Location and price. We requested 2 beds and a pull out or cot on this website. We were told that that set up was a fire hazard and no room in that hotel was set up like the one we requested. We were given the "hospitality suite" which consisted of a bed that pulled down from the wall, a pull out couch, and a cot they had to roll in. There were no actual beds.
I love the pool area and the staff was very friendly! The room was not clean and the beds were old, worn and squeaky.
The workout room was nice and clean.
Rooom was clean and comfortable Getting to the room was very odd, we had to walk around the entire building! You could not get there from here, If your out to get your steps, stay here! They were under construction, so I assume that they will be fixing this problem! But STAFF was Great!
A little bit for everyone Children in your spa area and in spa playing quite a bit. Loud .
Very nice, clean, and convenient. Way too expensive. Their green housekeeping program was confusing. Food at the hotel was also outrageously priced for quantity and quality of the food.
The hotel was beautiful very clean the pool was great and the staff was very friendly The bathroom door did not lock and the sound proofing for the rooms were awful
Lobby is what you would expect for a 4 star Lobby. The pool area looked very nice. Once you get past the lobby, the halls, elevators and rooms are in desperate need of updating. Parking was advertised as included and then I was charge $20 per day.
Friendly staff Clean rooms
Middle of all that we needed. Can walk to just about anywhere from the hotel. Friendly staff and if we had known how nice the pool was going to be then we would have brought our swimsuits. They were doing construction during our stay. The walls are really thin and we could hear the plumbing at all hours
I like the lobby area, the front desk personnel were great. I was able to checkin before assigned time given I enjoyed the pool area. Great location, center of downtown, walking distance to everything. The room were nice, I slept comfortable, the bed were inviting. The parking was ridiculous. They should not have been a charge for this.
Everything was good except for the parking The fact that no one told me I would have to pay for parking till after we checked out
This hotel was superb! The rroms were well appointed, spacious, the bed was like sleeping on a hundred soft pillows. The bathroom had a deep soaking tub and a TV hidden behind the mirror over the sink, behind 2-way glass! If you need a ride to nearby shopping, you get ferried in the hotel car which is a Bentley! Food was great, service was flawless. Would stay again without hesitation.
The hotel itself is beautiful: cold but tastefully decorated. We waited 45 minutes for our room keys. During this time we toured the spa and the pool deck. Upon check-in we alerted the staff that we were hungry; no one made mention of the fact that Paces 88 closed at 3 pm and didn't reopen until dinner. The butler assigned to us was anything but helpful. Went to see the concierge. The chef concierge Jeff suggested we walk across the street to Whole Foods for a lunch buffet. Not quite what we had intended; a recommendation of The Capital Grille would have been more appropriate. Room service it would be. When we got back to the room there was no dining menu. A call to the ''butler'' yielded a 20 minute wait while she fidgeted with her computer so she could view the menu. She read one-word descriptions and asked what we'd like. I asked for a print out of the menu. That took 20 minutes to deliver. We walked to Brio, the highlight of our visit. I scheduled a 90 minute facial to help mys...
Guest room Lobby Hotel Exterior I had the pleasure of being one of the first guests who checked in to the new St. Regis Atlanta which opened on April 14th. I arrived to the hotel shortly after their ribbon cutting, and the hotel felt very alive. judging from the first moment I walked in to the hotel, I felt like they have been open for over 5 years, and that nothing seemed to be worng. I had the most warm and welcoming arrival - the doorman was very pleasent and asked for my name, he quickly assisted me with my bags and escorted me to the front desk. They knew my name as soon as I arrived, and checked me in (and gave me a nice upgrade as I am a Platinum member) to a nice suite. I was escorted by the front desk person to the floor, and met my butler (yes, I had a personal butler). She was very nice and escorted me to my room. she explained about all the services they provide and offered to unpack me and provided me with a great explanation about the room (they have a cool TV in ...

Clean room, comfy bed Noisy (street noise + doors in hallway). Restaurant is terrible, don't waste your money. Gym is small but acceptable if all you need is a treadmill or elliptical---bring your device because all tvs broken in some way.
Location: was accessible to the locations I was in Atlanta for. Staff were very inattentive. Door man just sat on a bench on his phone, never once opening a door, receptionists were unable to find packages I had had shipped there. Food was across the board poor: paper shreds in my granola, green eggs in my cob salad, incorrect sides came with my room service. Cleanliness: in the room walls were scuffed, their was just smutz on everything! Like the lamp, countertops, etc. I was expecting a 4 star experience like was advertised but I would have been better off staying at a cheaper chain.
Location was great. The decor was nice. The staff were helpful. The rooms are small for a family. Parking is tough and best to valet.
A comfortable but small room in the heart of Atlanta. Rooms are nicely appointed--fine for business travelers or couples needing to head into the city. Great location. It's an older property with smaller rooms--that being said, the rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Not a lot of frills, that I could see, but certainly a comfortable place to stay.
Easy to get to using MARTA. No need to rent a car or get a cab from airport. We were able to walk to Centennial park. Staff was friendly and helpful. They had dollar wine cocktail hour. The carpet in room needs changing. Fourth floor can be loud
Convenient. Staff was helpful and polite. Water pressure. No noise proofing. Uber could not find address. No hot water one morning.
Great friendly staff, nice restaurant and bar downstairs. Great location in downtown Atlanta. Nothing.
Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Did not have to wait for a room Excellent service Convenient to downtown and venue Extra clean room with all amenities Best place to say if in Downtown Atlanta
They have a nice happy hour. It's also clean, quiet, and friendly. Will definitely stay there again next time I'm on business in Atlanta.
I like the closeness to things downtown (highways, shopping/dining), the comfy atmosphere and the staff There isn't a refrigerator in the room
This was my third times staying here. It is always clean and the staff from the front desk to valet are all helpful and down to earth. It is close to everything I usually come to Atlanta for. It's within walking distance to the Georgia Dome for Falcons games, the aquarium, Coca Cola World and the Tabernacle that we see a lot of concerts at. My only compliant is it seems I can never get the room cool enough.
The staff was friendly and professional. $30 per night for parking
Great service and friendly efficient staff.
The employees No pool or jacuzzi. Or free breakfast
The Hotel while a Ritz Carlton also has a boutique feel, the rooms are exceptional in function and style. All of the staff that I interacted with were warm and friendly There was nothing I did not like
champagne at check in.
I mistakenly booked a reservation here and called 10 mins later to cancel. I was told on the phone that I would not be charged anything for the cancellation but was charged $224 for not staying there. I understand cancellation fees but don't make promises you won't keep.
The staff at the hotel was without question second to none. I travel over 200 nights per year so I have a bit of hotel experience. The traffic at the front was a bit much, but the Valets manage it extremely well. The Valets are the best I have ever seen.
Location Room was tight. The did not take the effort to find my marriott rewards number ( did not have with me). would not consider an upgrade evin if I paid because I booked with this site.
I had recently registered for the Hilton Loyalty scheme. Check in guy was efficient and very welcoming, I was upgraded to an Executive Suite, free brakfast and evening snack buffet, etc. Was allocated a great room with great views. Apart from the excellent check-in, my other experiences at the front desk were poor. Waited 15 minutes to check out,and staff and processes were slow.
The staff tried to be helpful in spite of giving incorrect info twice while I was there - which exit to get off the marta and where to stand for the Expo bus (which the concierge actually walked me to the area which was incorrect). The hotel was quite dated and the bedding was awful. My back hurt for two days after sleeping on the substandard beds. The pillows were too flat for just one and too high for two - feathers. In the bathroom there weren't any vents and you could hear everything from the room upstairs - yikes!
The hotel was very nice. The staff was awesome. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is a 21 dollar fee to park in the parking garage. We were not told this prior to making our reservations, so we were not prepared to have to pay $21 to park our car. Also, our room key did not work 2 times. I had to have it reactivated.
Very confortable rooms with nice view on the buildings.
location, friendliness of staff, good service
great area. rooms are very nice and the bed was sooo comfortable!!!
The staff, rooms & restaurant were very good. Inability to get a late checkout. Everyone referring to me as "oh, that's Booking.com". My travel was changed due to weather (flight). I was charged for nights I did not stay.
The rooms were immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. I loved the night lights that were motion activated. Great quality tv. Small bathroom. No late night food
poor service in restaurant $14.95 for internet no restaurant service after 10:00pm breakfast buffet very expensive
Everyone and everything at the Hilton was great. Really enjoyed your hotel, but not crazy about the garage parking.
Nice location specially the sky ridges connecting 3 hotels to Leachtree Center very helpful staff good security nice size rooms
Really nice hotel. Would visit a again. Parking is expensive but probably the norm for downtown.
The extra charges for internet and the mandatory valet parking was a bit much.
We liked the lounge & the room. It was a great atmosphere. There should be drinks in the rooms.
Staff was rude.
The staff were very kind. the room very clean.
Good staff, valet was very prompt, rooms were comfortable and very clean. Would probably stay again if I had some kind of coupon but coupled with the valet charge, it was too expensive for me. I can't stand places that charge $200/night and don't give you free wi-fi in the room. Also, the $32/day valet (while we knew about it in advance) still stung... there was pretty much no other option around though.
Great quality especially for price. Walls are super thin
Having to pay 32 dollars a night for parking.
Staff were very accommodating. Parking fees are greatly overpriced. Price of parking should have been included in price of room. A/C did not operate properly during visit. Staff offered room change or box fan. While this was a nice gesture, QC (Quality Control) was not performed to insure all functions and features of the room were properly operating prior to the arrival of guests. In the future, this function and quality check should be performed before the checkin of guests.
Nicely updated rooms and the excellent location! Noisy guests at all hours of the night
It was very clean and the staff was friendly. The bed sheets were clean, however smelled like industrial cleaner. Not a pleasent smell when you are trying to sleep. The bed sheets also did not fit the bed very well. All in all a good stay.
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
hotel didn't have espn, hotel located in middle of graveyard, non smoking rooms smell like cigarettes
The close proximity to Egleston hospital. No.
Walking distance to downtown Decatur The Breakfast was minimal. I forgot shampoo so had to use theirs but they had only left Conditioner in teh room. Minor little problem, but it would have been nice.
The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was in a good location for downtown Decatur and medical buildings. The bathroom had been remodeled. Very comfortable and quiet. no.
There were no sleazy characters hanging around, which I sort of expected, for the price! Parking was difficult at certain times -- they have way too many 'compact' spaces in a world of SUVs.

Beds and pillows were awesome.
It was really clean and the customer service was excellent. The room was very nice, especially for the price.
It was just ok. Nothing special. The bedding could have been cleaner. Top covers old. Up to date bedding would have made the room look much more inviting.
Very modern and clean! Really enjoyed my stay there! I did not like that the hotel charged me $126.00 to park my vehicle for a 2 night stay. I was not informed of this charge until check out.
Great staff, great location, great place
Great meeting hotel, with the best and friendliest staff anywhere. Really good lunch options are in the contacted food court.
I like the fact that is in the city ,and I didn't had to rent a car everything is just there great location. But the room that I got its wasn't clean everything just was dasty the sheet was very dirty I don't think that hotel with high quality like the say but honestly it's wasn't athe all I'll give it rate 5 star only because the location was great.
Location and the people are awesome. Small room. Didn't have a King that I requested. Got 2 doubles. Typical over - expensive food and beverage that you have to stand in massive lines for.
Computer downtime meant manual check-in system with pen and paper. They had all hands on deck and handed out vouchers to guests in long line, served drinks (alcoholic included) at no charge, and walked you to your room. Overnight parking was very pricey (I think $35/day).
Comfortable bed , I was upgraded to a king and also put up on a higher floor by request. The view from the tower is no view at all just down town traffic and noise. Also the walls are thin, I could here others toilet flush and door closings.
initially given poor room. charge for room from Hyatt showed up on my card
Loved the location? Could of been a little cleaner.
Excellent front desk and bell staff. Plenty of rooms for early check-in. Room balcony doors actually open so you can get a breeze and see the city. Excellent location for getting all around the city. The interactive TV menu is cumbersome, the mouse on the remote is crap and takes like a million spins to get anything done. Its just not very usable sometimes.
Great hotel with excellent service. - typical of a Westin! View of Centennial Park from the room was beautiful.
Incredible views. Within walking distance of almost everything Atlanta has to offer. Friendly staff, quick to respond to any requests at any time of the day/night. Our AC unit lost power at 11pm, they had it working by 11:30pm. ORDER A DRINK at the bar on the 73rd floor and then sit back and relax while the room rotates, giving you the best view of every part of the city. Worth the money. Only complaint - the beds in the double queen rooms are small, and do not comfortably sleep two adults.
Location,luxuries ,clean,staff,view Valet parking
The hotel is probably the best in Atlanta. Especially if this is your first visit. It's pretty cool because you can go on the 72nd floor and see the entire city. Well the parking was terrible. We were really disappointed. We decided to self park vs valet, grabbed a ticket.. This parking garage is so tiny. We drove around looking for parking, ended up on the top floor. No parking. So we had to leave the parking garage. Paid money to drive around looking for a spot. We ended up Valeting. The next day we checked out, and came to find a note on our truck that another car hit our truck and ran. Good thing a couple saw and left their car info. Basically the parking is the worst part.
The shower was nasty. Hairs in the shower and around drain. There wasn't enough towels.
I loved how accommodating and welcoming they are for pets. The cost of the room based on the size. Was expecting something much bigger for the cost of the room.
View from the room was lovely. Used to having breakfast and parking included in the price of the room.
Very nice room with amazing view of dowtown
TL,DR; List: - Clean and modern - Awesome view - Two blocks from Centennial Park and all the attractions there (Aquarium, Coke museum, etc) - The staff was pretty awesome and very friendly We were there for only two nights for a concert that was in the park, so the location was the entire reason I chose the hotel. The room was a tad small, but well maintained and modernly furnished. I wish they had glass doors in the shower instead of a tub and a curtain, as I have 3 kids that don't know how to keep the curtain in the tub and thus the water not all over the bathroom floor. There were a LOT of places to eat around the hotel, but most were either SUPER pricey or not opened on the weekend as the most likely catered to the business crowd. There is an underground mall that we found had a pizza joint and a chinese place opened. Waffle House is also a couple blocks away, and on your way to the park. We also walked over to The Varsity for lunch so the kids could experience it. It was about a 20min walk each way. Other immediate eateries I saw: Hooters (across the street, open till midnight), Hard Rock Cafe (also across the street), some brazillian steakhouse that looked AMAZING, a fish place named Ray's that looked pretty pricey, several bar-and-grill type places, and some cozy little place a block down that had a cute name that had southern food. Parking was crazy. My GPS took me to the smaller entrance, so I wasn't aware there was self-parking right at the hotel. It was $22 per day to self-park, but I ended up where the guard pointed me towards a block away for $20 a day. I would have rather paid the extra $2 a day and had the car in a more convenient location. Since we were just there a couple days, and had no intention of going anywhere in the car, the only benefit would have been packing our stuff into the car and taking off without having to walk through the city with all our luggage. The pool was a bit interesting. I loved the fact that it was inside, so even though it was raining all weekend, the kids and I were able to take a dip. It's a strange little pool, not concrete but rather some sort of plastic insert. The biggest let down was that we did not see a hot tub. Nothing better to relax after standing for a 4hr concert in the park than to relax in the hot tub. Also, to get to the pool (and the workout room), you have to go to the 9th floor, then over to another elevator off to the side, then up to the 11th floor. Seemed very strange, but I guess they may have added the pool later. Lastly, we found out the last day that you can go up to the tippy-top floor, where they have some observation decks setup. We got all excited, since the hotel is like 70+ floors, and we were told you can see several states away. However, we found out that it isn't opened until like 3pm, and being out last day and having a 8hr drive back home ahead of us, we were not able to actually go up there. Oh well, maybe next time. TL,DR; List: - No free wifi in the room - Parking is a mess, and valete is pricey - There are a few restaurants in the immediate couple of blocks, but most of the cheaper options were not open on Sat or Sun (not the hotel's fault, I know) - Most of the channels on the TV were not in HD or were VERY fuzzy - Pool is strange to get to, and no hot tub
The Westin Peachtree was a lovely hotel; we would definitely stay there again. My only complaint was that we went to the bar for some late night snacks/drinks and it took an incredibly long time for us to be served. The food took an hour and we only ordered a quesadilla! Granted they were busy, but I think they should've been able to handle the crowd since they are a well-established facility. There was no manager there to address the issue. That being said, we also ate breakfast there the next morning and the service was very prompt. Overall the hotel was really nice, clean and comfortable.
Location Poorly managed and staffed. Rooms need insulation from the hallway sounds. Charged for Internet when I was told it was free as a Starwood member.
Close to all I needed, amenities were complete Noise, heard next room talking till 3 am.
Super close to activities and lots of entertainment. Rooms were not clean. Everything very overpriced and hard to find. More of a business place in my opinion.
Tim at the front desk was exceptional, his customer service was the best.
The valet parking took to long to get your car
Location is great. Easy walk to Phillips Arena and other attractions in the area. Valet parking attendants were wonderful!! Booked online thru hotels.com. Reserved a deluxe double room, with 2 double beds. Got the two beds, in a tiny single room with moldy bathroom in which the tub barely drains while showering, for $358.00. Extra charge for internet!! Called front desk after arrival. Told me they could not do anything about it as I had booked through a third party. Lesson learned.....go direct!
Only thing I liked was convenient location and the service was very friendly. I can't believe this hotel has 4 stars. It barely feels like a hotel and its quite impersonal. The CNN aspect is interesting but the building feels like an office with the hotel as an after thought. The rooms are super out of date and there are no outlets that are easily accessible near the bed which is super annoying for plugging in devices. Also, you have to pay $15/day for internet. SERIOUSLY! Internet should be free and included in the price, PERIOD. The nickel and dimming is super annoying. It reflects how out of date the hotel is. I'm not sure how other ATL hotels are but I'd encourage you to find a better place to stay. I really hope ATL has better options than this place.
Close to Phillips Arena The hotel is outdated; tried to charge us $3.75 delivery service for silverware; water in shower didn't drain.
Balcony was a plus My husband and I stayed for (3) days. Our room only cleaned 1 time. On that serviced day, only (1) towel returned, and I had to request a towel the next day. My son had the identical room and his wife had gotten ill one night, they had to call house keeping at (1am) to ask for a clean-up. The hotel staff came in and used a wet vac... to pick up (bio-hazard) vomit that had hit the floor. I'm sure this happens from time to time and you'd think they'd use some kind of disinfectant and clean more thoroughly the next day or on the occasion.. No other cleaning application was applied. Gross
Hotel is conveniently located downtown Very noisy restaurant, disorganized valet
Staff, food, and location were all great. Our vehicle was damaged after paying a $70.00 fee for 2 nights of parking and the staff basically told me we were shit out of luck on them even attempting to offer to repair the damages even though they were the only ones that had access to the vehicle. This was a very huge disappointment. We may pursue the matter legally.
Lobby was nice & location was good The carpet was stained and worn, and so was the furniture. The tub was so clogged that the water backed up to your ankles even in a quick shower. Valet never answered the phone and was slow even when there were four or five guys standing around. Self park is not even an option. Check-in was slow. View was horrible- we had an inside facing room. I've had nicer stays at budget hotels. Don't expect much from this place. Every amenity is charged separately.
Close enough we were able to walk to the venue and several choices of restaurants nearby. $35 added for required valet parking with almost an hour wait for our car to be retrieved.
Desk manager mariadirty roo Dirty room. No wakeup call. poor valet service
The staff was exceptional. Room was worn. For $200 a night, I expect furniture that is unscratched and a bathroom free of rusty hinges and moldy silicone.
location across from the Fox our friends got super huge spacious rooms with suites and KITCHENS!!! We asked for an upgrade and had a small room way way down the hall and around the corner, what is up with that?? No one answers the phones - called room service, front desk, conceirge, and the operator---VERY ANNOYING THAT NO ONE WOULD ANSWER REPEATED PHONE CALLS will not stay here again..,.,
I was not there a lot but the shower was clean and spacious. I had a great view of midtown Atlanta. I felt secure because of the valet parking and floor accessed only with your room key. The beds were clean and fluffy but supportive. When it was time to get my car the valet did not provide clear communication. There was a crowd because the hotel was having an event and it was raining. He took my card and never said anything else or what to expect.
Clean Hotel. Frount desk staff very helpful.
nothing. it was terrible. staff were rude. tv in the room did not work. door did not lock. bathrooms old. they overcharged me by 50 dollars on my room rate. door didnt lock. room service food greasy and too heavy. film crew filming in hotel so guests could not use the main lobby or bar. awful experience for business related stay. business center not working
The staff and the front desk went out of their wayto make surely stay was perfect.
Staff were very helpful and concierge was extremely good at recommending services in hotel and local tours and as we were only staying one night we found this information very useful and time saving. hotel as a whole was beautiful especially foyer and balony outside was lovely for late night drinks rooms were huge but room we had could really do with a complete overhaul although it was clean it was very outdated towards rest of hotel.
The views Staff ans Services
The location to the Fox Theater I stayed in a suite and it had a kitchen but no wine glassed or any kithchen supplies. Was not very nicely decorated for a suite.
The doormen were excellent and so was the concierge, Brent. Very nice room and it was very comfy!! not a thing
Lication, comfy bed Noisey room attendants
close to theatre did not get room type requested. room poorly furnished, no refrigerator as promised, no king bed as promised. very disappointed
There were plenty of elevators to accommodate guests and the location was convenient. Loud, leaky pipe kept us awake. We contacted front desk because we saw carpet in hall was wet from it. They obviously ignored us because by morning the carpet in our room was soaked and the hallway carpet was a 15 foot puddle. God knows if was water or waste. Staff made zero effort to make up for negative experience. Valet pickup took 45 minutes because they "forgot" to call in our ticket number. Furniture was chipped, room smelled.
I loved every minute of it! We loved how it had liquor wine and snacks (saved us a trip to the store) . The staff was friendly the food was AMAZING will be back next weekend!!!
I love the interesting and inspiring designs. Beautiful interior and great location in midtown Atlanta. The wifi isn't free, The food is way overpriced with 22% service fee, an additional $4 charge for room service, 8% sales tax and 18% gratuity. i ordered a $10 entree which ended up being around $22. The staff isn't that friendly and just seems to be standing around chatting with each other, way too unprofessional. The room was a little dirty and it looks like it never really gets a good deep cleaning or even just a basic surface sanitizing would have been nice. There was food smudges on one of the lamps. Overall, I'm glad I got a discount of Kayak but that price still wasn't worth it.
the staff were polite The In Room wifi was pitiful. Insuficcient capacity when it was able to be connected to. The room lighting was very poor. Very dark in the room with all lights on.
The hotel location was great. The bed was comfortable. The valet was pretty good. The service was not very good. We requested a refrigerator and had two broken ones brought up. The food at the restaurant wasn't very good. The service overall was very subpar.
I was put in a handicap room and I'm not handicapped
Location Walls are so thin that you hear people talking in hall and rooms next to you. It was unbelievable how bad it was. By far my worst hotel experience in my life.
Staff was friendly and lobby was nice. They had coffee and complementary breakfast items in the morning. The room was pretty bad. Broken down furniture, chipped paint, and worn out leather were just a few things. Everything was very beat up and needed updated. For the price, I would definitely stay at another midtown hotel next time. This place feels like an upscale Motel 6.
The location is the best thing. It's within walking distance to almost everything. Seemed like there was a charge for everything..WiFi in room wasn't free..there was a mini fridge but it was packed with liquor so couldn't really put anything in it unless you tool all their stuff out. The upchages on roomservice was crazy. No exhaust vent in the bathroom..so whatever happens in the there ..you and whoever is staying in your room will get wind of it..no door to the bathroom except a sliding door that didn't really give privacy
I liked the TRACE restaurant the food was great!!! The location of the W was wonderful restaurants and entertainment was just a walk away. The rooms where outdated and dirty had to change rooms because the one I was in had dirty sheets the door panel was falling off and only half the shower spigots worked. The furniture was dingy. The new room was not much better.
Location was convenient. Noise - walls are paper thin. Loud guest noise in hallway and elevator area. Amenities. Had to ask for shampoo, etc. Coffee was not replenished.
I arrived only to be told that they had over-sold that evening and that they could not honor my reservation. They moved me to a lesser-quality hotel up the street for the same amount of money.
Great location. Perfect rooms.
Close to anything. Enjoyed my stay very much Some areas had strong smell of marijuana or weeds.
We were happy with the location and how quiet it was. We did not like the cost and we were disappointed in the cleanliness. The room was not filthy by any sense of the word, but when we arrived in the room there was an empty coke bottle sitting out and we were missing soap for the sink. We stayed several days and one day the room did not get cleaned. The carpet needed vacuumed and the furniture was dusty.
Hotel was modern and staff was incredibly friendly. I read previous reviews stating that the fire station was loud. I heard it once or twice, but I didn't find it to be a concern. The hotel provided ear plugs in the room for those that are light sleepers. We were attending a festival in Atlanta as we do every year. We haven't stayed that this location, but I definitely will again. For the money paid, the hotel stood up well against several other higher priced hotels we have stayed at in the area. It rained and they provided umbrellas for us to use during the festival as well. There wasn't clearly marked hotel parking... we used the valet, which turned out to be somewhat comparable in price. Valet staff was very friendly and fast.
The hotel's restaurant, Fork & Juniper, has great cocktails -- try one of their gin drinks.
Very friendly staff but there was dried blood on my sheets. Needless to say, I was unable to sleep comfortably after finding the dried blood in the sheets.
Great, friendly staff
Friendly Staff Good Location Room very comfortable It was after 3pm before I could check in and it would have been longer if I would have waited for the double room I requested when I made my reservations.
This is our second year booking a room at Hyatt Midtown for the Midtown Music Festival. It is a few blocks from MARTA Midtown Station. After checking in it is only a couple more blocks to Piedmont Park. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great location. No complaints. Our stay was perfect!
The staff is always friendly and the rooms are great - comfy bed, modern, quiet, and an outstanding shower!
My girlfriend and I spent a weekend in the city and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The room was perfect for our needs, it was clean and everything was as we expected. It was convenient to several restaurants and shopping. would definitely consider straying here again. Parking is probably my biggest issue, it's a little too expensive and wish it could be complimentary to guests.
This was the worse hotel experience of my life!!! They had overbooked the hotel by a large number of guest and had to make arrangments for us at another hotel. The hotel was not in the location we wanted and they did not call and let us know ahead of time of the change so that we could arrive earlier instead of having to go half way across town to stay. The ast. Manager on duty was not appologetic and did not seem to care. I took it as this was a normal occurance by the way they acted.
The bed and the pillows There is no electrical adapter
Almost everything was perfect except the size of the room for a family of 4. The food arrived to the room not hot but a little cold from room service. Room size was small for a family of four. Beware if your flight arrives early check-in time is at 3pm!!!
The Bed was so comfortable!!!
I had a very good experience staying at Georgia Tech Hotel. I will recommend it ot any colleagues traveling to Georgia.
We were very impressed with how wonderful the staff were -they were always polite and willing to help .
I was very satisfied with the customer service. I also appreciate the cleanest of the room as well as how decorative it was.
Clean and quiet hotel with nice and responsive staffs that made the stay quite comfortable. There was a problem with bathroom sink drain on the night of arrival, but the staffs fixed it while we were out on the following day. Room air was extremely dry, which must be fixed to the entire HVAC system in the building. While the room and all facilities are clean, some facilities are getting old and failing already - bath tub water control was loose, temperature control buttons weren't quite responsive, etc.
yes, I asked for a non-smoking room in which I received, but the room smelled and reaked of smoke. our clothes smelled like smoke the next day and our luggage smells like smoke too. This was very disappointing.
Great rate, nice location. Covered parking next to the hotel, only $15 night. Most hotels in the midtown/downtown area parking is $30 or more. Affordable restaurants and bars within walking distance. Starbucks and Barnes and Noble across the street. Atlanta's own Waffle House next door. Easy access to all ATL landmarks and tourist attractions. The room was clean and spacious enough for a couple. King bed was comfy, bathroom clean with nice soap. The hotel bar was not overpriced with a decent food and beverage selection. I am an ATL native and stayed one night to attend a party downtown, used Uber as transportation to the party. I absolutely recommend this hotel, especially at $126/ night including taxes. What a deal! No complaints
My daughter cried on the way out that she didn't want to go home - and she loved the hotel. Although a professional conference was going on, the staff were fantastic and really great with our kids.
The hotel is in a very good location. It's easily accessible by car and the MARTA (3 blocks).
Clean rooms A little warm
Wonderful location. Fantastic bed and linens. Extremely clean. No
It was a great hotel, big room, It was in the middle of everything.
The staff was great, the location is the best, very close to everything and within walking distance to great places such as bars and places to eat, and be social. Who wants to pay for parking when you attend a hotel, no one, so I really don't like that we had to pay $15 a night for parking, but I get it. Also, I hate when hotels put holds on your debit cards, then you have to wait for the crazy fee and amounts to be refunded, it's like hello, why are you locking up my funds to begin with.
This is a great boutique hotel - reminded me of traveling in Europe. Great courtyard area, live band at the bar, great room. I didn"'t expect the kitchen area and it would have been very useful for a longer stay. Perfect picture of Marilyn Monroe in the room and a great little alcove with an Wlvis print for a mystical moment. Incredible location in Midtown close to the High Museum and Peachtree Street/Piedmont The only thing that I didn't like was that I didn't stay longer.
Staff was helpful. Exterior is gorgeous. Nice to have the kitchen in the room--it was like an efficiency apartment. Tidy. A fine value and while it's mostly office buildings in the area, the location by the MARTA station was otherwise excellent. Wi-fi was very erratic, especially on my tablet. I met other guests who said the same. The key card lock on the door from the courtyard to my section of the hotel didn't work, which meant a longer walk around to my room.
Everyone at the hotel were all extremely helpful and nice. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and a great location. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Midtown.
Staff was great and the hotel was clean and hip. The facilities were a little dated as were the fixtures in the room (sink, shower, etc.). My sink would not drain. It was moderately annoying. I should have called to have it looked at, but didn't have time. My feeling is the cleaning staff should notice things like that and alert the maintenance crew. It should not be left to the guests.
good price, good location, our room was a bit noisy due to traffic outside our window
The bed was comfortable There was no amenities provided except for shampoo -- no moisturizer, no shave cream, no cotton balls, no Q-tips, etc. A gift receipt for Tiffany's was taken from my room
Very polite and very helpful with ideas of what to do in the city and with restaurant ideas.
I would not book this hotel again given the noise levels in this hotel (most rooms over look courtyard which blares music until 11 and room doors/walls are very thin so you hear lots of noise)
Perfect location and a great value. Our toilet leaked a little but other than that, a very satisfactory stay.
Nice ambiance, the courtyard is fun, but the staff made our stay extra special. Friendly and personable all around. Great value for midtown Atlanta.
The size of the room...it was very nice to have a separate sleeping area.
Warm, inviting, friendly hotel
The two room suite is great when traveling with children. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. There was a sign on the door to the pool stating the hot tub was not working. However, it was but it was full of children. It would be good to have stricter rules for the hot tub. The corners of the room (behind the lamp and furniture) were full of dust.
The convenience of the location.
The hotel was very pretty and clean and the complementary breakfast was really good. The parking rates are outraeous .....
I stayed here because of its close proximity to the Georgia dome.
The staff could not have been any more helpful. They were never too busy to stop and answer questions or help us with anything. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The location was wonderful as well - easy access to the aquarium, coke museum and centennial park.
Being close to all the sporting events arena's
The Location Nothing
It was near tourist attractions. And it had valet parking. The alarm went off twice in the middle of the night. After evacuating twice we did not get a good explaination as to what was going on and we should have gotten a discount or something for being woken up by an emergency alarm twice!
