Eksiler: Took a very long time to get a car... also, no way to contact anyone on weekend.

Fantastic and accommodating

Artılar: Spokane Airport location is efficient and deals with the customer on a personal basis. I appreciated the individual attention while also being quick to get me in my ride.

Excellent experience

Artılar: Niall was professional and extremely courteous and helpful. He was patient in answering our many questions at pick up.

Eksiler: There didn't seem to be quite enough staff when we were returning the vehicle--or it may have just been a busy day!

excellent customer service!

Artılar: After we dropped off our car, we discovered that our flight had been cancelled and we would have to stay another night in Pullman. When we tried to rent another car, we were dismayed to discover that there aren't any available But the Hertz agent went way out of her way to locate a car for us. We were so grateful for all her patience and persistence!

Artılar: Pick up/drop off went very well

Eksiler: Car wasn't cleaned - I didn't care about the outside of the car, the roads were a mess because of the snow, so that didn't matter. But, the inside had clearly not been touched (crumbs, and some wrappers). Not horrible or gross, but obviously needed someone to have looked inside!
