Food No elevators for higher floors. No bath tub , only shower. Too far away from lively areas.
This hotel is far from been a 5 stars hotel. It is a step above a motel in the United States standard. The capert and floor of the room were dirty. The lighting of the room was horrible & very bad for the vision. The standard overall was chocking to find in a such a rated 5 stars hotel (the poor quality of the room from marble, to very hard mattress and pillous, to broken items from walls not repaired, tables, missing light bulbs). We also check in with 2 infants & were chocked to be given a room on the 2nd level without an elevator so we had to carry 2 strollers at least 3 times a day. We had to change rooms many times and we were not given a ground floor room. The staff took 4 hours to check us in & we have no response from the manager. Very very low end quality and wrong rating.

Nothing!! I've booked this stay via my Kayak account which reflect my nationality as being an Egyptian, and Kayak has booked this via third party website called Amoma. My experience with Kayak/Amoma was acceptable, but I had a very bad experience with the reservation department of this hotel, which is really disasterous!! I've called the hotel to verify and confirm my reservation, where they confirmed it but they told me that I should carry a UK passport to accept my check-in, as this reservation was done with the rates of UK citizens not Egyptians; it would cost a UK citizen 650 EGP per night for standard room on all nclusive basis, Vs 1950 EGP per night for the same room if booked by an Egyptian ( WOW, locals pay almost three times the rates of foreigners, I thought it should be the opposite way arround!!). This was totally unacceptable, especially that I've succeeded reserving with the UK rates via my Egyptian Kayak account, and there was no outstanding rules clearly stating this. Finally, I've been told by Amoma's customer support aggents that this is an unexpectated and unacceptable behaviour from the hotel and they gave me a full refund for my stay, although my reservation was non-refundable.

My group consisting of five adults (3 rooms) all enjoyed this resort. The staff was always helpful, courteous and professional. The beach was wonderful --lots of sand, water to swim (beach or pool), beachfront property and chairs to lounge every day. The meals were well prepared and the numerous eating places offered lots of variety and good food for all meals and snacks.
I had an amazzing time, it was only three nights, but great time, the staff were super helpful, nice, and great, the atmosphere is great, the beach, the service, and the breakfast was great and yummy, it's very excellent for honeymoon, or relaxation. the only thing that the musical shows which were held inside the hotel, was ending in very early time, 11 pm, wish they extend the timing and make more shows
the swimming pool with slides was great for the kids. also the food was so nice, especially the italian buffet.
