The bed was comfortable and it was a decent price compared to everything else around. It was fairly clean and a decent place to stay. The air conditioner in the room was so loud you couldn't hardly even hear the tv or sleep. They had a shuttle to carry you into the city but it only left every hour in the half i.e 8:30, 9:30. If it was full then oh well you had to wait till the next hour and they didn't care if you made it to your appt or not. I actually had to call an uber ride to come pick me up because their shuttle wouldn't take us to the train stop a couple times. I won't be staying here again but if money is the issue and you are looking for a decent room for a decent price then it is ok.
Beds were very comfortable! No fans in the bathrooms for ventilation!
Easy access from O'Hare airport, you appreciate this after a intercontinental flight.
Clean, but old hotel. Can't beat the price or location, close to airport and couple miles away from oakbrook shopping center Could use an upgrade
claen rooms easy to get to
The outdoor pool was the best feature of this hotel! The location was conveinient to downtown and had easy local access to stores and a few restaurants. Luckily, our room overlooked the pool area. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of foods, (including chorizo eggs), and was a good value. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is great, but I was not aware of the pet fee prior to checking in. It should be clearly explained on the website.
Staff very friendly and helpfull
Staff was friendly The rooms smelled funny, the a/c didnt work and wouldnt stay on, they had replaced the carpet so the door into the room had to be forced open and closed, the food was not good and expensive, the staff was nice but only obe person at the front desk trying to help many and answer phones. The hotel just looked and felt dirty.
It was nice and comfortable what you would expect for this price it was clean staff was friendly The fire alarm randomly went off and stayed on for an hour. The location isn't the greatest tricky to figure out how to get out of there and to downtown
Easy access, great accommodations, very clean and comfortable. NO
friendliness of staff, shuttle facility the shuttle facility was a bit slow and not clear about times . Could have a direct phone line from O`Hare airport
Vry good value for the money. location very convinient for city visits, easy drive to downtown Chicago
room was clean parking is far
Staff attitude and service No in-room safe
The hotel bar is great for drinks but I would not recommend ordering food. It was cold, tasteless and the wait time was excessive. The remainder of the stay was excellent.
very competent people. The restaurant not very exciting for dinner, but very good breakfast buffet.
It was clean bed was comfortable and was very convenient for what we needed.
The hotel was very clean and very nicely furnished. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. There were only 3 elevators for the whole hotel, one was out of order, and there were 3 family reunions, 2 onsite weddings, and 1 offsite wedding with the friends and family staying there. When we returned from the rehearsal dinner Friday night there was a LINE to use the elevator to get to our rooms. My husband and I found a way to take the stairs. Which wasn't easy as the only carpeted stairs went from the lobby to the second floor. We had to take the concrete fire stairs to get to the third floor that our room was on. We ran into a similar problem trying to take the elevator down to check out on Sunday around 11 am, an hour before the official check out time. After waiting 10 minutes and having several full elevators stop on our floor, we opted to take an elevator up in order to go back down. There is no vent fan in the bathroom so the mirror fogs while you shower and then you have to wait until it dissipates into your room to style your hair or put on make-up. The doors that enable the rooms to adjoin are NOT sound proof. I could hear neighboring televisions, conversations, and…um…"other" activities… Overall I would not stay at this hotel again. There are several other hotels within a mile of this one that I'd rather give my money to.
It had a kitchenette Cleanliness. Location. It did not feel cozy like you might want on a getaway. The staff never smiles. Everything seemed filmy.. old peopke smoky smell. The blankets were like grandsons. Not like your clean grandmother like you grand mom who never gets company and dusts off the sheets right before yoyr about to lay down. I HAVE Stayed in a 77$ hotel with better luxuries. One night here and I checked out. Went to hayyat place...very happy
The breakfast and friendly accommodating staff. Beds were not very comfortable. Carpets were stained and bedding was a bit worn out. Pool air wuality was so poor we couldn't swim.
Pool and whirlpool were big Didn't advertise that access to the gym and pool was $8 PER DAY per person, LAME
very nice staff, good amenities, great for our meeting. room was very clean. Beds were terrible, pillows couldnt have been any flatter or cheaper, beds didnt even have a fitted sheet, so during the evening ended up laying on mattress pad. No duvet cover for comforter. Sleeping was the worse
Was a very nice place. Did not expect how nice of an area it was . I never would of imagined something related to Mc Donald's would be like that.
The friendliness of the staff and the pool was amazing! The location is hidden but not difficult to find.

Park/Campus like setting. More hallway noise, due to room location, than my previous visits here.
Excellent location. Beautifully maintained and tastefully decorated. One of my favorite destinations in the suburbs. What's there not to like?
Beautiful Environment. Pool was absolutely gorgeous. Steam room was heavenly. Showers equipped with great products (hair and body wash). Body lotion smelled divine No
The spa and pool They don't offer free bottled water
Beauty beyond belief. I felt like I was in a lodge away from it all ... right in the middle of the Western Suburbs.
awesome location! Right on the grounds of the McDonald's campus. Beautiful and peaceful. I picked the perfect night to go there. The weather was amazing and was able to stop by hamburger U big long hair in the bathroom. I have very short hair. Cleanliness needs to be improved a bit

Worst WiFi ever! I was on a business/leisure trip. I couldn't get anything done for work and not even send an email as the WiFi didn't work or was very inconsistent in the entire room. I would've complained, but the line to check out of the hotel on Saturday morning was too long. at that point I just wanted to get somewhere else to get some work done. Friendly staff, clean, free breakfast.
Front Desk Paul was very nice and helpful and our maid! The breakfast was great! Locations of room next to train in the middle of the night and no working lamp in bathroom and no refrigerator or microwave in room!
Price was right and had a good room (a little loud as we were at the end of the hallway, but wasn't too big a problem).
Staff extremely nice and helpful. Availablity of the pool is a real plus. Breakfast is also a plus. You cannot sit at the desk and watch the TV at the same time as the TV cannot be moved so someone at the desk can view it. Also the air conditioner is so close to the bed and shoots air onto both beds, especially the bed closest to the window. This was a major problem. It was so uncomfortable I would consider staying at another facility in spite of the other positives at this hotel. You also need a scale in the fitness center
Excellent Wi-Fi, Large LCD TV with full cable channels plus HBO, Not hard to find off of Interstate 290. Continental breakfast. Cleanliness of the hotel. Location seems remote (9 miles from Donald E. Stephens convention center). Prices in the self serve shop were OUTRAGOUS! ($17 for an airplane sized bottle of wine). Lack of restaurant on premises (just continental breakfast) as you had to take a shuttle or risk you life crossing a 4 lane highway to get to one across the street. Non-heated indoor pool.
The hotel rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was good. The pool was closed and i was not aware of that wben i booked the room. The kids were looking forward to the pool.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone we talked to was polite and upbeat. I llike it when people like theri jobs and it shows. There are no complaints at all about this hotel. We would use it again when traveling this area.
Room was clean and there was plenty of space. Just a couple hours after checking in my wife went to grab some toothpaste from the front desk. She had forgotten the room number and asked for the number. The two ladies at the front desk grilled her with questions. I understand security, but we didn't appreciate how my wife was treated. They called me on my cell phone, because I didn't pick up on either of the two phones in the room. Finally after confirming my wife was with me they gave her the room number. Later I found out that neither phone worked. The next morning the women who was rude apologized for the night before. It seemed a little too late, they could have used basic customer service to have resolved this rather than treat my wife like a criminal.
pool, free breakfast fresh, great customer service loud children upstairs but good overall after buying ear plugs. )
Staff are friendly and helpful I was given a disable room and the bathroom is kinda strange. The room is noisy because it feels like someone is trying to open your room door but it is next doors. I don't know why I was assigned disable room because I am not. Stuck at the parking due to heavy snow and they did not clear the parking lot
the quietness of the room -- even though my widow faced the busy street and non-stop traffic Toilet problem !! the toilet had a POOR design and caused my private parts to get wet ... or come in contact with the interior !! that problem spoiled my stay because I primarily needed a hotel take a break from cross-country highway driving and to benefit from a private bathroom where I could void my bowels (and take a rejuvenating shower) ------------ also, the TV did not have clear picture on several of the channels lastly -- the internet price was NOT honored when I received the receipt under the door the next morning !!
Hampton Inns are always a good choice. This is kind of on the back side of the airport, very quiet
It's a good hotel and a good location for me when in the area for work. It's clean, the staff is helpful and I liked my stay. This is my second visit. There wasn't anything that I didn't like.
It is a no frills place to stay near Ohare. Reliable shuttle service. Convenient.
For the price, my stay at Hampton O'Hare was excellent.
The staff was quite helpful and the shuttle to the airport was prompt and convenient. I also appreciated the free parking.
Some how they charged me 20$ more per room then I had booked for. They did make the adjustment after I brought it to their attention.
Staff was super helpful. Rooms were very clean. Great centennial breakfast. Everything was easy and smooth about our stay.
The thing that made our stay at the Hampton inn O'Hare so nice was the hospitality of the staff. This one man went above and beyond for us. The rooms had a weird smell to them but we got over it after about the first hour.
The hotel was very clean, friendly and nice. Great breakfast! The hotel has limited parking available, we had to park along the curb. On busy nights I see this being a major problem
we tried to stay here despite plans to be in the city every day. That 40 minute drive was not great, and we still ended up paying a bunch for paring when we got there. Clearly this hotel is centered around airport traffic and overnighters for that. not great for families or vacationers at all, really. No pool.
It states that it's 1/4 mile from the airport, but that's as the crow flies from a far away runway edge! It's more like 4-5 miles, but was still a short reasonable shuttle. My stay was due to a missed connection.
The shuttle from O'hare never showed up and I took a cab. The shuttle in the morning to O'hare broke down on the way and we had to be transferred to a different one
It was not convenient for any kind of place to eat. We had to drive everytime somewhere far away. We paid $100 for the room and we did not even get breakfast. I could have got continental breakfast served by staying at a $50 hotel. I would not stay in this hotel again.
It was comfortable and really nice staff!
Lobby was looked nice! Pillows where comfortable. The first room was dirty, had the window open and stuff from the past guest in the closet. The second room was better but still had items left from past guest. At the hotel restaurant the glass of tea had a molding lemon in it the waiter took the glass dumped it and refilled the same glass. The food was not good and seemed to be old before it was prepaired. Even though the hotel was under construction there seemed to be repairs that needed to be done. There seemed to be missing ceiling that where missing, and holes in many walls not only in the halls but also in the room. The hotel is marketed as sound proof but you could hear everything going on in the room next to you and in rooms as you walked down the hall.
No complimentary meals.
rather old hotel
Enjoyed the wedding reception that we attended food nice and service good. Rooms comfortable Unless you had own transport it was difficult to get anywhere ,one taxi man [ordered by hotel]stopped and refueled his taxi and proceeded to dally with metre running at our expence, most uncooperative
Hotel location is good.Shutlle bus service are very handy.
excellent location.great staff and great rooms, silent, clean and comfortable.
It was a roof over my head, that's about it. The shuttle service was a plus I guess. Poor customer service, the bathroom needed to be remodeled, beds NOT comfortable.
The shuttle service was excellant and very covenient
Close to Rosemont Center. Good Price. Like bar area and breakfast.
no airport noise, large rooms, clean, comfortable, nice staff. air conditioner was loud
I liked the size of the room, the amenities were exactly what I needed. The decor and the accent walls were lovely! I also liked that they were able to accommodate my request to be given a room on a higher floor, as I had read reviews that it can get quite loud on the weekends. Piping hot showers, and even make up remover towels with their soaps were a nice touch. I really didn't like that no one had informed me that the free airport shuttle stops running at 2am, when my flight was delayed and I didn't arrive until after that, especially after having called the hotel beforehand to make sure I would still have a ride. Neither their own website, nor kayak, nor booking.com had this informations. This was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, and after having spent all evening and most of my night traveling, this was the absolute last thing I needed to be worrying about, was safe transportation at 3am.
The Hotel was fine, picked up around midnight from O'hare no problems. It is about 15 minutes drive from airport, but not too bad. The area the hotel is in is not that great, so I would not go out walking late at night. The interior is a bit worn , but not too bad.
Very good value for the money. The stay for 4 adults was about $100 even and included many in room and site amenities as well as a complimentary breakfast. Considering its location next to O'Hare, it was suprisingly quiet and well insulated from noise. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. I was charged a $1 fee for a lockable safe which I did not request, did not need, and did not use.
The space in the suite, and the comfort -just what was needed at the end of a long flight and the beginning of another. The hotel was fine. Just one thing when I made the call from the airport from my mobile to ask about the Shuttle I was put on automated loop. I had to ring off, try again and insist that I spoke to a person, who admittedly then organised the shuttle to come to the correct terminal. It is a bit unnerving in a foreign country, being tired and having to keep redialling to speak to a person!
The bed seemed clean. There was a fan in the bathroom which I couldn't turn off, it ran all night, so no sleep. No TV channel listing, no wifi instructions or security. TV reception was terrible on all channels. Vending machines sold out on multiple floors. Staff was slow and rude.
LOCATION PRICE: For $400 the night in double occupancy you would expect at least some amenities included such as wifi in your room, a bottle of water, or breakfast.
Easy to catch early morning flight from the hotel. We were there at a difficult time for the staff.I thought they handled it very well.
The location is great. The price I got was low ($110). The hotel is from the 1980's and hasn't aged well. I couldn't get the wi-fi set up as it required logging in with my Hilton Honors ID and I couldn't remember my password. There was a long queue (about 15 rooms of guests) to check in and not enough staff to handle, resulting in a 25 min wait to check in. The check-in process took a while with each person being told too much info: just hand us the keys. I was required to leave my keys with a valet while briefly parked to check in, and it took 10 min to track him down again and get the keys back.
Location is terrific! Service is great. Perfect for an overnight stay, before or after a long overseas trip. We stayed before and after our trip to India. Best, David O'Brien
Nice staff Parking
We had booked this reservation in advance because we were scheduled for a very long overnight layover in Chicago. Our flight to Chicago was cancelled because of weather, as were many others that night, and we were rerouted but the airport would not cancel our reservation, charging us for a room that we had no way of using. We would have thought that a hotel inside an airport would have been more understanding, particularly since I'm sure they filled our room with stranded passengers, but they wouldn't even begin to discuss the issue when we called that night. We were severely disapointed
Gaslight Club! The room was lovely, the bed comfortable and most of the staff was customer service oriented. There were not enough people at registration, so there was a long wait to check-in. There was one woman who just stood by one of the other agents and then went to the far right and stood by another agent and just walked away when I asked her for help. It was very distressing, as I had a dinner date waiting.
Stopped by the bar for a light dinner. The tables were not clean and the server was overwhelmed. I waited twenty minutes for her to acknowledge me and at least ten more minutes for her to clean the table. I was meeting someone at that location otherwise I would have left. When we received our food it was less than good. I had to ask three times for our bill!
The views of the O'hare airport from the 10th floor were awesome, bed was very comfortable, extremely convenient for business travel, nice hotel restaurant and transportation from the hotel was seamless, upgraded room came with free WiFi (odd to charge for this Ina business hotel) Upgraded my room for $50 more per night and the in room TV and ordering system was nonfunctional. Pretty antiquated on demand system and the TV remote didn't work well. In the hotel's defense they offered to switch rooms but honestly I didn't want to pack back up and move, also it's an extra charge for the workout facilities and pool/spa (maybe not if you get the more expensive room)
in the airport building, reasonably priced. Maids kept knocking in the morning even though we had a late check-out.
Nice clean room. Great location if you have early flight and live far from airport like us. Or if you have an overnight connection. Just a short walk underground and your at the airport terminal.
Walking access to ORD and CTA
I had a short uneventful overnight stay which evoked no special emotions! From a pragmatic point of view it was exactly what I was looking for.
Very Comfortable. Full of needed facilities. The hotel staffs are very polite and helpful. It locates just next to the airport and not so far to get into the city. May be just one more soap in the bath room. That's it. All are great.
Very close and great price. Nice bed and great setup in the room Very unfriendly young lady at front desk. Very surprising that we came in and hear loud innapropriate rap music from behind the front desk.
Very close to airport. Rooms are awfully tired, and seem more suited to the 1970s. Very little ventilation in the room, despite slightly opening windows.
Good and comfortable hotel. Great room. Excellent choice for travelers who are in transit waiting for a flight. I had to wait one hour the hotel shuttle. When finally arrived they told me I had to call the hotel to come immediately, but I'm not American, I didn’t have American mobile and neither small change to call... This was the only problem, everything else, very good.
Convenient location. Used the nearby Pride Parking facilities for inexpensive store of our car and airport shuttle while we were out of the country for six weeks. Free laundry facilities. While there is no in house restaurant, there are several very good places nearby. We plan to go back whenever we need to fly out of OHARE. Heater in the room did not seem to be getting up to temperature quite and it was winter. We were only there one night so it was only a minor inconvenience.
we liked free shuttle service and kitchen facilities like microwave and toaster no stores or anything interesting in walking distance... you have to always take a cab or go downtown
We had to travel with our dog and they were had no problems with having her at the hotel. We called ahead. A little more space.
Very unique, clean, and great price for a night Outrageous parking fee, cleanliness of pool table
Modern look and feel throughout, in public areas as well as guest room. Plenty of space in common areas to sit, work, read, etc. Room may not be the best for getting work done but was good for sleeping. Rates when I was there were competitive compared to other airport hotels and much less expensive than downtown. Friendly staff. Minor complaints: Not as close to the Blue Line as advertised (although the shuttle will take you there). Entrance is hard to find by car/taxi, but once you've done it it's easy enough to remember. O'Hare is a busy airport so planes are flying overhead all day and night - otherwise fairly quiet. Mediocre coffee.
The heater was so loud and rattled it woke me up in the middle of the night, I thought an airplane was landing outside the building
Great location for getting to the city and the airport!
Helpful staff, clean environment, great location
The hotel was very clean, the bed was plush and extremely comfortable. The staff was frendly and helpful. They also have an airport shuttle which makes it very easy to access.
Cool euro style rooms, super easy access to O Hare
Good hotel, small but good Small but good
HORRIBLE!!! First, I rate your hotel with NO STARS - It appears that I gave you more on the last page. We were a party of 4 adult family members looking for a room near O'Hare airport with two double beds to sleep in for 5 hours before flying home. Upon arrival we were told by the desk clerk (who cleverly concealed her identity by not wearing a name tag) that our confirmed reservation was "only a request", and all she had was king bedded rooms. I asked her if she was giving us two rooms and she said no, she had only 3 rooms left, but 4 reservations. It was AWFUL in every way. I felt like I was in a cell block. My son slept on an aerobed, & my brother on a window seat. The county jail would have been better. I will never return and will tell everyone I know to avoid your brand like the plague unless they like liars, unpleasant/ unfriendly staff, the noise of a running toilet all night and a sterile, ugly atmosphere. P.S. Readers - I am a hotel professional of 38 years and know of what I speak!
Very comfortable bed and great fitness center. Unexpected expenses such as parking when there is no other alternative to parking
Cleanliness. Spacious. Comfortable.
Very long lines in the hotel Starbucks. Add more staff or another coffee shop.
Beautiful room, Very quiet even though it was New Year's Eve. Two couples we have adjoining rooms eventually they got our reservation correct but it took an hour.
I needed a clean, dog friendly hotel for the night and this hotel was everything I needed. Not many nice dog friendly hotels that don't charge you exorbitant pet fees. Its nit-picky, but I left at 5:30 am and there was no coffee service at that hour. If that's my only complaint, its doing pretty well.
Close to O'Hare, good food in restaurant (but pricey), good conference facilities, clean, comfortable. Slow bellhops, watered down cocktails in bar, pair of queen beds is really a pair of full size, humid in rooms, doors stuck
Nice stay, comfortable, very helpful employees, close to o'hare. The parking and subsequent shuttle really started our trip out on a good note. No problems
The comfy bed The old shower head barely working
Great customer service, I like that their airport shuttle is reliable, leaves every 15 min. I absolutely loved the room service! Room wasn't thoroughly cleaned, I found trash in the carpet. Also the coffee maker in my room wasn't working
My boyfriend and I had a flight out of O'hare early in the morning and were between staying at the Hilton or the Westin, and fortunately the Westin won. The shuttle to and from the airport was fast and our driver was very friendly. When we checked in, there was a line and somehow we were still greeted within 30 seconds, to which the front desk was so apologetic about our 'wait' (so polite)! When we asked of things around the area to do, the concierge went above and beyond as to tell us basically everything fun within a 10 mile radius. The staff was extremely friendly!
Location, van service, room for the price, VERY nice front desk staff Noisy neighborhood near airport/flight path
That it was clean and you have till 3 to check out on Sunday. You had to pay to park
We got there and we had asked for a room with two beds and they said they didn't have one when we had already made the reservation with two beds. Staff did not do anything to accomadate us. Registration lady was rude and short.
Location Kayaks assistance View Bed was not comfortable and sheets were so stiff you could hear them across the room with the slightest movement. Idk, maybe that's why bed was uncomfortable. Weddings being held at hotel had loud intoxicated guests roaming halls all nite.
Not impressed with charging to register early. And never have had a 4 pm register time.
I had an all around great stay. Great location for traveling, shuttle service, shopping and eating out but also the restaurants in house. But two things I would look into I stayed the 12/18-19 and as I was waiting for the shuttle around 430 am a drunk guest was vomiting in front of the doors, spitting on the walk mat, and just being ridiculous but i seen staff members walk right by him and do nothing. Being in the industry I would have thought to get this guy away from guests whether by using security or simply asking him if he needed help. It was disgusting having to see him vomit and spit then smell it while waiting for shuttle services.
Newly remodeled, clean hotel; staff is very polite and proffesional. Stayed there over 30 times in the last 2 yrs, and will definitely do it again
Parking garage was excellent- last year stayed at Hyatt and had to park in convention center garage because of so many day visitors attending the Salsa exhibition at the Hyatt. Closet only had short hanging space- need long space to hang gown and tux.
Nicely appointed room; very good about late check in despite being busy (~2am). I had to purchase a toothbrush and have the lady and the shop tell the front desk guy (who had sent me to their shop) to give me toothpaste because they were out. A little dissapointing given the price and proximity to the airport.
Clean, cool decor, good service, good shuttle , if you are ever stuck at Ohare Consider this hotel
Nothing much Pay to park even though it was that far from city, bad bathroom, no complementary breakfast
Shower, bed, very comfortable and luxurious. Accommodated my request to stay in a quiet room. Planes flying overhead is definitely noticeable but not disturbing. The primary purpose of my stay was to have a stress free location to have lunch during the break period of an exam I was taking at a nearby convention center. I arranged to have lunch delivered to my room in the short lunch break I had and despite confirming multiple times that it would be delivered at 11:45 I was very disappointed and panicked to find it wasn't waiting for me. When I arranged the lunch in the morning I was adamant about the delivery time and warned that it was possible I might not be in the room. I was never told this would be a problem. When I called to inquire about the missing lunch, I was told it was against company policy to leave a meal in the room, and they "didn't know who I could have spoken with that would have taken the order". This was truly disappointing because not only was I incredibly stressed (having prepared for this exam for 6 months and needing to return for the afternoon session in less than 30 minutes) but I also felt patronized that I could have fabricated speaking with someone about the topic. I would expect so much more out of a luxury hotel like this. Ultimately they were able to fast track a meal that I ate in about 6 minutes, but were nice enough to not blink in providing me a $70 bill for the food. I returned to the afternoon portion of the exam stressed and flustered when I should could have been calm. I wouldn't have arranged to stay at the hotel if I thought they weren't going to be accommodative of my needs.
Stayed in numerous ohare area hotels during past five years and hands down, Loews was heads above in cleanliness, staff, and overall presentation. Spacious yet quiet, especially in a bustling area. Will be back.
