Helpful staff, and friendly. Great location: close to downtown, bars & good restaurants
The staff were extremely friendly, the shower was fabulous & the beds were the comfiest I've ever slept on in a hotel! No
location & friendly staff bed was a little old
The Reception was very friendly and helpful None
Liked the location. Beds were very comfortable. Quaint boutique style hotel. Quiet at night. Did not like breakfast. No eggs and limited cold cuts. Advertised as buffet breakfast but more continental style.
Very central location - amazing room with sweeping staircase. Great architecture. Very good value for money. Beds left a lot to be desired - appeared to be very cheap and old.
I found the central location very convenient and liked the fact that a buffet breakfast was included my room rate.
Location was very good.
The street the Hotel was on was very noisy - Saturday Night revellers until 5.30am Sunday
Decor was cute, staff friendliness The chair broke in the room when I tried to sit on it. Facilities may need some attention.
Kindness of staff, location just in front of central station. Breakfast was poor, not enough sweet cakes.
Great staff and fitness room open 24 hours a day furnitures a little bit old
Convenience - ideally located
The breakfast The parking was a nightmare, I own an expensive Maserati and was told by the reception that the only parking they could offer was any one of three independant garages who pack in as many cars as they can. Not in the least reasurring when then person running the garage says ' give us your keys and I'll try and squeeze it in later'
The hotel is in the centre of Torino, just opposit Puerta Nouva. The bed was fantastic, you have the possibility to choose between different pillows.Bathroom was quite big. The room I stayed at need renovation (carpet).
For our purposes the hotel was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and felt like honored guests. Nothing. Everything was fine.
I was upgraded to a better room for free. Room was too cold.
nice location and value for money
Good service and excellent buffet breajfast
i liked the proximity to the station. The buffet breakfast was excellent and i liked the fact that i saw a well known australian football coach having breakfast one morning. The hotel needs renovation on the inside as everything is worn out and lets a beautiful hotel down. Coffee making facilities would have been nice.
Very good choice for the price paid. Don't expect any luxury, but everything is clean and proper. Check before booking because not all the rooms have private WC. It is an old building with high ceilings, but it is renovated. When you leave the hotel, turn left. Then take the first street on your left and before 20m walk you will find a cafeteria. Make sure you don't miss it.
I was so well cared for. Clean, quiet, beautiful, safe. A family business.
The hotel is basic but comfortable, clean, and well located. The proprietors were friendly and helpful.
The family run hotel is an absolute gem. It's clean, well-located and run by honest people. I wish we could have stayed longer. This is, by far, the cleanest hotel we stayed at during our trip to Europe. The family gave excellent recommendations on fair-priced restaurants, sight- seeing, museums & transportation.
brilliant room-clean.spacious and quiet. Great location and staff very friendly and helpful.
The price possibly Non english speaking staff, mold in the room where the breakfast was served, mold on some places in the bathroom, and on two places under the window in the room too. Very off location in relationship to the city of torino. The hotels' three stars are a joke, should more be two very week stars or one strong.
People that work there were very polite, the atmosphere was nice. Breakfast could be a little bit more rich.
We were on tour with our band and drove in big van. Hotel stuff let us park our long and high van on their loading bay for our entire stay, which was very cool, we didnt have to worry about parking and our van stayed on safe spot.
Staff was friendly, made us cappuccino in early morning. Room was clean. Breakfast was good enough with eggs and all types of cakes. Hotel is quite far from city center. Night staff didn’t speak English. Room was small (double room) and dark, no carpet. Room’s furniture was old. We booked 2 nights but stayed only 1 and were forced to pay penalty in %30. There was nothing about this in booking’s mail. Definitely would not stay again in this hotel.
All satisfactory It was a bit away from the centre
Staff were incredibly helpful and really tried their best. Hotel was pleasant and welcoming.
Nice, quiet room and very good breakfast. You are not given a key to get back into the hotel, so if guests come back during the night, you are woken up by the doorbell. Pity, because the hotel in itself is very nice.
Convenient location, quiet place, nice staff, good cleaning, pies for breakfast Too little TV
The staff were friendly and helpful. Very good value for money.
kindness of staff
It is a big hotel, rooms are comfortable, as we are visiting a client there, it is just next door to our destination, so it is fantastic. Price also good. Reception are very friendly and cooperative. THe location is for factories and offices; so if you are for tourism, it might not be so convenient for you. It is around 30 Euro by taxi to the city center.
I have been upgraded in a suite. Excellent. Lobby unpersonal and not welcoming
That you do feel welcome from all of the staff especially those in the bar.
Exceptinally central and very good service
The quite unique realized dream of an art déco-hotel, with all details in excellent function and fashion.
We preferred this hotel over competition because of the indoor pool, which unfortunately was closed.
we enjoy there because of our best locaton . it"s restaurant was cusy and the food was delicious with nice design .
It has the best location in Turin, i had amazing time with friends I think it was the best experience for me in Italy. I was surprised by the Italian law of iron, i was shocked when the receptionist told me that I can't have an iron because it was by the law plus I wasn't informed earlier about it.
Located in excellent point, high quality rooms, very comfortable During breakfast there is no tea on the self service table, the waiters are not asking what do we need
Great location! Found a great price for my stay for business. Would stay here every time Im in Turin.
room The recommendation for a local restaurant - it was terrible
Location - excellent; price for 3 nights excellent (third of what is quoted as usual price per night); quiet; wonderful view of Torino from 6th floor room; luxury room with excellent en-suite and service was excellent with many excellent nibbles with tea and bar.
Nicely designed and big room. Breakfast was rich in variety and well prepared. The spot is perfect since it is on the city center.
Helpful & friendly staff Bvlgari bath products not for bookings made via booking.com. Lack of privacy: one big table in stead of separate tables in the breakfast room; Big window in the bathroom with Venetian blinds (not closing well) looking out on a courtyard – the other apartments around the courtyard can most likely see the bathroom…
the central possition of the hotel
The location and breakfast. One girl at the front desk was very rude when we first arrived. We had been walking for hours in the rain with our loaded backpacks and just wanted to check in and lie down. I couldn't believe the attitude we got. Luckily, we didn't see her for the rest of our time there.
The location of the hotel is ideal for those who need to stay close to all city's amenities and main centers of business I found the single room somehow poor in terms of comfort and quality of the furniture, especially considering the price paid for its rent
Excellent location, nice decor. Breakfast could have been better.
GREAT LOCATION! beautiful room. quiet, clean, big! the ugliest doors I have seen in a hotel! and weird lobby layout/decor + sometimes "family style" service but courteous and responsive. not practical if you have a car. strange layout of breakfast room leaves everyone sitting tightly around a huge table.
the location in the historic part of the city , the design of the rooms and lobby . the lack of service , parking far from the hotel . nobody to help you with luggage or to park the car .
personal touch, location and ambience
Disponibilità parcheggio privato.
Easy to find, close to the motorway network of Turin, nice restaurant beside - Grilled fish mix brilliant, pizzas to avoid I was told. Bed a bit on the harsh side.
Friendly and homely atmosphere, quiet location and comfortable rooms, good location within city, garage. No
high quality / price ratio; very gentle
The room was quiet and although basically furnished it was adequate. The English speaking member of staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple but fine. Only one person spoke any English. The double bed was actually two singles pushed together so not terribly comfortable.
Everything was reasonably good apart from one thing which spoilt it all for me. the bed was made with blankets rather than duvets and these blankets were dry cleaned in a disgusting smelling chemical. The smell filled the bedroom and made it necessary to sleep with the doors onto the balcony wide open all night, like camping in a rough district of Turin.
Nice hotel, very clean.
Traveling and not knowing the language is difficult. Hotel Employee and his staff are phenomenal and most know English. Hotel Employee took time to provide detailed information on the places we wanted to go and how best to get there. Great price
The staff was incredibly hospitable and accomodating, the breakfast far exceeded expectations, the room was spacious and well furnished.
Hotel position is a big plus. It is in the historical centre of Torino , but very quite.
clean, city center, size of the room, breakfast, design, facilities, very good service. I got an upgrade for a small suit.
The colours and total design of hall/stairs is really nice, easy to climb and enjoy ! Breakfast tasty and varied. One doesn't need a new toothbrush every day. Difficult to get temperature in room below 22 C.
location, facilities, ambiance the hotel staff were very poorly trained for a hotel of that quality
Quite new hotel, very confortable rooms, and nice taste. Service staff very pleasant.
This is a very attractive, modern hotel with comfortable, well-equipped rooms and helpful staff. The location is only minutes from the city centre, the palaces and the shopping areas. The hotel has its own high-security section in the underground carpark next door. Although the staff were very helpful, we got the impression that they were under a certain amount of pressure at times. Two of the lights in our room were not working and, despite reporting this on the first day, the problem was not dealt with
situation, room was quiet atmosphere
interior design, staff service, hammam service
excellent quality of bedding, nice spacious room, functional design, very good location, superb architecture
excellent location, the presence of a hammam bath, good breakfast I would like to get a better cleaning the bathroom
The room price advertised did not include the air conditioning which was not clearly stated out in the booking contract. Additional Euro 5 is chargeable for having air conditioning in the room. The hotel staff are rather unfriendly when we requested for hot water, and use of cups and bowls which I really thought was ridiculously non-service oriented.
breakfast was poor in choice. i dont eat bread/flour/wheat based foods and limited dairy. water, tea and yogurt was only food available to me. the rest was bread/biscuit/cereal etc . some fruit would have been good.
Basic little hotel, not very charming, but good location, decent bed and nice location.
Friendly and very helpful staff.
The staff were absolutely excellent, friendly and helpful. The room was rather small
Loved olde ambience of the hotel, room small but tastefully furnished, helpful staff and Turin was buzzing on the evening.
Frendly athmosphere, reasonable cost, Antique elements of interior Some low quality plastic elements of decoration are from seventies. Its so funny combination with true antique cellinggs and window frames.
Central convenient location walking dist from main train station. Noise was the problem. Old hotel and the floor creaked horribly with every step. Walls were no help you can hear the creaks from the next room. Doors thin so you hear everything in the hall. The window open to the busiest street in town so very loud with cars. Really disturbed sleep. Single bed are very narrow too.
A friendly staff and clean room. Breakfast was poor.
Everything was fine, and the stuff was very kind.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location was excellent for walking in and around the old town, and brekafast was fantastic with fresh bread and pastries.
It is nice italian style in a very old building,it is clean in the room, near the center, very comfortable parking near the hotel It was cold at night and the breakfast was poor
Location was very good. close to city centre and the train station. Staff were helpful and spoken enough english to get by. Hotel was on main street with lots of noise at night. beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was minimal. Lift was very small and hard to get in and out of.
Everyone was very charming and helpful and most of the staff spoke english well.
The staff was most helpful with pointing out nearby restaurants, markets, and shops that were accessible close by. Very professional staff, but friendly. Good breakfast buffet in the morning.
The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is really close to the station and to the metro, also to the main atractions of the city center. The staff are also very nice and helpfull. The bathroom didn't smell very nice. There was no frigobar and I couldn't use the wireless network at my room.
Staff Poor maintenance of shower
Very good service.
the proximity to porta nuova rail station. The unjustified room rates. Breakfast was based mostly on sweets and repetitive. There was no space in front of the shower room, due to a second male toillet that you would literally have to jump over in order to get in or out.The balcony was full of building junk and not very clean. Overall, this hotel is a old fashioned building, recently renovated with a luxurios entrance and full of awards in the main hall. However, the rooms provided do not reflect that and the prices are outrageous. Moreover, the internet is very expensive, but with a limited effort, alternative wi-fi could be found.
Cost bennefit is not fair. But the staff are very good. The Staff is very kindle.
The Personal was very kind and they have a good breakfast The furnature inside the room was not in a goo state, and the water felt out of the duche.
Very nice and helpfull staff at the hote, map of turin and brochure about museums etc...for free, in general exellent
Nice staff, managing to speak decent English. Traditional wooden window shutters, keeping out warmth. Tranquil sphere. Five minutes from Stazione Porta Nuova. Seven minutes from tram/bus 10 to Stazione Dora for Caselle Aeroporto.
Very good value for money. Don't expect 5 stars but it does well for a sleep & shower etc. Close to the city centre. It wasn't an issue for us, but we did not see any heating and cooling if that is relevant to your stay.
Good breakfast and clean facilities...tram made it easy to get into central.
The feeling of space and large room. Breakfast could be improved with little effort.
Very clean, good value for money Lack of restaraunt, and the bar facilities were inadequate.
Confort, very quiet, park setting, good breakfast, friendly staff
The clean rooms and the friendly staff. The location, pretty far from the city centre.
This is like 4 star hotel, not 3. Very clean, large and peaceful rooms
