Helpfullness of staff and the location the breakfast coffee
Very comfortable room with seaview.marvelous breakfast, including cooked b'fast to suit uk visitors.Modern design and cheerful.Very central..trainstation and buses within minutes. Get rid of the tables in bar/lounge,and give it more of a lounge appearance to make it more inviting..i did work as a hotelmanager in my day,so I know what I am talking about!!!!!!!!!!.
The location at the beach and walking distance to the city centre is just perfect. The rooms are spacious, the balcony as well and the view (seaside)is just lovely. Breakfast was cold, every day.
Everything worked perfectly, the staff were helpfull, the breakfast was very good I did not expect to have to pay €12.00 per day for parking
The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and immaculately clean. The hotel is located right by the beach with all facilities close by. Free wi-fi. Food below par although this is often the case with buffet menus.
The location was ideal, two minutes walk from the station and right on the beach front. There was ants in the first room we were given. But they handled the change over very well.
hotel was clean and staf good location neer shoping and in front of the sea no indoor swmming pool
Good location. 1 minute walk from the beach. Have your breakfast before 9:30am. it gets crowded and very noisy after that. A little bit expensive. We wanted to stay an extra day, but we couldn't get the booking.com rates. We paid the regular price (expensive) for that extra day. If you love the beach, it's a good place to relax.
staff very helpful, and a large spacious hotel.
Good price for an excellent hotel, very good buffet The weather, it was raining a part of the time
good breakfast, clean spacious rooms, well layed out, nice location/orientation, helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere, consistent standards over last 3 years, ver pleasing that ther was no wall to wall football (I'm a football fan but there needs to be a limit what do you expect here? Coffee a bit rough, bar prices a little high, could be a little more golf orientated at a certain level (not boozy golf society oreintated)
Large rooms with a view on the beach, spacy facilites, very good buffet breakfast. Rooms with view on the beach but only if standing up on the balcony. Some balconies have metal railing instead of cement, but we did not have those rooms. If you do not rent a car, the hotel is pretty secluded as far as getting to places, except the beach front. Outside pool is not heated (April stay), and kids under 18 can not use the indoor spa pool; so mainly the kids were not happy about that during our 7 days stay. It was very cold for that time of the year. The worst past is that the beach facing the hotel is not part of the hotel, it is public and if you need to use the umbrellas and lounge chairs you need to pay for those...that upset us the most.
The spa was excellent, relaxing and great for a girls weekend. Nothing not to like.
It was safe to stay at the hotel - and we got help when we needed it. The more people i reception talks better english, german. That someone helps new guests to their rooms when the receptopnist cant tell us in english or german.
I liked the location of the hotel especially the walk along the beech and the promenade walk. It was a nice distance from the centre. The views from our balcony were exceptional! I did not like two single beds pushed together to make a 'doublebed'. I would have thought that use of the pool and jacuzi would have been included in the room price.
Animation program every night; one step to the sea beach; spa procedures at a fair price; good and various meals for breakfast and dinner Glazed tiles on the floor reflect the sound from the upper floors; the doors also produce loud sound when closing
Hotel situation and facilities
Well located with a range of facilities
very nice staff guests very loud late at night and no english tv also air condtioning old and loud
I like the location near the beach and near the city. The staff recommend us to park the car outside the hotel. We were close to loose the car because the police came to tow it away. The bathroom was really dirty, behind the sink in bathroom, there were a lot of hair and dirt...ush..
The hotel was in a good location, however our room was on the road frontage but it wasnt too noisy and didnt bother us. Very close to the beach and some nice shops. Food was very good and rooms clean. Value for money and would definitely visit again.
The location for eating out was excellent and the beach only 200 meters away . The buffett breakfast was very good ..
The staff at this hotel was very helpful and polite.and friendly. if you had any problems there can resolve the problem Okay I booked half board 02/06/2010. at this hotel only to be found 2 days before going to staying this hotel 1/10/2010 that my board has been changed from half board to bed and breakfast. activehotels.com should of told me more in advanced not 2 days before flying out to spain!! But I think there was a mis commumication from booking.com to this hotel as I believe it a new hotel
Convenience for airport and visiting my parents
location to beach, clean rooms, people did not reserve sunbeds so although not many sun beds you could usually get one.Excellent breakfast Some of the reception staff were surly/rude.Small pool, I was expecting activities for kids there were none.I thought it overpriced given lack of facilities.
The location of the hotel was very good. Safety deposit box in the room The breakfast area needs to be redesigned. The hotel is not four star i would say 2/3 star no free internet acess. i did leave comment at the reception area.
great breakfast, nice garden and swimming pool weak sound isolation between rooms
Room was spotless. Location was great-- right across the bridge. Were able to park on the street. Breakfast, included in the rate, was very good. Lots of restaurants nearby,
Its an excellent location with friendly staff who were also very helpful.
Location Lack of Ice Machine and Room Service. Front Desk staff uninformed about excursions and events in local area.
going home there was no spar or indoor pool
The staff were very friendly, polite and helpfull
very clean, perfect location
The location was the main reason for me.
The location of the hotel is best. Too noisy both from the street and in the hotel. Walls are too thin. Breakfast is nothing to brag about. We expect a better standard of a grand hotel.
excellent location to center of torremolinos, modern hotel for the area, clean, good price The breakfast buffet was horrible, not worth eating. Better off buying breakfast elsewhere. WiFi in lobby not connected to to intenet and spoke to reception and they had no clue!
comfortable rooms and helpful staff we stayed half board and were disapointed at the lack of fresh fruit available at breakfast
some of the staff were pleasant but not all. not enough variety in the evening meal. hotel needs modernisation.
The hotel is making good progress with modernisations and it's easy to see how much better the place is looking. The rooms are good and the air conditioning make them even more comfortable. The main pool is great if a little busy, and the view from the rooftop pool is impressive. Overall, the Cervantes offers good value for money, but don't expect too many 4-star frills. The lifts are painfully slow and there are not enough beds by the pool (I was annoyed so many beds lay unused but covered with someone's towel all day). Don't come for the food. It's not great and the queues are huge. There are lots of good restaurants nearby (to suit all tastes and budgets).
Excellent location. Friendly, helpful staff. Free wifi in lobby was so slow I was not even tempted to pay to use it in my room. After long layovers better arriving, all I wanted was to soak in a hot bath. Hotel has showers in rooms. Food varies from excellent to British.
Very good and nice hotel situated in the center of Torremolinos. Inside the hotel it reamins quiet and gentle, without any noice or rumours of the outside world. The crowdy town is left behind when you pass the hotel doors
Matress are horrible
it was at the centre of the city which was good, nice n clean. food was good the only thing that ruined our holiday was when we where told it had sat tv, but they didnt tell us that all 35 channels where in spanish and german and not one english channel to be watched esp in winter at nite time. The fact that some german ppl where aloud to sit in the sauna completely naked really made me feel uncomfortable,
Because of the location in the centre. There was no internet possibillity, which is very usefull.
The location was very good... close to metro train station and shopping area. Staff was helpful. Buffet style dining was good. The bed, while very much appreciated king size, the mattress could have been a little thicker and softer and the pillows a little more fluffier.
nice staff, cheap price, free wifi in the lobby but not the room. this was not as nice I hoped. in fact quite poor. we were in a separate building not the main hotel. no soap. no shampoo. very bad bed, uncomfortable and saggy. I thought it was going to be 4 star, but it was more like something out of the 70s.
great location, directly on the beach not 4 star..the studio is max 2 star
Location. Privacy in the studio where I stayed. Not noisy. Absence of elevator. No soup and shampoo at all. Sheets and towels are changed only in 3 days. No phone in the studio.
convenience to the boardwalk
There was nothin we likes We booked 2 studio apartments in this 4 start hotel - but the apartments were only 2 "key" apartments. They were very very dirty, the shower was blocked, the beds were old and unstable, there was no toiletries etc. Avoid this at all costs! We paid 112euros per night - premium price for a teriible studio apartment
Being so ajacent to the sea front. The room was pleasant and very clean. The breakfast was very good The prices of drinks was a little high at the bar. It would have been better if there had been some information in the room to tell us what faciltities were available in the hotel and area.Apart from that very good
Excellent security. No louts. On first day notified reception that patio door lock was inoperative. This was not attended to.
It was a relaxed atmosphere and the staff were pleasant 1) No enough umbrellas round the pool, 2) The noise in the morning when cleaning staff were dragging beds to organise cleaning was disturbing
Clean, quiet and cheap. I would recomend this hotel.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the balcony and view were great, and the food was very good. We had the breakfast option. None
The staff were very friendly and helpful. My hotel room was very comfortable and clean with a lovely sea view. I would definately stay in this hotel again.
location,breakfast,facilities,staff. Parking spaces very few
I enjoyed the beachfront view from our room. The room was clean and had what you would expect from a European hotel room. I'm not a breakfast eater, but enjoy a cup or two of coffee in the morning, was disappointed that there was no coffee machine in our room. When I went to the snack bar, I was unable to get a coffee to take away, I would have to sit there and drink it.
The View from my balcony The room next door seemed to be used for airline staff and was very noisy early in the mornings
Good quality hotel across the road from the beach
The hotel is nice. The view from the room on the sea is beautiful and you just have to cross the small road to get to the beach. And it is quite near to the center and train station. And the breakfast was good as well.
Poor attitute of the people at the reception desk. Their lack of adhearance of meeting there advertised commitments.
The proximity of the hotel to the beach was perfect, just a quick, short walk and there your were. The room and the view from the room was excellent. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, even helping me with my Spanish when I did not know the correct word to use. The cafeteria and restaurant staff were extremely friendly and took time to ask us if we were enjoying ourselves in Torremolinos and offering any assistance. It was a great stay. Absolutely nothing!
Suprisingly nice and helpful staff in view of beeing a large hotel with a lot of guests and traffic in the reception. Nice clean rooms. The beach is a cross the street :-) Fast elevators (we stayed at the 8th floor) Nice sea-view. Wery busy in the restaurant at breakfast during "rush-hour" but efficient.Nice selection and good food. Order your eggs by the chef, as you like them :-)
The entertainment for the children was wonderful and there was a great variety of food No but please check our rooms roon 202 and 203 as we forgot a large bag in the cupboard that had laundry shoes and makeup in it. As well as an adress book that I had for 15 years
I liked how friendly and helpful the staff was. Hotel Polynesia is also incredibly nice inside! The decorations and sounds of the running water and wild birds turns it into a paradise. The beds were so hard, I had trouble sleeping every night. The food quality was also very, very, very poor. I travel all over the world and never have I refused to eat a meal but I did for the buffet dinner and breakfast at Holiday Polynesia.
Beach club was very good for the kids although the wave pool closed too early at 3pm.
catered for most things and staff in general were very helpful, deposits for remote control and having to pay for safe in your own room leaves a bad tatste in your outh after shelling out 5k
some of the food there was no entertainment, no help to make trips anywhere, we were not told about the bus down to the gate, never any bar when we wanted a drink, no steam room on, no jaccuzzi on. limited time s for indoor pool.
Clean bright hotel. Spacious rooms. Excellent swimming pools. Friendly staff. Excellent food. que for bar at the pool was very long as there was only one member of staff in attendance
The staff is very friendly. The swimming accomodation is superb. The knowledge of languages for the majority of the staff is very poor. Even English is for most of them a major problem.
location, proximity to Malaga, the fact that I did not have to worry about getting a meal at 7:00 p.m. when most places are closed food choices were limited and variety just average- which I don't mind for breakfast, but not for lunch or dinner; I found being tagged with wrist bands(all-inclusive) and then having to show your room key every time you wanted a drink annoying; having to pay for pool and fuzzball is "nickel and diming"-why not install card swiping machines there to differentiate those in the '"all-inclusive" ?
The hotel staff were great, I had to ask for more towels and cutlery in our room and they were brought within minutes! The childrens entertainer, although out of season and was on the desk at the indoor pool was great with the kids. She painted their faces for halloween. Brilliant, made their day. Having to pay extra for the Beach Club. To use the pools, water slides etc, it costs 6 euro per adult and 4 euro per child. The hotel room wasn't amazingly clean with things left from the last occupant.
the whole experience was wonderful
Good family resort. Lots to do for a fiver year old. We stayed half board. The food was not very good.
The location was close to plenty of restaurants and right on the beach. The refrigerator costs extra to have it turned on. It was difficult to find lounge chairs by the pool and the ones by the beach cost different prices depending one who approached you.
Internet services very bad
Location of the hotel was excellent, the facilities were also excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. All in all this was good value. No
The food was reasonable although the furnishings (sofa) were well past their sell by date and unusable although the bed was however comfortable. The flushing of our and other toilets was extremely loud but there was no filling of the tank sound that helped. Shame about the re-construction of the swimming pool that we were not aware of until we got to the hotel We were not able to sit on the sofa in the room because of extreme overuse and in need of replacement. The food was all right but it would have been nice to have had a hot meal. The food was spread too far apart and by the time you went all around the hall getting your meal and getting to your seat the meal was cold.
location Room was very basic
It was clean. The food was good. The staff were pleasant. It was only a 10 min taxi drive from the airport. Not rearly
Buffet dinner very good no tea or coffe making facilitys in room and paying to get fridge turned on
Short distance to the beach. Nice staff. Free use of tower (depositum 10 euro) for the beach/pool. Change of tower coast 1 euro. Short distance to Bealmáda (marina). Bus to Torremolnos near the hotel. You must pay 2 euro x 10 (water/beer) to use the freezer.
Location and much for the money The personal was not exactly intrested in helping out and they were not there when we needed them. A big minus was the system of the minibar where you had to buy 10 Items just to have them turning it on...
Location = perfect! Nightlife = incredible! Food = excellent! Pool was very dirty, no maintenance had been done for quite a while. the interior of the hotel was a bit dated a bit of refurbishment needs to be done to make it a real 4 star hotel and the fridge in room would only be connected if you bought 10 items from the list(more than 20 euros in drinks)
It was a fantastic holiday destination for us. The weather was perfect, the food was excellent and we enjoyed the entertainment. Nothing
Luxury rooms, great food and drink, enjoyed the beach club, relaxing by the pool, high quality lots to do......facilities are great. Very family orientated hotel the only reason I would not return as was a young couple on a relaxing break but I would definately recommend to families. Not very friendly member of staff at check in. Entertainment at night was average some nights quite good some nights not so good.
Hotel was beautiful, the staff were helpful and cheerful, food was great, very relaxing and in a great location for visiting all local towns. Would definately go back. Would have liked a nice coffee (I don't drink alcohol) and was a shame that you had to pay extra for the indoor pool and use of spa.
Comfort was brilliant - food disappointing - but hotel was full. Will try new one next year in Holiday village.
the staff were very nice the hotel was amazeing great place for a family to relax i will be going back next year with me family.
Relaxing atmosphere - consideration for the children for halloween - staff were lovely - nice atmosphere in the restaurants. food was lovely and plentiful just not hot enough - didnt think it was fair that they took your wrist bands off you at 12 oclock noon on the day of departure - considering we didnt check in until 11pm on the Monday
Excellent pools, food
family oriented The weather
Very nice and will equiped hotel The number of staff at the front disk was not enough to satisfy all costumers at the same time
The hotel was perfect for our 2 children, the pool very safe for our 1 year old. Disappointed that the slides at the beach club and wave pool were closed . Our only other problem was flies, they were everywhere!! Very annoying at the hotel and at beach club, they drove us mad. I know the hotel can't do anything about them and it probably was something to do with the time of year
It is an exceptional pace to stay if you have children because of all the activities they have for them, we had to argue with them everyday to get them out of the hotel !! The staff that deal with the activities are very nice too. The hotel staff were helpful but they could have been more efficient. We never had bed linen for all of the beds and it took 3 times of asking before we actually got it. Also, every day our room key never worked at least 2 to 3 times and we had to keep going to reception to get it sorted which was a pain.
Because I went with my family of 7 including 2 grandchildren 2/3yrs the hotel facilities for them were excellent, they are still singing and dancing to songs and talking about 'Benny' the tiger and want to go back again. Because we went in March the weather was hot but not hot enough to swim out doors, the indoor pool etc were very impressive and everything was free no extra charges. Very family orientated. Children facilities were great! I would have liked a seperate bar/room where no kids are allowed, just for a break for an hour or two or for people who have no kids.
Very good place , with very good prices The receptionist of the night ask each time the number of the room before let us get in. The car parking
The staff were friendly especially Simon from the bar That hill.
The accomodation was very good, the staff always friendly. Breakfast was always the same, after five days of eggs and bacon,...
Good for kids Room on 1st floor was really noisy at night as we were in bed early with our baby but would be ok if you had older kids.
indoor pool etc. location next to building site. maintenance of rooms i.e. second shower unusable, freezer door broken, one window didnt lock
Value for money, pleasant staff, and good facilities . Activities and entertainment package excellent.
the kids playroom was to noise after a11.00 at night when you have a child with you
only one of our party had a complaint, and that wa that his room was right next to a building site so he wakened every morning bang on 8am.
enjoyed stay good pool area. bathroom nice room poor, needs updating.
Location of the hotel; very near to restaurants and bars of the Puerto Deportivo of Benalmadena and to the beach also A lot of English youngsters who are quite noisy during the night. Not the best hotel for a quite night. Rooms at the streetside do also have disturbances of noise during the night.
the location was excellent with a nice pool area
It was close to the marina of Benalmadena Costa. The marina has some nice restaurants and shops. The bathrooms had a smell like they were last used in 1970. We thought it would go away after a few days but it didn'T. And they made us pay the entire stay of a week upfront. Of all the staff only the cleaning ladies and only 1 bar tender was friendly. The rest looked like they worked under gunpoint. never again. Most reviews here were too friendly for this hotel.
good variety of food - breakfast and dinner firstly we have a room with the view to construction side - it was impossible even open a curtains and look out the balcony...after we asked - in 3 days they gave us another room - with garden view. Anyway - the negatives: pour lightening in the room, no fridge, only 1 plug in the room- so if you wach TV - you can not to charge your mobile ...
Good price for a hotel At night, you can hear even on the 5th floor the noice from the people partying on the street. At the reception desk, the weren't friendly at all.
Food and restaurant service, both excellent. Incorrect room allocation - other guest in room! Consequently given a room with a poor view on a noisy street.
It was convenient to the beach and bars
Location The rooms were extremely basic
The breakfast was excellent. Overall it was a very pleasant place to visit.
Efficient service n/a
Close to main road; easy to reach from airport Malaga Facilities; opening hours of facilities; pool close to early: some restaurants not even open; entertainment program only for group tours of old people
the room was old, the staff was anoying and the hotel was very far from the beach or the city center
Good sized room with sitting room and bathroom off main bedroom. No noise from other residents. Breakfast was like a cattle market and a free for all, queues for the coffee machines and very greasy bacon. Right alongside the main dual carriageway into Torremolinos so a lot of traffic noise. Long walk into town centre but courtesy bus service to beach.
There were some problems: - no hot water in the shower in the morning./- there were no signs to indicate for example the reception, we got lost on our arrival inside the hotel./ -the kitchen was poor, a lot of things missing, and some machines don't function. /- the room wasn't as comfortable and clean as a 4 star hotel should be...
Close to Malaga airport, low price, good quality
the bar staff were very friendly. It is not my kind of hotel, would only use if stopping over for a flight. Also the reception staff were not so helpful.
The building was very old and dilapidated, there were leaks everywhere and our room had puddles of water in the floor. The kitchen was poorly equipped and the food in the restaurant was less than adequate.
very cheap and the breakfast was good no hot water, after calling the staff 3 times, they offered another room in another building, where there was hot water
very relaxing.hotel in good position to beach and town.restaurant facilities at don pablo excellent. i wouldnt have liked a room at the front of the hotel.
Excellent location. Free parking. Good facilities, pools, etc. Breakfast was terrible. Coffee was undrinkable, Orange Juice was "Kool Aid", and it was a "zoo". Took 20 minutes to check out and there was no one in line!
i would have liked a matrress protector on the bed.
i have stayed many times but never in winter our hotel room was like a fridge and when i complained was told iheating working ok we had no hot water but as we only stayed omne day we were glad to get out
Good location good bedrooms dining room a bit tired
Great selection of food and staff very happy and helpful
The choice of food at breakfast was very good but the quality was very poor. Cheap processed products were used instead of frsh produce
Central position in Fuengirola but within easy walking of the beach and town. Our room had a good sea view and was quiet The Florida Spa was perfect for our use as a central base from which we could easily visit family who are resident nearby. We have no negative comments
Location, overall good standard, the hotel is new. Spa opening times (closed before breakfast and after dinner, closed on Sundays, treatments only afternoon).
Pleasant and friendley staff especially at the reception desk. Bright and comfortable room. Comfortable beds. The design of the inside of the hotel is extremely good. The dancing in the evening. Twice during my stay i could not get a table as they were occupied by people from the appartments around the corner to the hotel. Even thought there were reserved for residence notices on the tables this was not enforced by the hotel.
Enjoyed everything about the gotel. Cannot find any criticism
The employes simpathy, the spa facilities the proximity to the beach and parking A little more sound insonorization in the bathroom and free wireless on all floors wich is quite common these days
Friendlyness. Comfort. Breakfast area a bit disorganized.
A new hotel with the services you need. Rooms big enough. Bathroom nice. Service was good and friendly. Everything was excellent.
I liked the hotel. It has a very spacious restaurant and the buffet was alright. They also have an Italian corner built into the restaurant which incidentally I did not realize until I had finished my buffet meal. There were Italian dishes you could choose from. This section is adjacent to the main buffet.Pity we were not aware of it until we had finished our buffet dinner!! I did not like that there was not any serrano ham or queso manchego (typical of 4 stars hotels on the Costa) and also no Paella on the buffet which we look forward to tasting whenever we go to Spain. Although the food was good , we have had more variety in other Spanish 4 star hotels.
We stayed in the hotel for a week and it was our first holiday in 15 years without the kids. I got a great deal with booking.com and i was so glad i had booked it when i did. For us the hotel had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean everywhere. We loved its location right beside the beach and although we did not use the pool much it was great loads of loungers and shaded areas for everyones use. I cannot comment on the restaurant though as we did not eat there at all. We like to try somewhere new every night but it looked good and always busy. The room was spotless and cleaned everyday fresh towels and anything you wanted. I really liked this hotel and would go back again next year (maybe with kids maybe not!! The only bad thing i would have to say about this hotel was the lady behind the bar she was so rude. I only had one drink in there and we didn't go back. And i'd love for once to go away and sleep in a really comfortable bed. They are very hard but you do expect it out foreign. Having said that there was extra pillows which i was very glad of!
All of the staff I interacted with were nice, pleasant, friendly people. It is close to the beach. How does this get 4 stars? I'm not sure this building deserves 3 stars. The hotel is tired and worn out.
Great location only a couple of minutes from the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little dated, but perfectly comfortable. The food in the restaurants was not that great - there are plenty of other restaurants outside the hotel, which tend to be cheaper as well.
jakuzzi in the room
Entertaing shows in the evening. Nice pool and close to beach. The all inclusive was adequate at best.. Free water, coffee, juice and Champagne for breakfast.. At dinner you had to pay for water? That makes no sense.. Food selection was fair but in five nights, seldom were things hot, disappointing.
Clean, nice food, would have liked an "All inclusive" option
The Don Pablo is well located beside the beach.Has a nice friendley bar around the corner called Teresas Bar that make everybody very welcome. And the hotel is just a few minutes from the airport. The hotel could do with a bit of a modren tuch up
Not a high rise hotel, friendly staff and really good food. Excellent all round. As it was low season when we visited we ate our meals in the very large Don Pedro Hotel restaurant which was not ideal for a couple wanting peace and quiet.
Sol Don Marco is a perfect location in Torremolinos situated between the two major beaches, and close to main street, San Miguel, and numerous restaurants both on and off beachfront .Torremolinos beachfront Paseo is very attractive, perfect for strolling, runnnig, cycling etc. City has to be commended for it. Hotel is very clean, staff is friendly. Complete breakfast buffet had lots of choices. Our room with balcony and view of sea and pool was well appointed and very comfortable. Grounds particularly beautiful. Would highly recommend Don Marco to anyone, we will go back. Pool was quite cool, could be kept warmer with solar blanket for shoulder/winter seasons.
The spa was great! They offer a lot of pampereing choices, but the water therapy alone was very fun and beneficial. The location is right in the middle of everything- perfect. The hotel was beautiful, and the pools were fun and relaxing. The hotel offers parking for a fee, but our car "was too big" for their spaces.
Excellent hotel,service and standards.
It was close to the beach, good breakfast, friendly staff and nice rooms.
Good location, clean, several swimming pools, easy access to shpping, local transportation, friendly staff, too noisy social activities organized by staff Too noisy entertainments organized during the day by staff for guests
it was clean and very close to the beach, comfortable room restaurant staff were not as good, everything was extra like the safe, indoor pool and spa, internet, all had a charge.
very clean hotel lovely room excellent choice for breakfast good location
This is a quiet hotel with a nice atmosphere and plenty of choice when it comes to pools and recreation thanks to being able to use the facilities of the sister hotels which are located next door. The location is faultless. The evening meal could have done with being of a higher quality with more choice but the wine list was good. The breakfast was very varied although somewhat mass produced, which is normal for a hotel of this size. The free WIFI was a bonus, although it didn't work sometimes unless you opened the room door! The only downside was the food really which could have been cooked to higher standards and more varied. Plus the beds were a little hard!
Size of the suite and unbeatable value for money Rudeness of the staff in the restaurant during breakfast service
Overall it was nice. The hotel is near to the centre. The room was quite big and comfortable. The personal was helpful and helped me to arrange a trip to visit Sevilla. For me it seemed that the room was not cleaned in the first 4 days, only the dustbin was emptied but linen was not changed. I think from a 4 star hotel I could expect more. The selection of foods was a bit poor.
The hotel was quite not noisey, not to far from main shops, ideal for me None rreally
The rooms at the hotel are a good size and I would rate them as some of the best in 4 star. Meals were good, but not a great choice. Although this did not make any difference to our trip, the entertainment is non exsistant. The hotel seemed to be understaffed, and as such everyone seemed to be a bit flustered, but by no means unfriendly. I would happily go back, so no probs.
The accessability to the bars, restaurants and beach. Unfortunatley on our arrival the room was not ready at the time advised by the hote and had to wait for an hour before actually getting our key. The receptionist directed us to the pool-side bar where we found the staff in the pool bar area were rather rude.
Bar and breakfast Room servicing and poor reception desk service
Clean rooms. Good bathroom. Good location Very poor service in dining room. Surrounded by uncleared tables. Often had to lay up table oneself. Not enough staff to cope with large tour parties filling dining room. If you waited until later food choice was limited. No maitre d' in charge - staff stood around talking, not clearing.Single rooms at back of hotel and no balcony.
it was just a short break, all was ok i was there before, years ago, I found the restaurant was not so high in standard as before, sorry
Nice rooms, nice garden. Some kind of food is not fresh enough.
competent service and the view from the 5th floor over the see was really nice... the breakfast could be more interesting, problems with juice machine was everyday.
The reception actually tried to speak English. Location is fantastic. Food was actually quite surprisingly good. they must of changed their food because we were warned about poor food but I actually loved the dinners... good job cooks! Babies allowed to swim naked in the pool... a bit disgusting if they pood or peed. had to pay for internet and safe box... wow (although cheap), wouldnt it make a world of difference if they just allowed you to use it complimentary with your stay?
fruit for breakfast, more choice.
The staff at the reception was very polite and helpful, though their English could be better. The lounge downstairs cosy and homely. Nice clean pool in the garden, though the beach is onlt three minutes walk from the hotel. The staff in the bar could be more considerate and polite to the customers. Modest though sufficient breakfast, no varieties of seriels, snacks. Sometimes no cutlery on the table.Though it is not the end of the world and I will stay there again.
close to beach The room the receptionist gave me to start was smelling of damp on the ground floor, i got it changed but was charged extra. I have been to tarik many times and this was the first time i have ever complained. was disapointed they charged me more
A nice hotel in a nice location with very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast could be improved on.
Great place, almost inside the beach and really close to the center. Also nice staff and good bar/restaurant.
