Staff was friendly and responsive. Room seemed clean. Staff gave wrong information about the hotel's shuttle. After waiting for more than 45 min for a shuttle that I was told would be 15 min., I ended up having to waste time and $$ to pay for an Uber driver. No complimentary breakfast.
Everything was wonderful. Fresh fruit and cookies were much appreciated when we came into the lobby. Staff were so friendly and efficient, The room was very nice and quiet. Couldn't get a second nights stay.
Clean room and polite staff. No pool.
I thought they had a complimentary breakfast, they didn't I got charged 12.99, I wasn't happy about that !
Several pillow cases were scented with perfume. Pillow cases had not been changed? Bed sheets??
Convenient location from airport or to downtown San Francisco. Excellent conveniences such as a business center, workout room, laundry facilities, and accessible room availability. They had multiple areas for business travelers to sit and work. They have their own restaurant on site so dinner and a full breakfast was offered at a very reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed when I received an email to confirm our reservation and it offered me other things that I might need, for example extra towels, blankets and even a quiet room. The only reason I didn't 5 star the hotel was because the beds were definitely full size and not queen and they were very soft and a bit lumpy. Additionally, their pillows were also very mushy and not firm enough to support your neck. Other than that it is a very nice place to stay. Full size beds instead of queen, soft lumpy beds and mushy pillows that were not firm enough to support neck.
Close to airport with free shuttle every half hour Booked a king size bed with whirlpool. I didn't read the fine print that said if available which meant I didn't get the whirlpool.
I'm glad there was a restaurant available. But I'm used to having a free buffet offered. There wasn't a free buffet.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel was really convenient to downtown SF(18 minutes away), and with an amazing view! Hotel room was clean and comfy! It was definitely worth it for the price paid. There was no complimentary breakfast, had to pay for it. But otherwise everything was great!
A quiet place to stay almost too quiet. My room had a beautiful view of city and water. The transportation service is very poor. A guest without a car is doomed. There's nothing close by I almost felt like I was in a deserted island.
Only 15 min from at and t park AC loud. Kept me up all night
not a good service the front desk act like we own tham something plus coffee machin stinked like its never been cleaned or checked
Free parking, free wifi, free airport shuttle, comfortable beds and efficient staff were some of the highlights that we liked the most. But the hotel gives more of a business atmosphere than family although we did not have any problems with young kids. One needs to have a car to stay here as no shops in the vicinity. The GPS didn't show this hotel in the search and instead took us to the South hotel by the same name (more of a GPS problem I believe) but still a further clarity on their website would have been helpful.
The comfort of the bed and the view from the window were the best part. . The location is near nothing so it is better for a business person than a family. There was no fridge but a wine cooler in the room.
Great room and value. Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Hotel lobby was being renovated but it wasn't too noisy and the staff was extra accommodating. For being near the airport, you could not hear very many planes which was nice also. I would recommend it to anyone that is flying in and out of the airport, anyone in SF for business, or like us that was just in the city for the night (and doesn't want to pay over $200). There was nothing near the hotel, it is literally in a little business district which was a little inconvenient when it came to dinner with a toddler. The pool area was really messy.
We have been staying here for 15 years.it is home away from home.
Very nice room comfortable bed and very good value. The breakfast buffet at $18 was not a good value.
Staff was friendly, facilities were very nice and clean. They had a fitness and business center free to use for guests. Very close to the airport. I found a dead bug in the bathtub so I didn't give a 5 star rating.
All features of a high end motel
Close to see my daughter at SFO state university
It was great staying at Hampton Inn. The staffs were really friendly and nice.
It was a very nice room, comfortable, clean, and plenty of room. The shower/toilet area was also separated from the sink, which allowed each of us to get ready without over crowding the bathroom It was a touch on the expensive side for a 3-star hotel, but it was also World Series weekend so all prices were elevated
in house breakfast poor standard of first room offerrefd
Everything was OK except for 2 things (see below). 1) The wired Internet connection didn't work. The wireless connection didn't work either. The customer service (responsible for the connection) could not help and offered to fix it later but I didn't have time for that. 2) The toilet got jammed easily.
Close to all such as shopping stores, dining , close to downtown, close to other city very convenient location service are good , staff are nice esp the front desk nice to have ref, microwave even didn't use it decent size room People comes & go, hears foot step even so early in the morning between 12 am-4am
Access to the airport and the BARTS system was spot on. Our room was facing the nearby train tracks and that wasn't helpful during nighttime
The room was a nice size The hotel is in a sketchy area directly under the freeway and right next to train tracks with a train that runs literally every 15 minutes. With a newborn baby, the train kept her and us up all night each night. Had we of known that, we would've stayed elsewhere.
Parking lot was flooded, so disabled parking spaces were not available. Instructions for the shower in the accessible bathroom were printed on the building/room map which I left in the car once I found the right building. Instructions should be in each room.
rooms are very clean and comfortable. very good for the price you pay close to railroad, train will wake you up by 6:00
It had all the facilities and good enough for a nice stay near the Airport. The breakfast was nice too. Cant think of much
Price and room space. Old dark looking carpet.
very clean large room couch fridge and microwave large bathroom very comfy bed and pillows Great breakfast! Hotel is next to a train station, amtrak screeches to a halt every half hour, throughout the night. I didn't mind, I'm a very heavy sleeper but beware depending on where you get roomed. Parking at the hotel cost $6! That seems odd to me Hotel staff was mediocre at best
Rooms were very clean a d staff was excellent Internet wouldn't work in my room. Shuttle to and from airport was horrible waited over an hour at airport, called desk three times and got the same reply, traffic was heavy. Every other hotel shuttle came by three times while we waited.
The train is right across from the hotel making it easy to go to and from the city. We couldn't afford a hotel right in the city so this was the perfect compromise. The room and bathroom were all clean. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker right in the room. Both gentlemen I met at the front desk were polite and accommodating. The breakfast was good - waffle maker, pastries, yogurts, cereal, etc. Our room was a little tricky to find as we were all the way in the back and the signs weren't showing where our room was.
Employer paid for. Easy to interact with staff. Bed sheets seemed fresh. Room service did not start slamming doors at the crack of dawn. No surfaces in bath room to set even a pair of glasses down to wash my face. Immediately adjacent to busy rail road lines. Bedding was fresh, carpet and tile grout not so much. Noisy outside, noisy little refrigerator inside.
Very clean room and very confirtable matress and pillows. Not a good atmosphere.
It was nice to have breakfast and dinner offered for all guests and included in the cost. Having a full refrigerator, dishwasher, and small kitchen allowed us to prepare small meals for our child with allergies, and reheat leftovers with ease. The room was extremely small. The dishwasher couldn't even open all the way due to the refrigerator being in its way. The indoor pool area was not maintained and smelled of must and mold. There was no "hot" breakfast our first morning, and dinner was "out" by 5;30 the same night. The following morning they ran out of ketchup and coffee by 8am when serving hashbrowns. Disappointing to say the least.
The hotel was very clean, staff was great, all was well, except the beds were not the normal queen size The "queen" bed was a full sized mattress. I have stayed in Hilton property hotels several hundred nights - often in queen beds. The queen suite did not have a queen bed.
The hotel staffs are very friendly and hospitable. The hotel offers complimentary dinner including beer and wine which was pretty good and tasty.
We love having the full kitchen when traveling with our young children. Staff went into our room and took my prescription pain meds. Also stole a pair of my shoes. Shoes were found in a staff's vehicle, but the manager is wanting to charge us to ship them back. Very disappointed. Our reservation was messed all up. We arrived late, after 6, we had checked in online. We changed and left, got back at midnight. We were told there was a crib in our room, there was not. We ended up trying to find a crib after midnight. Just overall a bad stay. I'll add that in the last 5 years, we have only stayed at Homewood. We have stayed at this one 4 previous times. Maybe never again!
Daily breakfast, Social Hour, Staff was helpful, free parking ( which we heard would be going away soon!) KIds channels were unavailable (mentioned this to frontdesk staff; no resolution attempted during our stay). No where about the significant remodeling mentioned - lobby, elevators were affected areas of the remodel. (having 1 working elevator was a huge inconvenience at this hotel) Mini mart was advertised, but not available due to remodeling No vending machines at this hotel
Breakfast was better than most others, selection of food was not just your basic cereal, bagel and coffee.
+ Room was clean & bed was comfortable. + Room appeared to have undergone recent remodeling / improvements, slightly upgraded fixtures - Inadequate parking! Not enough stalls for # of rooms. Pkg lot was full to overflowing when we arrived @ 11:00pm (even with prearranged late check-in). Industrial area, no other street parking nearby. - Hotel is a 2-story walkup, NO elevator. Be prepared to carry your own bags upstairs if you have a 2nd floor room. - Bathroom lighting is VERY dim, even w/ upgraded fixtures. - Note: As of 7/12/15, this hotel changed its name to "Hotel V" & now markets itself as a "boutique" hotel. A more accurate description would be "industrial area MOTEL."
Nice room, bed, bathroom. Large tv with no HD, bad quality. Noisy staff in morning. Noisy A/C next door. Very flaky Wi-Fi
Clean, newly remodeled rooms. Nice beds. Pricey, but this is what you get for San Francisco. I think the older reviews were posted before the hotel was remodeled from Howard Johnson's to Hotel V. Little loud due to free way and other guests, but not too bad. This is why give it 4 stars rather than 5.
Staff Fixtures Tv Shower Smell Surprise charge at check-in $10 Bed could have been a bit more comfortable
Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were updated and very clean. Rooms were comfortable, and pretty quiet. The other guests appeared to be tourists or business travelers. Good rate, in an expensive area. Will stay there again
Location, airport shutel The bloody hand print in the shower, moldy bathroom ceiling, and some ants in the shower.
Staff was friendly, room was clean. I was next to the custodian room so I was awaken by all the noise.
Price was OK, not bad if you're just looking for a bed for a few hours before flying in the morning Not the cleanest place in the world, but thwn again, you get what you pay for.
The room was nice. Big TV and an updated bathroom. Front desk was friendly. It's a bit of a drive from other places, but it wasn't that bad where it isn't manageable. Free parking, never had troubles finding spaces but you might if you come back to the motel later. The beds were comfy but a bit squeaky. Not for those with family. Sketchy neighborhood. Saw a drug deal go on right below me (I was on the 2nd floor). There's a lot of young people there who seem sketchy. Parking lot was too active for 1AM. Drunk guys try to cat call. Seems like people who use drugs stay there. Wifi sucks. One of the beds had stained sheets when we first got there. Curtains were stained too?? Don't know how, but they were.
Bathroom was nice The place looked run down , noisy could hear others opening there doors (sound like someone was trying to open ours )
I have stayed in this Hotel on 3 separate occasions and they have all been quite pleasant. Its a convenient place close enough to San Francisco, the view is awesome both at the hotel and driving (unless your room faces the freeway). Facilities are upkept and the staff is friendly. Walls are a little too thin, I can hear everything next door, including the crying kid which was a bit annoying. Also, we found an earring behind the bed.
We arrived a day early. We were able to get a room, but the next day we were told we had to leave the room and couldn't check in until later in the day into a different room because our reservation was not for a "premium " room. Sheet checking in the standards room, the only difference was that our refrigerator did not have a freezer, night light did not phone chargers attached, and the tv was smaller. This was a huge inconvenience which could have ben prevented. Also on firts night if our stay, we did not receive a parking pass and were not asked for any mind of id when paying. There was hair in the shower of the "premium " room.
Room was clean. Check-in/Check-Out was efficient. Comp Breakfast was sufficient. Good option for an inexpensive airport layover or an inexpensive edge-of-town-hotel with a convenient shuttle to the sfo Airport bart. Contract Hotel/Airport shuttle bus is supposed to run every 20-minutes, but missed an evening run (Sat night) around 9:40.
Good to stay for one/two nights. Food places far away from hotel but Beijing Buffet near to the hotel is great. Bart access require taxi but less than $15. Nice place.
None; for overnight stay only. They did not have 2 double beds that I had booked previously; and the bed was too soft! The front desk person was not too polite
I liked the convenience of the location. Breakfast ok. Wifi didn't work. Choppy, sporadic, poor. Condition of overall hotel very poor. Old and very worn. TV didn't work properly. Picture choppy and wavy. Color quality bad. Desk staff rude and impersonal. Felt like I was imposing on them when asking for clarification. Made for a distasteful experience.
Close to airport with shuttle service. The room was far from adequate,(did not have a bedside table nor lamp for reading, sheets had burn holes in them) carpet, no phone, people hanging around the outside doors. I did not feel comfortable in this hotel.
It looked clean and as if they were renovating many things. A good majority of the rooms were updated with new furniture and beds. We got stuck in one of the old style rooms.
Parking Pillows flat tv remote did not work
Didn't state on the website that they don't take under 21. I had to look for another hotel and front desk was shitty
It was really close to the convention center The woman at the front desk was rude and not helpful as to where my room was. There was mold on the windows and drapes; The sheets did not look as clean as they should be.
The front desk and Continental breakfast staff was very friendly and accommodating. Wish there was a fridge and/or microwave. I also asked the cleaning lady for extra towels for the pool and didn't get any. My room was close to the pool near the back where the smell was awful. I'm assuming that smell was from the restaurant on the hotel grounds. Luckily the odor did not seep into the room but going out to the car was not pleasant.
Close to the airport with convenient shuttle service. Good price. Breakfast was minimal.
During our visit, it was very crowded and understaffed. but the staff was doing the best that they could under the circumstances. Location to the airport
Advertised as non-smoking -- I've smelled better ashtrays! Cigarette burns in everything. Very intrusive road noise. No electrical outlets, except one illegal extension cord behind the bed. Non-functional fridge. Booked the place out of desperation - never again. Worst Travelodge ever.
Near the airport Old dirty furniture and floor and looks like it had never been updated since the 60's
IHOP on premise was very convenient and gas station across street also ver convenient. Extremely run down and dirty..... Bedbugs devoured my neck and body. Carpet filthy, bathroom filthy,
There was nothing redeeming about this place Very outdated, feet stuck to bathroom floor. Felt unclean. No sound insulation. Right on 4 lane highway. Incredibly loud. Stay somewhere else!
Right next to the highway and airport. The first Night i stayed i was charged a $100 security deposit after already paying in full for two nights. I was told it will be refunded in 5-7 business days. I was there in July on the 14th......It's now September and multiple calls in and still haven't been payed back. it's a very convenient hotel for travel but watch what your charged if you've already made reservations.
Carpet wet, room smelled bad, wifi didn't work hidden fees they charge upfront a deposit staff not nice
The staff was very nice and patient. I saw roaches in my room after I checked in along with stains on floor and sheets. After discovering this I immediately checked out. I was told they sent maintenance to the room after and was also giving the opportunity to change rooms but I opted out and asked for my money back.
The front staff went into back room, opened my luggage, and stole an expensive pair of eye glasses: I trusted them with my luggage after check out before flying out at night. The pair of eye glasses cost four times my stay, so it definitely wasn't worth it! I would never stay at this location again, and after OMRAN never returned my calls, I'm reporting them to Travelodge franchising and demanding explanation about why my calls were never returned and staff were allowed to steal my property without a manager getting involved. OMRAN, the manager, is inexistent! I called and left him a number of messages, but he never returned them. They told me first day after stolen gasses that he was sick, and a week later, he was still sick. All he needed to do is return my messages, and promptly, but never did, not even three weeks later. Everytime I call this Travelodge location, the phone has to ring for 5-10 minutes before placed on hold, then disconnected, then call again, and repeat, until an hour later, yes an hour, before front staff talk to me. They really need an extra front staff or manager on mobile to answer phone: so unprofessional! For the price you're paying at a location so isolated from anything San Francisco, it is not worth it even if I wasn't robbed: go somewhere they answer the phone from first three rings. If you have a problem here, you're on your own! Beware! There really are better options downtown and with BART, you get to airport much faster than waiting half hour for their shuttle, which doesn't run late night (if you're downtown on Fri or Sat night, plan to leave downtown by 10 PM or you'll miss the shuttle to this location). I would not recommend this location even if you're waiting for a flight: it's faster taking BART to airport, which takes half time less than the 45-minute shuttle (with drop off), about 20 minutes from downtown San Francisco. Again, there are better options downtown. Don't stay here: if the front staff robbed me, what did they leave for housekeeping? Not worth it.
Nothing about this place is ok. They are very rude employees The employees of the hotel. Extremely rude
There was no mini fridge for our food, the staff allowed people to have a ton of guests in their room and parties all night.
Filthy chair in room. Looked like there was blood on it. Lights did not work, nor did the alarm clock. And that's because of the broken wall sockets hanging out of the walls. The top sheet on the bed had stains on it. I did not look at the bottom one just tried to call the front desk for some clean ones but no answer. So I walked up to the front desk and requested clean sheets. They brought me some and I changed them myself. Not a great experience. Please see above
No one mentioned a hundred dollar deposit, didn't require last time. Count on waiting ten days for it to be returned.
Hotel has old fashioned railings everywhere that a small child could fall through. The hotels breakfast makes you feel like you are in some kind of prison cafeteria. They need to redesign it completely to handle the flow of people. Ridiculous to wait 1/2 hour, no ice ever with soda machine - pool was col all day Hotel has old fashioned railings everywhere that a small child could fall through. Room was clean and staff was friendly at front desk. Price too high for a Monday and Tuesday night.
Parking was plentiful but they gave codes and noted rules even though there no barricade. A bit confusing but it worked...
I liked the energy overall of the staff as 90% of them gave good eye contact and welcoming smiles during my 3 days there. I enjoyed the daily breakfast. I wish there were non dairy, non sweet options for my coffee such as soy milk or rice milk.
Was a really short stay between two airplane flies. A 12 and 2 hours fly. Beside this everything was in the range of fair to good. Maybe the 7 AM breakfast, on a weekend day was not early enough for us.
I just hoped it would look more new and not so worn down.
spacious and pleasant room together with friendly and professional staff.
The refrigerator in our room leaked and they said they would have it looked at but still leaked - carpet was wet. I was told they couldn't compensate price for room due to it being purchased through a third party. We were there because of a death in our family. Very disappointing.
Loved your pillows and mattress You need more seats/tablesl for breakfast
Very welcoming, great employees. Free laundromat, reasonable free continental breakfast. Beds were not that comfortable...and no small frying/egg skillet to mske the kitchenette functional.
The hotel location was just far enough from the heart of San Francisco to get a good price, but close enough that driving wasn't an issue. There was mold in the showers that my boyfriend had a pretty strong allergic reaction to, but overall the room was quaint and clean.
Noise from next door after midnight for over one hour not from human noise but like I was next door to an workshop with moving equipment s and trolley, door open and closed noise.
If you're only looking for a place to leave your stuff, sleep and shower then this is the place. I really wouldn't consider what they offer a breakfast. Their "breakfast" consists only of Fruit/Granola Bars and packaged Danishes...all which were just sitting on a counter in the tiny office/check-in area.
We were flying out early the next morning so it did the trick Thin walls- there was an argument outside in the middle of the night that woke us up
One block from freeway. One block from freeway so could hear noise.
Fine compare to what you pay
Location was good for getting to the airport and for a quick trip into the city as well. Staff was helpful and room was clean. Freeway noise. If I were to stay again, I'd ask for a room on the back side.
Traveled from Fresno area to Uber drive for thanksgiving week and the location is perfect! Close to airport and close to city. Room was huge for the price and clean and comfortable. Staff was cool and friendly even asking if I was hungry and suggesting places to eat. Freeway access is a breeze and gas stations nearby even a Costco gas station! Next time I drive in Bay Area this is the place I hang my keys for the night!
Close to the freeway. The beds were surprisingly comfy. Very dated. Carpets were dirty, towels had seen better day in 1980. When asked for cleaner towels, we were given an assortment of bath mats.
The room was nice and the ladies that clean the room were wonderful We had a first level room and the person upstairs seemed to have very HEAVY feet. When we asked for another room upstairs, the front desk lied to us and told us that this person was gone. We went through 2 extra days of noise before Godzilla finally moved out. Another thing was the limited parking space as it seemed that there was not enough space for the hotel guests. If you came to park later than 8 p.m. you incurred the risk of not having a parking space and parking on the street where a sign specifically states no parking allowed between 2 AM and 5 AM. So We had to come back early enough to the seemingly omnipresent Godzilla...
Late afternoon man at reception desk best ever. I have traveled a lot and he would take the #1 award for his excellence. Good shuttle service, BIG room. Shower curtain on tub side had mold at bottom and blood stains.
staff was kind..concerned..friendly..helpful and knowledgeable ...the location was great, very quite an the price was awesome ...we will be returning soon my room was to cold...no fitted sheet on my bed...a flat sheet was used for both top and bottom
The lounging chair. The hallway wreaked of Marijauna.
Clean and quiet Lift not operated till the parking
Great staff, great prices even during Oracle World.
Good sized clean & comfortable room. Staff were very helpful answering questions about things to do and places to go. Great value for close proximity to Airport
Very nice clean modern rooms. Staff was very nice. Pleasantly surprised for the price. Pretty close to the airport.
The rooms were a nice surprise. We were expecting a lot worse because of the cheapness of the room.
Close to the airport
The general manager and the rest of the staff were accommodating and very helpful of our needs.
I found this establishment extremely convienent and friendly
clean, quiet and convenient. What else is there?
Close to the Downtown district. Nice selection on restaurants. Motel needs needs a major overhaul (upgrading furniture and renovate bathroom). Breakfast location and selection could be improved.
kindness of the staff it was difficult to understand the staff because their anglish was very bad. We are from the netherlands and it was very difficult yo understand their explination
Friendly staff, Clean room. Good price.
Friendly staff, very clean, good restaurant, perfect customer service no
This is a wonderful little hotel right off Oyster Point. The staff was friendly, the room comfortable and the location was perfect for seeing the city during the day and relaxing at night. The free parking and breakfast were added bonuses. This is now going to be our "go-to" hotel when visiting the bay area.
The view was lovely, and the fireplace in the room was great. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast delivered to the room. All very nice. I feel strongly that the Inn at Oyster Point is overpriced for the quality that was presented. The bed was lumpy, the pillows were flat, cheap covers on the bed, and threadbare carpet. We were also told we would have free transport to the airport, but because we left early -- we paid an additional $30 for a cab ride. For $175 a night in San Fran, I can do much, much better. I could have just as easily stayed at one of the corporate hotels down the road -- and will likely do so next time.
The view from the room was spectacular. The staff was very accommodating, genuinely friendly. Hidden Gem. The carpet didn't match anything.
The room There was a small parking lot not enough for all customers. I arrived at 1am on October 25th, 2014. Internet was not working well, they need to improve it, at front desk it works great.
Breakfast was decent Airport Shuttle was slow and late Wait times to check in too long Urine soaked in bed
nice waffle set up, easy shuttle to airport have to walk across train tracks/through a recycling center warehouse parking lot to a separate building for my room, not particularly accessible.
The breakfast was great although it could use some donuts. The hot tub and pool were also very nice.
Rooms were simple but clean. Spacious enough for a family of 4 with 2 small children. Rooms were very quiet even though it seemed full. Fast and easy access to hwy 101. You'll be in downtown SF in 15 minutes. Wifi worked great. Would definitely stay here again if I just need a place to stay that's clean and close to downtown to enjoy the city. Not enough parking for everyone. You can park in Denny's parking lot shared with the hotels parking but they have signs for towing which was worrisome. Clerk said it would be fine and my car was still there in the morning. Warehouse business right next door which didn't look so attractive.
It was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle. For the price and it being in SF, it's a deal though. We just needed a place to stay before catching an early flight and this did the job. The shuttle makes additional stops along the way to get more people, so it takes longer than it should being that the hotel is only 3 minutes away from the airport. Also, our room smelt disgusting. Sort of like wallpaper glue, except their was no wallpaper. The smell was so strong it woke me up continuously throughout the night. I've stayed at La Quintas before and this was definitely not up to the standards of the others.
I liked the price and location. The staff were friendly too. N/a
friendly staff free parking room well lit clean paper thin walls
The housekeeping staff provided a clean room and nice sheets. I had a room on the top floor, overlooking the nearby 101 freeway. The noise from the freeway was unbelievable and I barely slept the entire night. My room was equipped with a large unlocked sliding window with no balcony or railing (Seriously? On the ninth floor?), and I thought maybe it wasn't closed all the way, but it was, it just let a lot of noise through. In addition, there was a door right next to the bed that connected my room to that next to it. This door also lacked proper soundproofing, as I could hear the TV playing over the freeway noise until after 2AM.
From the first contact by phone, to checking out on my day of departure, my stay was great. I came to visit my daughter and two grandsons, ages 3 and 5. We all stayed in the hotel. I had chosen a room with a single king bed as the boys are used to co-sleeping with their parents. The hotel staff upgraded me to a disabled accessible room with two queen beds when they discovered I had disabilities. There was no extra charge for this. The boys were rambunctious and noisy but the rooms were insulated enough that the noise does not appear to have bothered any of the other guests. Once day the maid vacuumed our room twice as the boys had made a mess on the floor. They brought us extra towels within minutes of my call to the front desk and when I discovered the hair dryer was damaged, they replaced it while we were having breakfast. And speaking of breakfast, it was tasty, varied and nicely presented. Plenty of options, including a large rice cooker filled with rice for the many Asian students who were in the hotel. Nice touch. Once the wait staff saw that there were children in our party they had a high chair at our table before we got back from the buffet. When I was checking in for my flight home, on the computer provided by the hotel, I got a little confused and staff graciously and quickly helped me. I was impressed with the value of the hotel as well. Using Booking.com I found a rate of $120 per night. This fit nicely into my budget. One other thing I want to note is that my brother has traveled all over the world for his work but when he is on personal trips he says he books Best Western as he feels the hotels provide a high level of service, nice accommodations and value for dollar. Very pleased I followed his recommendation. The shower in the disabled accessible room has a low tile rim around the shower pan to allow for wheelchair access if necessary. It is probably not something that can be solved, but the rim allows too much water to splash over onto the regular floor and requires a lot of towels to soak up the water. Otherwise everything else was good
The staff was very accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable.
The room was clean and they had a great breakfast. The staff was un friendly and unwilling to help when I asked to switch rooms due to our room being located on the 8th floor next to the roof access. Apparently we only booked a queen bed that's why we were in that room. When I asked what could be done about it he told me I would have to pay extra to move my room IF they even have any available. Also, we had to pay for parking $7 a night which I was not aware of or else I would've stayed else where. We had to put a parking permit in front of the drivers seat window so our car wouldn't get towed. A hotel like this is taking all your money and yet they aren't willing to make your experience nice enough to get you a better room.
One of the best dinners I've had at an airport hotel. Friendly staff. Good shuttle service. There was nothing to dislike. I asked for a special room and they gladly moved people around so long could have my choice.
Good location. Close to the airport. Complimentary shuttle service to/from airport. Booked a room with 1 King bed. When I arrived, I was told they any had rooms with 2 Queen beds available. They seemed more like twin beds.
