one young man at the desk was off-putting. The European style shower door that allowed water to go everywhere.
excellent position, very good staff, clean, nice
Nice staff, pretty garden , I reccomend bungalows, good restaurants. Very good localization near ocean but also close to schopping places. I reccomend this hotel.
The pillows and bed were excellent. Made for a refreshing stay.
The location to the sea.Very attractive forecourt.Very attentive staff especially bell boys. The room was very spacious and had a good view to the sea. Far too expensive to park car at hotel.Should have been coffee-making facilities in the room.Very surprised as all the other hotels we have stayed at in the States have this and should be standard in a hotel of this standing.
It was charming, room and bed comfortable with a deck overlooking pool. Im fussy and i found it a pleasant experience quiet, clean and relaxing. Staff excellent and a short walk to beach, handy to shops and restaurants.
The beverly wilshire is just an excellent hotel with warm and cozy enviroment, luxurious and really fancy. Guest is very good served The shower is so weak and has no presure, that you hardly can take a shower.
The service staff was great, enjoyed the hotel staff cars (Mercedes and Rolls Royce) taking us to shopping locations/lunch... and picking us up. The hotels artwork, decor and architecture is one of the best in the World, and we have travelled most of Europe and stayed in their 5 start hotels. The Beverly Wishire gets 5 Stars+ in my book, my 2nd time their and I will return again soon. Dr Phil M
Location is unsurpassable, very customer focussed. A place to be seen in
The staff were above and beyond!!!
The hotel was wonderful in every way. The service was fantastic and all the staff were just lovely. They were so attentive and polite but not 'hovering'. The hotel itself was beautiful and you feel very special whilst staying there. It's quite large but still retains all the privacy you could want. My only regret is that our schedule didn't allow a longer stay to enjoy this wonderful hotel even more.
I loved the total glamour that the Bevely Hills exudes. You can literally bump into Academy Award winners - and I did! It is not easy to find off facility parking.
This is a classic location with a classic luxury feel to it. A famous hotel - and you can see why It was disappointing to learn when we arrived that the rate we booked in advance with yourselves had changed and was slightly more expensive. However this did not really spoil our stay.
The staff and standards were first class from check in to check out None
Staff are excellent at catering to wishes of guests. Restaurant and bar staff well trained and very organized at lunch and dinner. Staff at front desk are best in class.
Fantastic location and a superb venue A huge thank you to Ben and his team for a splendid New Years Eve and a wonderful 4 days in Beverly Hills and surrounds!!!
small and friendly excellent hotel. Good location, having a drink at the swimming-pool was so relaxing after a day in L.A. 8 Have breakfast somewhere else.
Very comfortable and lux rooms. Close to famous streets like Rodeo. Very friendly and kind front desk staff. Thanks to all it was really pleasure for me. I suggest this hotel to all booking.com users. Everything was perfect. I have not any negative comments to Mosaic Hotel.
location was very good, hotel staff were very helpful and roow was very comfortable
Location and staff internet in the lobby
Convenience and accessibility. Room was lovely, but quite small.
The staff was friendly and very helpful setting up dinners for us at local restaurants. they drove us and picked us up from these locations. The hallways were extravagant and gorgeous and the rooms were beautifully decorated. Yes we will go there again The rooms all be it were decorated nicely. they were on the small side. The bathroom doors were made out of glass so had little privacy to them but complaints are outwayed by the great time and experience there.
Excellent hotel at a reasonable rate for Beverly Hills. Will be back. Noise from air conditioning.
Very small & personable & efficient service. Booked 2 rooms with 4 guests and we almost missed our flight because the front desk did not give a wake up call as we all requested in person for rooms 404 & 406. It was the only negative experience during our stay. I will submit comment card directly to the hotel.
I loved the small size of the place (as in 43 rooms not 200), easy check in, easy to reach our room, very quiet and peaceful. Extras available healthy choices for breakfast, room service, happy hour in the bar etc) but we didn't try any of them. Hotel on quiet street, within walking distance of shopping and restaurants in downtown Beverly Hills.
Because of its boutique size, the staff was very pleasant and readily available for questions and hotel related requests.
The hotel was beautiful & the staff was very friendy. The food was very good & the location was perfect for our honeymoon.
The city was cleaning a parking garage opposite of the hotel during the night for two nights in a row, which was extremely noisy, therefore I checked out after two nights. I had a small room without a desk an therefore I think $300 per night was too much.
Good location, nice pool and open dining space Friend staffs None
Good location, friendly staff, clean room A bit expensive
Location, decor, staff and double bath n/a
Santa Monica is the best place to stay in LA for pleasure, and for business travelers with a little extra time for commute. The Shangri-La is the hippest, best place on the water. We've stayed at Shutters and Casa del Mar - eaten at Viceroy. Shangri La beats them all. authentic updated Art Deco, great size, pool, rooftop bar with view of the Santa Monica pier and beach. No question - the go-to place in LA . The New York Times Travel Section agrees. And this is not paid or sponsored - I am a real person - stayed with my daughter on her school break. Loved it! Anne We had to leave
online it told me that the pool and bar would be open. Felt deceived!!! Bathroom door was broken, dirt in the bathtub, too much light in the AM, workers making lots of noise at 8am to fix pool area, bar on roof and pool not open even though it said it was online and that was the whole reason to go there. Took my boyfriend for 40th and highly disappointed. I was embarrassed!!!!!
lovely room but we upgraded and the pool are and roof top very nice. Our only concern were the staff who didnt really have a clue apart from the bell boy and valets. Wake up calls always 15 -30 mins late/fridge didnt get replenished unless we asked
location very central and just had major face lift really noisy at night - great if you are a party animal!
All the Art Deco features. Its a beautifully renovated hotel. We booked the Deluxe room because it was a bigger room & couldnt really fault it. The bathroom has a big bath tub in it & the room is full of Art Deco detail. Hotel staff were extremly friendly & helpful. Hotel is right across from the beach therefore great views. If you have time go up to the rooftop bar. Great views. No water provided in the rooms. Internet facilities for people that dont have a laptop arnt that convenient. Internet is only free for the first 15 min & then you need to pay. Only one computer available right in the lobby no no real privacy either, very distracting. The hotel room rates are a little pricy but we enjoyed our stay.
Rooms are well thought out. I wish that the cafe in the lobby would have more options.
love the Viceroy feel, decor and spaciousness. The bathroom was not quite as large as the Viceroy in Miami, but nice nonetheless. great water pressure too! the TV on the wall was massive, perhaps the largest I've ever seen in a hotel room. Was quite surprised there is no coffee whatsoever in the room. While they offer 'free' coffee from an urn in the lobby to guests, you still have to get dressed and go down the elevator to get. Miami room had an espresso machine; that should be standard.
Very quiet and well appointed rooms. Nice pool area. Difficult to get staff help after late arrival. Surcharge for 'coffee service' seems lame given hotel class.
The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. Hotel rented out pool area for private Lincoln event so guests had no access to entire outdoor pool area for all of Saturday, which was a big appeal of this hotel. Rundown with duct tape on the hallway carpets. They overcharged me for a number of items.
Lovely, fresh interior. Friendly staff/ Our room was adjacent to the fitness center and someone was weight lifting (and dropping) heavy weights at 6:30 a.m. I thought gun shots were going off.
Breakfast The smell in the room was really bad, must improve on this
We had a great experience at the hotel
Closeness to restaurants for convinience. Parking was small
Nothing I got off my plane to find that room had been cancelled and sold too someone else. I had nowhere to go at 1am in the morning. My wallet was stolen a day before I checked in. When they tried to charge my card, it was declined and I was notified thatbinhad 24 hours to provide a new card number. I called them as soon as my plane landed, not even an hour after I got the email saying I had 24 hours to provide a new card to keep reservation. They did not honor their contract. Rude managers and unacceptable business practice. I will never stay at a comfort Inn again not use Kyayk or booking.com. If I wasn't a roll with the punches kinda guy, it would have been much worse. Unacceptable.
The gun shots, the intoxicated front desk girl or the ice pool
angie was wonderful at helping us resolve our booking problems. thankyou! area , ok, not much to do, for walking ,
Convenience to LAX. Friendly & very helpful staff. Excellent local Mexican Restaurant. The hotel was a little run down in appearance of rooms. De-luxe was rather a misnomer. There was supposed to be a swimming pool but its location was not apparent. Maybe a plan of the hotel available at checkin would be helpful.
It is to worth the value, and a convenient place to stay. The breakfast needs improvement. The sort could be more.
There is a small living room and sleeping room in one room, very good when one of us wants to work and one of us wants to sleep.
the service My car was broken in to while parked on the parking lot, and several very important items were stolen. I was promised a refund from getaroom.com for one night, for $115.00, but I have not received anything. My wife and I enjoyed coming to comfort inn several times a year, but I think its time for us to find another hotel.
Absolutely nothing. Dirty, shitty bed hurt my back.
Nice finishes Comfortable bed Good TV Ants in bathroom - even after killing what we saw at night, more still came back in morning
met my needs for close to airport, inexpensive and clean
eventhough it is in the crime region , hotel is gated...and ok for singles and men
Room was clean, nice flooring and window covering. Check in evening on 2/9. Clerk not very friendly, did not smile.
room size and quality Noise, transport to the airport
Booked a room thur Booking.com at $79.00 a night. When I got to the Motel there is a large sign that states $59.00 a night. Then The front counter person charged me $10.00 for the shuttle service that is stated to be free on your website. Priced Higher then the Stated Sign Price. Charged for a free shuttle service
No. The bed and pillows were full of ants. The desk clerk just ignore my complaint. There was no food that was edible on my diet.
First, I was surprised, that this is not a hotel, but a motel. Anyway, I was very surprised about the cleanliness of the room.. It was in very good condition (I had a room 313) It was perfect as a temporary accommodation, like I needed, when I arrived lax Airport in the night, but I do not recommend it as longer- term accommodation while it's abusing when you hear airplane landing in the middle of the night to the lax airport.
the speed to internet is very slow
Proximity to the airport Very rundown area. Desk staff brusque and unhelpful. Cleaning staff co-operative. Inclusive breakfast was an insult to the name of breakfast, Disgusting. Shuttle service was not provided by the hotel as advertised and the result was expensive. I cancelled a booking for a return visit and this was not cancelled and I was charged as a no show.
This was worst experience everThis hotel had a wedding party on the balcony of the second floor with a really loud music the second night of our stay. next night they hosted a sundsyfunday event and the hotel had turned to a club with drunks in elevators.
Every time you walked into the hotel their were staff members saying hello and ready to help with anything you needed.
We were in a room that was recently updated, and although not very big is was well laid out and had many practical features. It was also very clean, including the inside of drawers. And we had a partial ocean view which was very nice. No.

Location and atmosphere. Restaurant was closed one night for private party - and 'traffic' in lobby was a little intrusive.
Location. Adjoining room with group of partying people next door. The door was neither sound nor light proof. Security called 4 times and no effort made to stop disruption. Terrible experience. Would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.

Quiet and away from the hustle of the city. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. No pool

Swanky and super clean rooms and close to the beach.
The location of the hotel was perfect. You can walk easily to the pier along with tons of restaurants and shops close by. I didn't realize that this hotel did not have a pool which is a real downer.
Everyone went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable.
The hotel decor was pretty sterile. The Viceroy across the street was much more esthetically pleasing. The pool was ok, not great. The coffee bar was under staffed and looked temporary. Good for location. Staff cheerful, but not what I expected.
They did not have our reservation when we checked in; after calling twice to confirm. During those two calls, I was put on hold for thirty minutes the first time and eight minutes the second time..finally, they confirmed. Yet, upon arrival, they did not have our reservation and I had to check my confirmation email on my phone to prove it. No "sorry" gifts/amenities were given.
