Location more for gambling , service on the floor from waitresses to dealers were friendly. Very casual atmosphere. Rooms were good, kept up and A/C worked great. I have seen a lot worse in Vegas at much higher rates. Great place to get the gambling bug out and cut loose. I rather travel here than many Indian reservation casinos that are close to where I live. Run down inside but clean more of a straight forward gambling not for vacation. Checking in was very long ... there was no line but there was only one employee working who was extremely slow. Nothing there to make it memorable except for winning big or losing big.. lol
They cancelled my reservationat 2, when my check in time was at 3 pm and then told me they were all booked.
My View Of The Pool
Friendly staff Rooms need updating. Extremely low water pressure
We needed to switch rooms because our a/c didn't work. The staff was very helpful and immediately moved us to a much cooler room. The hotel is VERY outdated. Carpet was grungy. Trash was left in room. Old bandaid stuck to lamp. TV was old.
Been there before when our grown children were little and it was clean and worth it. Had to go to main desk 3, yes THREE, times to redo our key card before we could get into our room (with luggage in tow). Room was NOT clean--receipt from previous guests crumpled up in corner AND french fries on floor by desk. Will not stay there again. Stay at your own risk or save your money. One more thing...they charged by credit card $30 holding fee which was released when I checked out. Why?????? charge it in the first place.
Games n band Bathroom was dripping water on urinals
The pool and waterside. Not much to eat and fireplaces went off every night.
Big Casino Long queque in reception
We did get a full refund after finding multiple long black hairs on the shower walls (my wife and I are blonde) and a mysterious brown clump and smear on the back of the bathroom door near the door handle... YUCK!! Everything.... Won't stay there again
Resort fee is a joke
We had been at this place years ago, but when we pulled up to stay this time the entire place had changed and we did not stay there. We were very disappointed. The place was not clean and the people inside the casino made us uncomfortable.
No pool and rollercoaster close Kids where upset , that's why I book the nite so kids could relax and have fun !:(
Good stuff for the family too do. Tv was old kept cutting off and was very fuzzy. Floor in bathroom was dirty, I don't smoke but their was a used match stick on the floor, and their was only a half of roll of tissue in the bathroom I had to call for more.
This hotel is exciting for kids as well. Have a nice cool roller coaster arcade games and even a small water ride inside the casino keep kids occupied most of the day. I really dislike the fact that our hotel room sink and bathroom was not working at all. There was a huge crack in our ceiling which made it really uncomfortable not to look at. The furniture was very old looking not modern at all. We got change to another room and was interrupted by another family who said they had their clothes left inside the room and was escorted by Metro Police Department to have their clothes removed from our new hotel room. Getting ahold of supervisors was triumphant beat. Nobody was really accommodating to all of this mess and to top it off our in laws on another floor had to be redirected to new floors due to sewage leakage smelling up the other rooms below. Will never stay here again they are just not friendly at all.
Staff was nice. Bathroom is big. View is nice. Roller coaster is fun. Mexican restaurant was delicious and the staff was excellent there. Game room is fun. A lot of closed down eateries. Very few tables to play blackjack on. They took away the ability to double down and split at the computers at the bar. Can't win in 21 with handcuffs like that. TV are boob tubes and outdated. Seems like the casino is a sinking ship. Sad.
Was very unhappy to find there was a $12.00 per room hotel fee. Should be explained at time of reservation probably won't stay at again!
Not to much to like . The first night there was no cocktail waitress around had to run to bar to get a drink even bottle water at a price . After throwing down some serious cash in the slot machines my family and I went to dinner around 9 pm and only had 2 choices mc Donald's or Denny's we chose Denny's and the waiter was very rude like we inconvenied him by coming in to late. So long story short NEVER GOING BACK! Also they charged double that weekend because of EDC event.
rooms need upgrading. phone broken... old tv with picture so black you could hardly see it.. slots were so tight they woudldnt even give you 5 mins of play time. only saw 2 drink hostess's... went on weekday.. most things were not open or running ! I will go to Laughlin next time !
Room was very old and dirty. Hallway carpeting was dirty. Furnishings and TV were old worn and out dated.
Non smoking room Too much smoking.....terrible!!!
Bed was comfortable, inexpensive old and worn out, room key wouldn't work, dirty windows, some restaurants closed
Casino was fun also had arcades and attractions to keep the kids entertained. Pool wasn't heated and we had trouble with room card keys.
That I got a nights sleep Everything else
It was A LOT nicer than we expected. Nice pool area. N/A
I dont even know where to start. The place was poorly cooled. We decided to eat at the Pub. We sat at booth and ordered food from our server. Before food came my friend seen a Hugh bug right next to my head. We moved to another table and when server came back we quietly told her about bug. She looked and started yelling across bar ( ewww theirs a bug) to the bar tender. He comes over talking so loud and gets bug and waves it in my face. Management did nothing. Yes we had to pay.
Comfortable bed! 42" flat screen Panasonic in room! Original Pancake House in casino! Excellent large shopping mall is part of property! 2nd floor rooms are part of the casino level. Property is a bit dated.
They had a vacancy! It was one of the few left on less than 12 hours notice. In Las Vegas there was no room for under $250.00. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There we ice buckets in the room, but no glasses --- glass or plastic. This seemed odd. It is an older hotel. It was clean, but definitely no frill room. Felt dark and dated. Served the purpose for our one night stay.
I always stop here on my way to Vegas to visit the outlet mall. This is the best of the 3 hotel options as it is attached to the mall. We arrived late and the woman at the check in desk was very nice and helpful. She made sure that we got a room with a King bed - I had requested one, but was down for 2 queens. They have a late check out - noon, so we had time for a good sleep and a gym visit before checking out. They also have the option of free covered parking, so you don't have to leave your car baking in the hot sun while you shop the day away. It is only a short 40 mile drive to Vegas from here. The property is really old and it shows it. Many things are closed - not sure if they are renovating, or just closing. The monorail wasn't open and the coffee bar was operating just as bare bones. The rooms are pretty beat up - with all the traffic showing in the furniture and the state of the rugs. The air conditioner produced LOTS of cold air - making the room too cold and they provided only one light blanket - so our sleep was not great. We tried adjusting the a/c, but couldn't seem to warm the room up. While we did have a king bed, there were only 2 small pillows - not acceptable for us. We always have the option of calling for more , and help with the a/c, but they don't keep housekeeping staff late - and when we arrived, we wanted to go right to sleep, as it was about 2 am. The bed itself was comfortable, but everything else made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Our room was fairly clean, but the hallways to the room (and they are LONG) were very dirty - not giving a good impression for what was to come. The room rates had gone up substantially. Traditionally, the rooms ran $25-35 on the internet. This time, they were $55 plus a resort fee of $6. Way to expensive for what you get. The casino floor allows smoking - as do most, but here it is heavy in the air. Most casinos seem to have great exhaust systems that keep the smoke from being too noticeable - not here. Next time, I'll try the casino in Jean and just drive back the few miles to the outlet mall. This hotel is just too delapidated, even for one night.
Location good, price good! Long line for registration, only 2 people working! 2 pillows on a king size bed is not acceptable. Left a phone charger in room, was hung up on twice trying to call about it! Went in on way home, stood in long line again and when it was my turn, the lady had no idea about any lost and found, and she didn't even know who to talk to, she began helping another person so I walked out. Waste of my time and now I will be buying another phone charger! I will not return to Primm Valley!
Our room was clean, beds comfortable, the price was attractive. Outside of the facility worn, casino and other public areas not the cleanest. Probably seen better days. Would have given a higher rating if it was cleaner and didn't smell smoke in all of the public areas. Probably par for the course when it comes to a casino property.
Front desk fast efficient room quiet.Pretty much what we needed for a night it was available.Staff is friendly kinda makes u feel like they would remember you No radio in room
Put us next to a stairwell that thumped and creaked all night. They should not even offer these rooms except to the exceptionally desperate.
Low price. The room was clean. Upon arrival I was told that the hotel had given away my non-smoking room, so I would have to have a smoking room. I was given my room key and a quick description of where the room was. When I exited the elevator I looked to see my room number and it was not written on the key folder, so I had to walk all the way back down to the check in counter and wait and then ask for my room number. The alarm clock in my room did not function, the leds were burnt out and showed only have of the numbers. The AC/heater in the room was so loud that it would wake me up each time it turned on and I am a pretty heavy sleeper. the room was a five minute walk from the casino. It was on the opposite side of the pool courtyard and there were no gates that I could find that were open to cut across, so you had to walk all around the entire circle to the far side each time you wished to go from the room to the casino. There were no bedspreads on the bed and the blanket was very thin for the winter. There was no extra blanket in the room.
Value for the area
