great hotel, really nice rooms: new bathroom, iron in room. The free casino was also great!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The breakfast was delicious.
Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Close to Old Town. Nothing
location, service expensive internet
The hotel was clean and bright, The staff were helpful, polite and friendly. The room was well prepared. I don't laike smoking in public areas or bars, although this is not unique to to the Hilton Prague.
Wifi is ridiculously expensive. 15$ a day
need good channels for TV the light spots
The leisure centre and pool area was lovely. Housekeeping came into the room everymorning at 9 without checking if we were still in bed.
Thr hotel staff were first class, extremely helpful, accomodating and friendly. Highly recommended and would like to visit again. Not at all
Excellent price/quality ratio Nothing to claim
We enjoyed the very comfortable bed, the good breakfast buffet, the friendly staff (who spoke English and German fluently) and the decent location (close to metro and tram).
Great Hotel, handy location next to FlorenC Tram/Metro station, historical city center at walking distance. Friendly and available staff. Nicely furnished/designed, clean, quiet, good breakfast, ...
Located close to the center but not directly in the center. Very good breakfast. Nice personal. Tidy and clean room. Doubleroom was big enough. Bathroom was 4-star standard as well and clean. Parking in front of the hotel. Price-Performance was very good. There was a smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom on the weekend when the hotel was fully booked. But it dissappeared during the shower and on weekdays where the hotel was empty. The bathroom is very modern, so the overall impression was not distgusting and it shouldnt prevent from booking if one is not hyper-sensitive.
The hotel offers excellent value for money; although it's not really a central location, it takes like 5 minutes to get there by tram and it's walking distance from the city center. The staff both reception and restaurant extremely polite and helpful.
The Hästens beds were simply fantastic, I had an excellent nights sleep. The staff is very friendly and assisting. Very good location close to Florenc, loads of restaurants and new shopping mall Palladium. Good cuisine. Limited no. Of parking space, although I was lucky to get on just in front of the entrance :-)
Clean rooms, friendly front office staff , new and clean. Good and sufficient breakfast Small rooms, lack of seating space, chairs , seating aeria.A place where you can relax after a long day of side seeing. Very poor wi fy conetion.
Friendly staff, clean room, and excellent breakfast. This is a great hotel for the money.
new furniture, on a very quiet street, fair quality for the money we paid small rooms/bathrooms, the distance between the underground station and the hotel was more than we expected (but less than 10 mins anyway)
so cheap comparing the fesilities. and acturelly a nice place. very near the main bus station. if you want to go another town by Student Agency. not near the city center and sightseeing, loud at night because of the train comes by.
The friendly atmosphere, the professional staff at the reception, the comfort of the room, the feeling that one was well looked after and that the staff cared about the client, making his stay more than pleasant, always helpful and ready to answer questions and make very good suggestions.
The room was quite small but still OK for two, nice and clean, although a bit smelly maybe due to the new carpets. The bathroom seemed to be brand new. Nearby railway wasn't that disturbing at all but can be a problem for some. Staff was really helpful (agreed to change rooms after we checked in and didn't like ours).
Hotel Staff and their politeness. Quick to response. Prefered a small fridge and kettle in the room.
The best thing about this hotel is the value for money.Very chip but not a bad hotel at all.Clean and nice rooms and five minutes walking from metro station. The bad thing was the location in relation with the centre. Not so far but the neibourgh was not so safe or at least it did not look like that.Very quite and walking there through night was a little bit scary...
price , breakfast
The hotel is clean and its location is perfect. But it is alittle bit noisy. otherwise its value is perfect, and i would recommend it only one incident that happened that i didnt like at all. I was in my room and suddenly the house keeper entered the room with some other lady without knocking or anything and then she asked me to take some measurements for the window in the room !!!
Good and pleasant servises, cheap and fairy, but I consider this hotel (B&B) is suitable only for city tours but not for relaxation 3rd flor is under repair, works start at 6 am. and are very noisy, also the train which is very-very close to the hotel disturbs a lot. Very poor heating in the rooms.
We stayed in the hotel Adeba with my friend and we appreciate the quietness and stillness at that hotel, very kind and even modest and polite staff (may be students - young boys and girls). And in the same time the hotel is close to railway - the windows of our room saw to the gothic wall and the top were trains. But they are very rare and we feel ourselves as in magic cave. We enjoyed that. Besides that the centre of Prague is very close and the hotel also is near autobus station - from it we travel throughout Czechia, and near subway. Thanks a lot to the staff. We wiil be back. The only thing that put questions - monotonous and frugal breakfast, even more monotonous, because in the first day the sausages and ham were very tasty and on the eighth day they were so common.
İnternet imkanı geliştirilmelidir!
Hiç bir şeyi sevmedim Kahvaltı rezalet. Odalar çok pis ve eski. Asansör çok yavaş. Personel çok ukala ve ilgisiz.
it is very clean and food is goog the front desk staff Radka and Lucie is rude. I was asking them a question and keep on talking in Czech language and giggling. Ther were not very professionnal when dealing with us.
The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from Praha Masarykovo station for the trips out of town that I needed to make. The close proximity of the metro (the hotel was opposite Florenc metro station), two supermarkets on the doorstep and the short walk to the centre of town also made this an ideal location. Apart from this, I liked the clean look of the hotel, friendly staff and the supply of tea/coffee in the room was a nice touch. A minor grumble was the length of wait for check-in (down to a group booking at the hotel for a corporate event). It shouldn't take the gloss out of a very friendly and well run hotel though.
The location was great, right across from a Metro station and market. The rooms were large, and beds comfortable.
Heaps of restaurants , pubs, nightclubs. Good fun atmosphere in the area yet it quiets down fairly early. Astoria is an ok hotel - service is friendly . Rooms are basic. Ideal probably for backpackers who don't want a hostel. Location is great. Room safe didn't work (or we couldn't get it to) . Aircon was ineffective but I think that's fairly standard for the area.
Location s it was only a 10 minute walk to the city centre. We did not realise the did not accept Euro at the hotel. We did not have any of their currency so this made it a bit difficult. Also we were quoted in Euro for the hotel rate, but they did not charge in Euro so therefore extra expense was incurred due to credit card charges.
Breakfast is very important for me and it was ok i have claustrofobia and i couldn,t open ten whole window
The location, comfort, prices The hotel staff had little training. They were often too few, and only did their assigned jobs (for example: four people in the reception and no one in the bar) even though it was obvious that they were needed for very easy tasks somewhere else. We often had to wait a very long time in order to order a drink at the bar, talk to someone in the reception (even when they were four behind the counter!) etc.
good and very clean
The breakfast was wonderful! Made the day start off right!
Breakfast was super, because I was expecting the usual Continental small breakfast i.e. coffee and a croissant. The convenience of the Metro and The Trams was a gem no
Staff always very helpful nothing
I had stayed in the hotel before, hence knew what to ask for. My room was excellent, the price (through Booking.com) was excellent (49 EUR per/night), and the service too. The breakfast is very good compared with many other hotels in Prague. Good coffee and a lot of choice of healthy products, all fresh and tasty. My room was well-heated, although it was not yet cold in Prague. The room was spacious, tastily decorated and quiet. The hotel is newly built, hence well-organized and designed. There are nice colorful reproductions of French impressionist painters along the walls. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cosy. Bright during the day, pleasant illumination and piano music at night. The restaurant is good at night too. There was a slight problem, since there was no telephone in my room.It wasn't clear why it was missing. But the girl at the desk let me use the telephone at the reception for free for calling my wife at home. The staff doesn't speak English too well (it could be improved), but they are young and intelligent and quite efficient, hence can understand and solve problems quickly. When booking in this hotel, one has to be aware that it is about 6 metro stops from the center of Prague. The closest metrostation is about 10 minutes walk away. But the area around is rather friendly, and once one has gotten used to the metro-connection it is not a problem to stay in Troja, even for commuting to Prague centre.
The hotel was on beautiful and peaceful part of Prague. Public transport was excellent, the metro and tram was really close to the hotel and it took only approx. 20 minutes to arrive at the city center. The hotel's restaurant was really nice with winter garden. The breakfast was full (my husband liked the muffins and cakes the best :)). The receptionist ladies were really nice. You can feel safety in the hotel because there's a police station in front of the hotel. Just a small thing which is maybe not so important: the TV in the room was really old and small one. It just didn't fit to the room's outlook. But that's all.
The cleanliness of the room, the good location to access to Metro station (10 min to the center), the parking lot, reception staff (expecially the girl with black hair), quiet area. Breakfast selection of sweets (just a few bread with jam), in room safe didn't work.
comfortable and nice; clear and friendly appearing WiFi only in the Cafe (ground floor)
Reception staff was nice. The room was clean and comfortable (bed a bit too hard). We even received bathrobes and slippers, as well a small fruit-plate. Nice! From the metro station Kobylisy it´s about 5 minutes walk. After the first walk it will be easy to find the way again. Breakfast had a wide offer of cold and warm meals. Breakfast juices had too much water-quantity, tasted like nothing.
good big breakfirst, nice and clean room, 2min to underground, tram runs front of hotel all good
Amazing value for money. Very close to Kobylisy metro station. Nice view from the room. Cleanliness was superb.
location-very close to metro station, quiet area, great view from the window, very good breakfast selection, nice and helpful staff. everything was almost perfect except dining room staff's behaviour.
Went to town and visited all local atractions No. The hotel facilities and staff were excellent. I will definately recommend the hotel to my family and freinds.
Big (lux) and clean room. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Good connections to old town: tram from hotel 10-15 minutes and subway 300m from hotel 8 minutes. Good breakfast. Excellent price to quality ratio.
The very friendly staff and the central but nevertheless quiet location (there is metro station almost right around the corner - two stops from Wenceslas Square). I usually stay in hotels but would certainly consider returning. Not about the hotel but breakfast at the Hotel Mucha is not worth the price (about 10 euros). You're better off looking for something around Wenceslas Square.
Good location, friendly staff. The apartment was very nice for our family. They should have coffee available in the lobby.
The staffs are very nice and kind, which made my stay comfortable. There was no WiFi internet connection in the hotel. But you could easily go to a cafe/bar nearby (about 1 min on foot), which offers a free WiFi connection.
the decoration is so nice, lovely place.
The location was very convenient, the prices were very good, the accommodations were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was the friendliest that I've seen in a long time.
the staff was very helpfull. They even wanted to loan their own sunproducts. There was a perfect connection with the citycenter and a supermarket nearby for older people : there is no elevator if you have to go to the third floor
nice, helpful staff and cute room! location was only a short walk to all of the touristy things, but not in the heart of it, and therefore quiet.
1. It is very near to the metro and the staff is very friendly and approachable. 2. It is a domitory with good basic facilities.
services, clean nice room. workers speaking very well 3 languages, and very nice with guests way to go to hotel is not easy to find
Hotel is really near to Staro Mesto. Staff is English speaking and friendly, though receiption is not 24h opened. Cleaning is made daily. Towels could be larger.
Personell at reception and cleaning the room was very good. We were asked to leave the breakfast room, as they needed the table for other guests.............
Close to the centre. Staff were very nice and the hotel was clean. Decent breakfast. The advertised 'single room' was tiny with literally a small single bed in the corner. At this level of hotel and given a single supplement applied to the price, a double bed should have been provided.
şİrket adina gi̇tti̇ği̇mi̇z i̇çi̇n fatura i̇stedi̇k. Ama evraklar baş ka yerde di̇ye fatura vermek i̇stemedi̇ler, hakli talebi̇mi̇z olunca nedense çalişanlar bi̇r anda i̇ngi̇li̇zceyi̇ unutu verdi̇ler. Simple and very basic but clean room. Friendly staff at reception desk. Good value for the money. Small and very simple breakfast.
the hotel is situated ideal place tram service 24hrs hotel is clean and friendly staff
Comfortable rooms within walking distance to the city's main attractions. Excellent value for money. Friendly staff and nice restaurant. I also appreciated that they had TV channels in English and French (quite rare in Czech hotels). I could smell the kitchen from my window. The room had no hair dryer.
It's quite nice, well located hotel with everything you can need. There's elevator, wifi, tv, ... There's also wc / bathroom at every room. I was waiting little bit bigger room, but for sleeping it's enough large. You need to ask for wifi password on reception.
The service at the restaurant was very good and the food excellent. There was always a parking place in the surroundings. At breakfast, things were rather chaotic, the tables were not cleaned after being used and the food and drinks were not refilled. The first day food was missing about one hour before breakfast was closed and the second day there wasn't even coffee left.
good location and good breakfast! no water boiler and hair dryer.
Great location, especially for the price I paid (metro station is 30 sec. away from the hotel, just 1 stop to Florenc bus station, 2 stops to the center). Staff was very nice, helpful and flexible about check out time. staff's English skills - for me it wasn't a problem because I could change to Polish, but it may be for tourists from other countries.
Staff, location, comfort everything was perfect
Basic, but clean room with enough space, good location (Metro stop Krizikova is 100m from the doorway, but the city centre is within walking distance) and quiet neighborhood. Very basic breakfast, no 24/7 staff (it's more a pension than a hotel), not all staff can speak English.
Great location, right next to metro so very easy to get to the centre of Prague. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was the same every day although there was some choice. I would prefer to see hot breakfasts offered. We had room 1 which was right next to the entrance for several other rooms so we could hear the door going early in the mornings.
It was good since the old lady refused to accept the credit card which I used to make the reservation and she didn't accept euros neither. So at the end you have to pay much more because they use the old trick of charging you 30% more of currency exchange... the hotel was OK It was good since the old lady refused to accept the credit card which I used to make the reservation and she didn't accept euros neither. The hotel is well situated near the underground station. The room was clean and recently furnished. Breakfasts were quite tasty and diverse. The room was small. There were only few TV channels, most of them only in Czech. There was a tea and coffee service in the room, but sometimes the staff didn't give us coffee. When there were many people during breakfast, some of dishes went out and they weren't resupplied for a long time.
the hotel is clean and repaired what is surprisingly good when assuming the price and common hotels level in Prague
Price, location No idea, who they bribed to get 4 stars.
Nice & silent neighbourhood few minutes of walk from metro station. Friendly staff. Spacious, clean room. Breakfast was really good with many things to try - from fruit salad to bacon & beans. Price is more than good for the offer. And I think the view is great from upper floors :) Rooms were pretty silent and the other guests weren't making much noise. Toilet was very clean, but there was a bit of humid unpleasant smell. And, although pillow covers were clean, there was stale smell coming from pillow itself - thing I already noticed in cheaper hotels.
Location, Internet, room comfort, the breakfast, the price.
It is near to metro station. It is easy to reach when you enter the city. There is no parking. Reservation system is not perfect. No elevator. some rooms without enough facilities in bathroom.
Good price, clean, if you are loooking for a good quality hoStel it is the choice Very soft bad, small room, no small toiletries (only the big reservoirs), no carpets...
Fake info on website. There is no internet in the rooms. It is rather 10 min from subway, not 2 as stated
Accurate, pure, small hotel. A parking only for small cars. It was necessary to park before hotel. Have pierced two wheels.
very nice hotel, even though a little bit far from city centre, but there is a tram and a metro station not far from the hotel, which takes about 10-15 minutes to the city centre. However, compare the price with services and facilities, this hotel is excellent.
good hotel but not 4 stars. Rooms were cleaned everyday, free broadband internet, good location breakfast was so-so there were problems with door card because it usually unlocked the door only after 10-15 tries
