Efficient and comfortable stay while in the city either in business or family affairs. It is also well located, a short walking distance from the metro to DC which is a 30 minute ride to the capital.
Overall the location and cleanliness of the hotel was nice.Pne major issue I had was during check in they told me they had free breakfast and upon getting breakfast thy charged $16 per person. The breakfast food wasn't even worth that much you can get better quality good at other places for that price. I told the manager of the location they never told us there was a charge for the breakfast and was told it was free. The manager did nothing to help all she did was give excuses and ended up paying for 6 people $16 a person. I would understand if they told me this during check in but they told me it was free. Terrible way in the manager in handling it.
A refrigerator in room. Bathroom too small.
Staff was great
No view Stains on carpet and counters
Fillmore is across the street from the hotel so if you are going for a concert it's a great location. No heat in the room or hotel lobby Blood stain on the bedding when we arrived Was supposed to have a king and got a twin paper thin walls makes it like a porn if you have neighbors having fun Nothing to write home about
Customer service is amazing. Oh happy hour is a hidden hidden jewel ! A Must try!
Comfort of beds. Clean. Nice pool and fitness room. Robotic staff at the desk that did not answer questions without sounding like a recording and not considering personal information or needs in their response.
Nothing... The service was terrible. My AC was broken in my room. I called multiple times to have someone fix it and no one ever came up. I even went to the front desk and still nothing got fixed. They overcharged me for parking and refused to refund it. They said I did a laundry service and charged me $100 which I didn't have any laundry done. I was there for an event and they were extremely unprofessional about everything. They double booked rooms that we had reserved almost a year in advance, they shut us down even though they were given plenty of time to be prepared for our event. Even though we had the ballrooms booked for the whole weekend, they took away some of the tables from our vendors. On the day we were double booked, the rooms were not prepared properly. One of the days it rained heavily and the ballroom flooded, causing our event to start 2 hours late. Instead of taking responsibility for not managing the upkeep of the hotel we were told, "we can't control the weather." That night not only did our event start late, but then it ended early due to noise complaints. Rather than giving us a warning, we were just shut down. Communication was lacking amungst the managers and all of which had something different and not in sync with what we were told. So not only was the stay in my room terrible but it made the event that I spent money for terrible. I really hope the coordinator of the event does not choose this hotel again.
Staff friendliness and location of hotel Parking and prices at restaurant.
Extremely disappointed that I didn't get the best available rate. Unhelpful receptionist didn't help either. Could have got the room for 110 odd but ended up paying 146 odd. Wasn't offered the best available rates, contrary to what my bill headline says. Very disappointed Hilton. Very.
The hotel room was a great size and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful and with free breakfast included, I don't think you can get a better deal for the location in downtown Silver Spring. Don't like that there's only valet parking. Kind of hard to find because of construction going on around it.
Convenient location, large rooms and comfortable beds. Lobby had a nice seating area and little store for snacks and sundries. Temperature controls worked well in the room and were relatively quiet once it got up to temperature. The complimentary breakfast area was well laid out and had plenty of selections. Equipment in the fitness center was good although the scale was broken. I did not try the pool, but could smell the chlorine as I got off the elevator.. I only have a couple of complaints - the shower was clogged and so I was standing in 3 inches of water within a minute of turning the shower on. Also, .there were young adults roaming around the halls making noise at 2 am.
The staff were polite enough to give me a claim to fill out. I haven't heard anything since. It turns out the door to my room didn't completelt close and lock. I was unaware of this, and while I was away fron my room Friday evening, someone entered my room and stole my bag. No, there was no safe in the room.
Very good location, close to subway and restaurants and shops. Room was very nice and breakfast was very good and not too crowded. Not a fault of the hotel, but you will need valet parking which was $15 per day.
Great location in downtown Silver Spring, within child friendly walking distance to the Metro. Somehow quiet in the midst of busy area. Staff friendly. Last night of stay, climate control unit on at highest fan setting over the wee hours, upsetting sleep on day of long travel ahead. Situation not satisfactorily rectified.
ALL of the staff were excellent - extremely polite and helpful. We were very impressed. The complimentary breakfast was superb. A refrigerator for the room was provided upon request. The cleaning staff left our room door ajar, about which we notified the desk staff. The next day, we weren't provided adequate fresh linens. Otherwise, no complaints.
The room was immaculate, well designed. Good location
No parking. Had to park at a public lot a block away and walk all my stuff down.
Thank you.Our stay at your hotel was very comfortable and convenient.
Clean hotel. Staff at desk was nice. Housekeeping staff was loud and annoying in the morning. They tried to barge in after we told them no a bunch of times then had a bad attitude because we didn't put the do not disturb sign up and they were complaining in the hallway.
First trip to DC. Restaurants, grocery, and pharmacy all convenient to hotel. Shuttle service to Metro station. Staying downtown is most convenient. If nothing available, this is an ok place. Staff very friendly.
The reception staff was not friendly. They prepared me a different bill with a higher rate than what bookings.com gave me. I had to show a printout of my confirmation and argue with them to change the bill. They pretended that they were not aware that I made the booking through booking.com
I stayed the hotel for a business purpose to participate a conference held in Washington DC. Compared to high prices in Washington DC hotels, the price of this hotel was reasonable. The hotel sits in downtown Silver Spring and a couple of blocks away from a DC metro station (red line). You may need to prepare many quarter coins if you park your car without using valet services of the hotel because a parking near the hotel accepts only payments with a parking meter.
Friendly staff, large room. A little bit far from Washington, D.C. downtown.
Inability to extend checkout for 1 hour. Towels provided for just three persons rather than 4. Parking info is not well described
Affordable rate for a good-sized suite-like accommodation (2 adults and a teenager) conveniently located inside the Beltway with easy access to the center of dc. Free hot breakfast, pool/hot tub, 2 TV's, and kitchen (w/microwave, full utensils and fullsize fridge) were nice touches. Staff was pleasant and handled late arrival and minor issues with aplomb. Would return. Not fond of an extra $12 daily valet parking fee. Not one bit. Free solution on weekends (Friday 6pm - Monday 7am) is to park around the corner in the public garage or on the street, literally across from the hotel (feed the meter by 9am Saturday). No worries (you do take all your stuff out of your car, don't you?).
horrible-had to cancel reservation and stay elsewhere
Good location and staff was ok Even non smoking smells if they smoked in it, rooms weren't cleaned properly
Hotel staff was very, very rude. Was not greeted or acknowledged in any way other than to have my room key tossed at me. Was not given a single, king-sized bed, but a smoky double with 2 queens, which was quite useless to me.
Nothing! Everything! Room smelled of mildew and smoke. Rug felt awful under my feet. Doors were opening and shutting all night long. I think a lot more was going on beside people staying overnight on a trip. I would never stay there again and I suggest people read posts about this particular Days Inn. The picture you see on line is not at all what the motel looks like. Terrible experience!!!!!!!
The manager in the morning realized how bad our stay had been that he gave me a partial refund without me having to prompt him. That was professional and appreciated. Unfortunately he seemed to be the only person there who acted that way. Where should I begin? Among the many things that happened to us: - Non-smoking room reeked of smoke - Maid threw out our things (toothbrush case, ear plugs) - Maid didn't clean room, in fact threw our pillows all over the room and left them without pillowcases - Manager who was told about this problem made us wait an hour only to bring us 4 towels and 2 pillowcases for 2 people and 6 pillows - A mouse was found running around our room - Headboard fell off of bed Oh, and to add insult to injury, when we went to the soda machine to get a coke a ginger ale came out. That's a lot to happen in two nights. This place has a strange layout - there aren't nearly enough parking spaces for rooms especially in some areas, which means that you might have to park on the complete opposite side of the hotel from your room. When you have luggage, this is suffice to say really annoying. Also, the doors don't really close evenly (maybe how the mouse got in) and the keycard scanners take about 4 tries to work on average. Also, no breakfast - but at least they didn't lie about that. This hotel finished off a 2.5 month roadtrip/honeymoon for my wife and I across the US and I can honestly say this was the worst place we stayed at in the entire country. That puts in a lower class than places that actually gave us key cards on two consecutive occasions to other peoples bedrooms when we checked in, that had gaping holes and stains in our blankets, and that had prostitutes coming into the room next to us on rotation. If we were paying $40 a night for this shithole we might have shrugged it off as "you get what you pay for" but for nearly double that it's highway robbery. We could have stayed at a homeless shelter and had a better experience. Stay away.
The hotel staff is helpful and caring. Silver Spring is a village in a city with excellent public trasnportation. The cleanliness of the room could be better. Also there was no internet connection elsewhere than at the reception in front of a loud TV.
they moved my room after complaint made bullet proof glass in lobby. Dirty feet smell in room. The air conditioning was like swamp cooler.
Room was nice, but location was not teh greatest. also, parking was an issue.
My reservation was 'strictly non-smoking room' which was forwarded by booking.com as 'non-smoking room requested', and on arrival we were given the most disgusting smoking room. Hotel was full so we could do little about it, but the staff did move us the next day. Very disappointing. Old worn-down place with tired facilities, walls made of paper, doors which don't fit, very noisy due to building site opposite. Swimming pool only open limited hours.
I suppose it is reasonably priced for the Wash., DC area but hardly worth the cost. We booked a King, got 2 Queens, which was OK. It is old and in rundown condition. It is in need of a complete overhaul
The price is good, the staff are friendly, and I think the room was comfortable.
It was a beautiful hotel. I want to stay there again.
This is a typical travel lodge it was relatively clean and the staff was friendly enough. The building was older and needed a few repairs
1. Location. 2. Nightly rate (you get what you pay for). 3. Privacy is respected. 1. Ladies at Front Desk have an attitude. 2. Cockroaches in room. 3. Leak from the ceiling in bathroom (had to change rooms afterwards) 4. WIFI WOULD NOT CONNECT. 5. Rooms and appliances need many repairs.
The staff was frendly, but they had very little to work with. They were excellent at getting the Internet connection operating. Also, for instance, when water started pouring into my bedroom from upstairs during the night, I called the front desk and the water sound stopped within an hour or so. Fortunately, the room was only half flooded, and my luggage was on a chair. This hotel was an absolute dump. The only way for you to grasp how bad this place was, you must go see it yourself - and be sure to check into a room without letting them know who you are. The rooms were worse than the cheapest rooms I ever stayed in when I was 6 years in the service as an enlisted man during Viet Nam. My friend's room door lock did not lock, and his deadbolt was operated by the outside door handle. I cannot recomend Travelodge to anyone, after this experience. Worse than my worst experiences in Asia or Turkey.
It was a simple process. Unclean, noisy, worn down.
The hotel staff was really kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The design of the room was wonderful. Since it is near to Georgetown, there are lots of places to visit. Having 7-11 near to the hotel is also an advantage. From bus terminal, taxi cost 15-20 dollars. It is a bit far away from subway station.
Price was pretty good for DC during spring break. Close to subway. Wireless was extremely slow and intermittent. They felt is was our computer but we had several...they could not all have issues. The room was moldy causing a lot of allergy issues.
stair access only to second building. Terrible set up for the handicapped
This Best Western is very run down. There are cracks in the bathroom walls, mold or dirt in between tile. The room didn't smell clean, nor feel it. I would prefer hotels not spray room freshener (which they didn't), however it had a stale smell. The first room we were given was #119, whatever you do, don't take this room, it is next to the laundry room and the noise and banging from the machines is not tolerable- this room should be a storage unit- not fit for humans. ( it is also right under a staircase to the second floor- kids were running up and down alot. Second worst experience at a hotel/motel ever!
The room was clean and quite. Close to DC. Friendly staff. Took 30 min for staff to get reservation. No tv remote. No breakfast
Very clean hotel in good neighborhood. Arlington is very nice and is easily accessible from the hotel. Compared to other hotels in the area is very affordable. The staff was also real nice and if you need to store your luggage after you check out for sightseeing you can for free. There is a decent walk to the nearest metro rail station to get into DC and the surrounding areas and the highway can be a little noisey. No breakfast included.
Decent room but the no coffee and breakfast doesn't seem like a big deal. Until you're there. Then it's super annoying. There's a Days Inn near here on Pershing Drive, I'd stay there overeating here.
Location If you want to sleep past 7am avoid room 221. It's next to the maid's "staging area" ,so starting around 7 there's loud banging around & talking. The walls are quite thin.
I loved being so close to the metro. I found the room and bed comfortable and adequate. The fridge and microwave made it so we were able to provide most of our own food, which was a plus for us. The prices were the best we could find so close to downtown. You can also easily walk to the Iwo Jima memorial. No elevator anywhere near our room, so you had to carry everything to the second floor (not that atypical in my experience). The pool was a big letdown. It would have been a big perk for our young children. The water was cold; the whole pool room was so foggy in the evening that you couldn't even see across the pool; the shower curtain in the pool changing room was covered in dead gnats, and the ceiling was covered in condensation that dripped on you as you changed.
The rooms were reasonably updated, good cable tv options, and the pool was terrific (lifeguard on duty, so I got to swim laps while the kids splashed. . ). Our rooms were actually quiet, everything was clean, and the staff quite helpful. I particulalry enjoyed the fresh coffee in the lobby (though missed having a hearty French Roast for much of the trip). Most of the restaurant choices are a few blocks away, so we got some exercise when tired of Ledo Pizzeria and diner. Wish the pool was open earlier in the day, and it could stand some spiffing up.
The rooms we're clean, it is not too far from the main points of interest-$15 taxi ride or a cheaper metro ride takes about 25 minutes We called the hotel to say that the first person from our group to arrive will not be the one whose name is on the reservation to make sure there is an easy check in, only to find out that the hotel cannot find the reservation even though we received an email confirmation. Saying that there is no reservation at all we we're told to call the booking website, we're places on hold by the hotel for a long time before we finished a sentence, and overall it was really hard to edible this and took us 50 minutes of calls to figure it out and find the reservation.
Location Tour buses took over the parking lot
Close proximity to the metro. The hotel is not far from the metro, but it is also right off the side of the highway, making it quite loud and a little bit of an eyesore. When I arrived, the staff seemed a bit confused on how to check me in. They allowed us to "check" our bags for the afternoon while we traveled. The pizza place next door seemed enticing at first, but quickly turned us off by the looks of it. Appearance is everything sometimes. Very poorly cleaned room. Hair left in the hair dryer. Shower looked like it had not been cleaned. Overall, poor quality. The room was really warm, despite efforts to turn down the heater. Would not stay here again and would not suggest to a friend. Way overpriced for value.
Room was good for one person on a business trip. I had problems with the parking. It was expensive for the bad service that was given to me. Also I was double charged for my room. I have booked many hotel rooms and that has never happened to me
It was a nice hotel, in a relatively good location. Not a far walk to the Smithsonians, White House, etc. Parking is expensive and they tell you there's no charge for room service to be delivered, but there is.
Metro station at the hotel, good safety feature. Easy access to DC. Carpets a little shabby.
Location, friendly staff, great room Elevator broken so needed to take stairs or wait 15 minutes for an elevator. Room service slow. Food not bad/not great. NOt sure what service tax of 22% on room service was. Unsure whether to tip another 20%. We Did!
The staff was so helpful and friendly. Our server for the breakfast buffet, Riehard was wonderful. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. the front desk staff was great as well.
Nice clean hotel in a nice location with great views Nothing
The comfort, convenience and ambiance. Nice breakfast and cocktail service. Excellent location. There was nothing not to like about the hotel
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was kept very clean and the facility is in a mall with restaurants, drug stores and specialty shops. There is a Metro Station (subway) in the basement of the mall, making it convenient to downtown and the historical district. Parking is well organized and convenient. The business center allowed us to easily check our e-mails. They had received damage from a storm a few weeks back, and no one told us this when we made our reservation. There was no change in the rate for the inconvenience.
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We took the metro to get around the area. It is conveniently located below the hotel and is only 20 minutes to D.C. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to nice restaurants and upscale stores. We felt very safe walking around the area both day and night. The breakfast offered a variety of choices. Our favorite was the omelet made-to-order. The manager's reception every evening was a great way to wind down the day before going out for dinner. Room was lovely and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We will definately stay at this hotel again when we come back to D.C.
Nice hotel. Very convenient for sight-seeing in D.C. due to the Metro stop. Also convienient was the pharmacy and Starbucks in the mall and the nearby restaurants. Biggest complaint is that the website says "on-site laundry facilities" - one washer and one dryer was not what we expected and was very inconvenient. People had to wait in line. Also, more variety at breakfast would be great. The same thing everyday got boring.
Everything Too many different elevators (transfers) to get to parking lot.
The hotel and its facilities were excellent; I was on a business trip and therefore out of the hotel most of the days. I particularly liked having a happy hour on my return. No
I went there really stressed and left totally relaxed. And great breakfast bar! The parking is a little bit pricey.
Great room, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts were excellent. Location of the hotel was perfect.
Friendliness of the staff
Classic feel. Excellent bathroom with up-to-date but classic style fixtures. A/C was noisy in my room. I used earplugs to sleep and it was fine after that.
The room was bright, clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was fantastic! Stocked with the best shortbread cookies! The double doors were unnecessary. Bathroom was a bit small.
Hotel was conveniently located and quiet generally. Since I only stayed for one night I did have time to form any strong opinions on the place. I thought the price was high but perhaps not given the address on Penn. Ave. The staff failed to inform me when room was available having arrived early in the morning.
Location, location, location. And nice employees. Garage charge for the rental car was bit pricey.
Great location, walk to anywhere. Spacious room with separate kitchenette. Elegant and stylish. My wife enjoyed the makeup table in the room. Helpful staff. Noisy HVAC. Slow draining shower / tub with slippery bottom. Not enough outlets to power all our devices at once.
Staff far more "accessible", more communicative. Seemed also to be more folk around to help ... bellmen, etc. I can never remember how to run the thermostats ... I wish each room had an instruction card. Had to chuckle >>> When checking out, I noted to staff that the toilet might be clogged ... they gve me a comment card and suggested I mail the report of my jammed toilet in! I guess my comment lost something in its presentation, all wokred out oki.
coosiness the elevator is really outdated
woman checking me in on 11/22 was great. very comfortable bed. great location.nice tv, internet hookup great, concierge very nice and helpful. unfortunately, i was not given the wake up call at 5 15 am like i requested.also, it was tricky to adjust the thermostat to desirable temperature.
I love "historic hotels" and this is a really nice one, with the upgrades that matter--excellent, comfortable beds, free internet, good location, helpful staff. You have to climb up stairs from the tiny lobby to the main floor. Is there wheel-chair access? I couldn't tell.
People were nice, exellent location, free internet, complementary water / news paper/ gym/coffee/ very cozy coffee machine broke
Very little Terrible customer service
It's a great location. Near metro and plenty of great places to eat. Walls are paper thin. Had very noisy neighbors. Called staff but did not help.
Close to where I needed to be. Good amenities on site. Bed was comfortable, not luxurious, but fine for a night or two. Price was great, I assume marked down for slower holiday time while there was no business travel.
The gym was exceptional and housekeeping was nice for cleaning my two tee shirts for me the night before I had to leave free of charge. Everyone else that wasn't at the gym or cleaned my t for free wasn't very nice. I always smile and say thank you and please it isn't even hard to be nice to me. Just polite would be enough but most the staff was pretty confrontational for no reason it was a torture b/c i don't like confrontation at all. It's doesn't seem that hard to me to simply answer to a question without a frown. Makes me feel very bad. Hated that really. And they made me wait like 20 mins at the restaurant and didn't take my order. All I did was ask to sit next to the garden (smiled said please and even thank you).
Have stayed many times - the experience is always great
The large bathtub--one of the great things about older hotels Location close to the metro Friendly staff
Close to transportation and restaurants.
Friendly, helpful staff. The hotel a little fart from most of the attractions, but It was within walking distance from the metro, the zoo, and some great little restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We did not know in advance that we had to pay roughly $50 a night for parking... I stayed at a Hilton in DC a few years ago and we had free parking. Other than that I have no complaints :)
The OMNI is a beautiful hotel with a lovely garden and nice pool and gym. Excellent location for conferences in the Wardman Center just across. Good connection to metro. I had booked a room 3 months in advance including 4 days on a conference rate. 5 days before the main meeting I received an email telling me I had to move to an airport hotel, 30 minutes drive away from the hotel and the conference I was going to attend for the Tuesday and Wednesday night of my Sunday to Saturday stay because of a 'technical error' in booking. I had a meeting at the OMNI the very Tuesday. When calling them management (Chris) was non-accommodating and impolite and the offer of a refund to find another accommodation is little help 4 days before a conference with 4000 attendants. They offered to cover one of the nights in the airport hotel. Overall friendliness in the hotel was not at the level usually encountered in places of this level and I had to call at 14:00 one day to get the room serviced.
A party on our floor was raging til 4am when it was finally ended due to police intervention despite many phone call to front desk beginning at 10pm. Got $50 off stay but should have been completely comped.
I liked the size of the rooms. The elevators fit maybe 4 people. One of the two broke and we waiting for about 15 before we took the stairs from the 8th floor. We had a group of friends staying on the east end. Someone was throwing and party and you could hear them when we got off the elevatorl. It was unacceptable how loud there were. An hour later security came and did nothing. I was glad my room was on the other side of the hotel.
Hotel is nice enough, clean and comfortable, polite staff, the normal positives from a hotel. Besides parking it was a very good experience. The only thing I would complain about is that parking in the area is incredibly difficult at best. The hotel has plenty of parking but it costs 50$ for overnight and there wasn't really any warning for this fact, if there was it would have been much less annoying.
This is a gorgeous hotel. The entrance is very grand with beautiful chandeliers. The staff was attentive and polite. We checked in quickly and were given a large room with a balcony - even a spacious bathroom. The metro is very close if you're heading to the monuments or museums. Also the zoo is about a half mile up Conn. Ave. which was convenient. Adams Morgan is nearby and there are lots of great restaurants in between. You can't beat this location anywhere in D.C. I've stayed at the Omni in New Orleans, New York, and Richmond over the years. They are all an excellent choice. Nothing.
Walls are somewhat thin. Could hear hallway noise and room next door.
The hotel is dated. The window air conditioner kept the room too cold and woke me up often
As of Aug 31, the lobby was undergoing renovations. I didn't know that prior to my arrival. Not a big deal, my room was perfect. Just a heads up for future goers. Valet parking was $45/day, but you can come and go as you please. They do have self parking that's a bit cheaper. Pick your poison.
Responsiveness of the staff Attempt to park in such a small area
The cleanliness and comfortable atmosphere. Relatively small lobby when compared to other Westin's.
location, however many other hotels in the area. Very comfortable bed. Large Bathroom. Small room. But overpriced.
Friendliness of the staff. The room was very nice for the price. Overall we were very pleased with our overall experience at the Westin and would definitely stay there again or recommend it to other travelers. The breakfast buffet should have included stock in the hotel for the price charged. The price was way too high. We had dinner in the hotel also and the price was quite reasonable and the food very good; which is part of the reason we were so shocked when our breakfast buffets cost nearly as much as our dinner the night before.
The staff of the hotel is excellent.
I loved the location Renovations starting at 8am (ie- removing tile from the room above us). We did not have working water for over 12 hours!!! Our final bill had a $500 charge for our last night's stay.
Our room was nicely appointed and well designed. The staff, although limited in numbers, were very nice and accomodating. We were happy to have a quiet room, as requested, with a super comfortable bed with beautiful linens. I wish every hotel experience was this great! I have to mention the perfect location for sightseeing, walking and shopping.
Very close to Georgetown. Also the bed was very comfortable!
Signed up for a 3 person hotel room - was changed an extra $20 for a double bed attached to a dolly so that we all had a place to sleep....I guess the room can fit three but not the beds...beware. The concierge asked "will all three of you be sleeping in the king size bed?" I said "No, of course not. I signed up for a 3 person room..." anyway lost $20....
Central location to shops and restuarants. No real negatives.
wonderful hotel, nice room with a beautiful bathroom. walking distance to lincoln memorial etc pary at the square below was kinda noisy
Comfy beds, decent size room in the junior suite. Nice quality towels and linens. Staff was pretty rude when we came back from seeing monuments. Bar tender was very rude when I went to take a call from my sitter and acted as if I was running out on the tab and refused my drink when I returned for no reason. The manager, I assume was very rude when we came in laughing (mind you, it was a bday party and gathering of veterans) In serious need of vending machines or at least bottles of water. The night staff was nice enough to bring up a cup.
the front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was wonderful.
The hotel is very clean and well maintained. It is an old building with character. There didn't seem to be any dress code for the staff so I couldn't tell for sure who was working there or hanging out. Staff couldn't easily tell me where local restaurants were. I had to find them on my own. The air blowing into the room from the HVAC vent was loud. I would have expected this from a cheap hotel but I paid over $350 per night.
I loved the room and the cleanliness...the comfort of the bed..overall great... the fact that there was no tub mat in the bathroom. Tub very slippery. as a business traveler my flight was late and when I got to the hotel there was no restaurant or room service.. on my floor there were not even vending machines to purchase soft drinks..
Great location and accommodation . Personable staff. If I had to find a weakness it would be too very small elevators
Very warm and welcoming front desk staff. Great location. Well appointed rooms and spacious Nothing comes to mind.
Good location. Friendly stuff. Ice machine wasn't working so wasn't iron. Valet parking only. Room was really small.
Spacious room located across the street from our conference The heat in the room was stuck on and the thermostat didn't do anything. Had to leave the windows open to be bearable in the room.
The Churchill was a delightful respite for this harried traveller. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, the decor very pleasing, the room quite comfortable . All in all, my stay - though short- was very pleasant. I have no complaints.
Comfortable bed. Great location good water pressure in the shower The coffee maker didn't work well- the blower dryer was cracked very small bathroom Complimentary coffee in the lobby would have been a nice touch and a complimentary happy hour would be a nice touch
Friendly, helpful staff; great location, spacious room, well appointed and comfy. Overall good pic! Room too hot, useless thermostat, too much light at night. Bring a sleep mask
Great location. Great customer service.
