The suite aspect. Separate living room/bedroom. Great staff! Would recommend adding a jacuzzi in the outdoor pool area. There is a fountain; instead....have a jacuzzi for the bone weary, muscle sore business or vacation traveler. Children off limits in the jacuzzi but they are welcome in the pool. Then, you could charge a more "pricey" rate. $209 plus was high...but....it was also spring break. Yippeeee.
Even nonsmoking rooms reeked of tobacco Thin walls and nightclub blasting music through all hour of the night next door Most uncomfortable bed I've ever experienced in a hotel Dirty sheets
I had to get a last minute room while travelling because someone from the office booked me into a crack den. I was quite pleased with the simplicity of booking the room with my Smart Phone. Everything felt smooth and right wjhen I entered the hotel and got to the room. Thank You for maintaining your standards. I will be back.
My colleague and I stayed at the Boynton Inn for a week June 2nd - 8th. We shared a double room. Clean hotel, nice staff, great pool, decent room. For the price? Great! Paid for breakfast; breakfast was terrible.
It was convenient. I could get breakfast before i started my day. I was out for 3-4-5 hours each day and when i got back in my room was NOT made up. Had to call and ask and then watch them clean in 10-mins. Coffee spill in elevator. Dead water bug by the elevator. Dirty. Room always smelled of smoke...and hallway.
Well I cant say it anything i like . The breakfast food was cold.My room smelled like mildew n it was mildew on the walls ,tv could only get a little channels it was static ,the bed skirt was filthy ,i went to buy my own cleaning supplies ,i wanted to stay for a week but one night was enough,Ive never stayed in a hotel with such a bad order in it. THE HAILWAY WAS LEAKING WATER ,IN THE HALLS ,THEY SHOULD JUST REFUND MY MONEY.
Comfortable, affordable and convenient No Restaurant, shopping area close to facility
convenient to I-95. large rooms. cordial staff. under renovation. could not tell if our room had been renovated or not?! low budget hotel that used to be more upscale.
From the carpets to the bathroom. Everything about this hotel was dirty. They need to gut it and start over. I am a seasoned traveler and travel agent. I have stayed in hostels and top notch hotels and this was among the worst experiences ever. It was all that was available and the price was low but you get what you paid for. It you want clean pay the extra $50 and stay at the courtyard Marriott
Staff friendly and accommodating Access for smokers
Friendly staff, fast efficient check in and out. Parking was great. Over all nice hotel Breakfast ends too early. The Cable was out in the morning and it didn't have all the channels listed on the guide
Staff were friendly Very dirty/smoke smell everywhere. Mattress was very old and sketchy. Sheets were gross. I slept in my clothes
The beds were very comfortable, and housekeeping staff was very nice. Housekeeping went out of their way. The website advertises a business center, and large work areas in the rooms with ergonomic chairs. I was placed in a room with a small round table and two wooden chairs that were basically on their last legs. When I inquired about the business center, the staff had no idea what I was talking about. When I asked to speak to a manager, she was not going to be there until Monday and this was Friday. I had the room until Monday morning. I asked on Saturday if someone could bring me clean sheets and towels, this was around 3pm. I was hung up on by staff at the front desk after they told me that housekeeping had finished for the day. I had to personally go down to housekeeping and ask the wonderful ladies there to please give me clean sheets and towels. When I returned to my room, I called front desk again for a different reason, the call was picked up and hung up immediately. So I had to personally walk down to front desk to see about my room card that wasn't working. Lucky for me, my husband was in the room so I was able to get back earlier. There were no issues when I was face to face with the person who had hung up on me on the phone. That didn't make it any better. On Monday I chose to leave rather than waste my time speaking to a manager. This hotel is privately managed, I was told by front desk. This was what excuse I was given when I mentioned false advertisement on their website... I didn't have my kids with me because I was working on a project and needed the place to work for the weekend. It was perfect because my husband works at besthesda hospital just minutes away, however I would never bring my kids here. This is not a family hotel either. The people I saw hanging around were a bit shady.
Rate from bookings.com was great. Room was large and clean. Bed was fine. The included breakfast was weak and the space its in is terribly small.
I was unable to get Internet in the room
Very quite and relaxing place. Great ocean frond location with residential area(mid rise) residential surroundings. Attentive service in understated aesthetically pleasing surroundings. Beachfront bar/coffee shop a great place for lunch but very limited menu. Restaurant more than adequate but not outstanding. Hardly anything. You need a car to get around but you must use valet parking,at inflated rates, though the parking is on the sides of the hotel close and easily accessible.
Oceanfront property, very nice spa that allows all guests to use its facilities regardless of whether not you book their services the restaurant quality and choices are very limited
Food options were too limited for children.
The hotel was great. We booked it through KAYAK at a great rate for a room with a limited ocean view. When we arrived we were upgraded to a larger room with full oceanfront views at the same rate. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were friendly and attentive.
From the moment you arrive till the moment you leave they make you feel like royalty without any stuffiness. They go above and beyond even bringing our dog treats and realizing that my wife was pregnant brought us a cupcake with blue and pink frosting along with a bottle of non-alcoholic cider to our room. Herna at the front desk was a delight. Nothing
The staff is awesome , very friendly and professional.
The hotel property is right on the beach, and the beach staff is friendly and accommodating, periodically bringing guests complimentary smoothies and frozen grapes and oranges. The pool area is lovely and well-kept, as are the dining rooms. The rooms are comfortable and luxurious. The breakfast buffet, though expensive, is delicious, ample and very fresh. For a hotel of this caliber there was some unevenness in the staff. On certain days at the beach, the staff was available and responsive; on others they were entirely absent, and it was difficult to get anyone's attention. The outside dining areas, though lovely, were crowded, and every morning we had to wait 10-15 mins to be seated outdoors. When we first arrived, no doubt because we booked a "bargain" room through Kayak ($500/night as opposed to the $1,000 rack rate on the Four Seasons website), we were given a room with a direct view of the beach bar kitchen, together with smells and noises from the vent. We asked that the room be changed, and it was, though again we were given one of their less desirable rooms. I suppose most unfortunate was that when we asked, on our last day, for a late checkout - even offering to pay something for the privilege - we were told, icily, that the hotel could not accommodate us - not even for an hour - because of our "room category" (meaning, no doubt, the "cheapie" Kayak rate). The hotel was quite clearly not full, and as an experienced traveler, I know this would have been an easy accommodation for the hotel to make. Instead I left with a bit of a bad taste in my mouth.
staff was great, food was superb, place is really nice cost
Standard high quality four seasons service. nearly every employee asks how you are doing, is everything meeting your expectations, is there anything they can do to improve your stay, etc etc. One small mistake was made by a wait staff person (they forgot chicken on a salad) - it wasn't a big deal to us, but he acknowledged it, apologized profusely, had his manager come apologize, and they comped our meal which was very nice. very comfortable bed. - shower leaked onto the floor, sink faucet handle leaked water - aesthetic was rather drab at the hotel - didn't feel like 'palm beach' - no color, no pattern, no quirkiness or preppy style...faded olive umbrellas, exterior of building facing the beach looked run-down, pool was function-only (not much to look at) - location is good if you want beach-access but pretty far from the hedges and billionaires row that is quintessential PB - lots of kids in the pool. We were there in early January when school is out so this probably skewed the ratio but the first day we walked out to the pool it had lots of kids in it. We were hoping for something a bit more relaxing/serene as we were taking a vacation away from our own kids for a few days of R&R. - gym was in the basement...wish it had been with a nice view overall it could be great, but just needs a facelift in terms of design
Extremely friendly and helpful Feel u could offer breakfast for free
We really liked the staff We liked the room The towels were not the greatest
added touches such as home baked cookies each night was a nice treat. Front desk staff was not very informed .Couldn't answer questions regarding a future long term stay.
EVERYTHING NOTHING TO DISLIKE
The varity of entertainment options and general comfort was excellant
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The resturant food was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.
I have a good stay there perhaps, we not having enough time to enjoy the amenities of the hotel. No complaints
The location and continental breakfast air conditioner is next to bed and only windows were terrace door.
Good, clean hotel, fair price no fridge
The rooms were comfortable, pillows were puffy, and the breakfast was varied and yummy. no
It was close to my meeting location, and it was inexpensive. It smelled funny--especially the first floor. It made me think of mold, and the smell never left. When I used the Internet in my room, which was very, very slow, a computer of one of the guest's showed up on my desktop.
The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants
Better than average continental breakfast. Room was clean and fairly modern. Soft comfortable bed feather pillows. Helpful courteous staff. Ac took a long time to cool the room. T.v was very small no fridge or microwave
The staff was exceptional Booked the room 15 mins prior to arrival on Kayak, the reservation was not processed to the hotel in a timely manner, this made check in take much longer than normal
The rooms are wonderfully appointed with rich wood cabinets, comfortable furniture and beds that you could sleep in for weeks. The staff was very accommodating with all the hallmarks of a well run hotel. The food is creative and tasty. Try the White Cosmopolitan cocktail - it is delicious.
I love the room. The staff was very attentive. They room was nice and clean. The ambiance was quiet and nice I wanted to try the restaurant. The chef is Daniel Boloud, a well known chef. The food was OK, but not a memorable experience. The only thing I found extremely good were the Madeleines. Those were the best. The rest, was good, but only good. I was expecting much more.
The grounds are imaculate, loved breakfast in the courtyard. They mix a good Martini. Relaxing. A little variety in the Musak. I have heard" time after tme" more times than I can remember. A "resort" fee of $60 is not appropriate, there is no resort aside from a lovely wading pool. Concierge absent, (assume they have one). Front desk was not up to the task. Ground floor Room lacked a window to the outside world. A door led to a claustrophobic, one chair sized patio Enclosed by a ten foot wall that limited the view to looking up at the sky. Furniture was frayed, toilet ran, wheel fell off rolling desk chair. Bring you own mouth wash, "house' mouthwash is on the mini bar tray.
The location was perfect and the front desk staff went out of his way to help me find the place I needed to go.
Friendly people at the front desk. Very quiet hotel. Clean, very nice room.
The hotel was in an excellent location in terms of attractions around the West Palm beach area. The staff in reception were exteremly helpful and friendly and the free shuttle bus to the local shopping district was an added bonus. The only negative we could find was the breakfast was poor and we didnt enjoy and didnt feel it was very good value for money.
The hotel was exceptionally quiet. Big rooms.
I have no serious complaints about the hotel. It was clean, staff was friendly, and the amenities were good. The free breakfast was pretty extensive. I found it a little expensive for not being a luxury hotel (but then again, West Palm tends to be pricey.) The pillows also looked really fluffy, but once I put my head on them, they flattened like pancakes! Woke up with a neck ache.
Check out time is 11:00 and they push you to be out by then.
Staff was wonderful. Very helpful and courteous. Clean
Complimentary breakfasts and choc chip cookies gratis in lobby in PMs. Comfortable king bed, easy access to pool, breakfast, laundry, exercise rm. Free parking., convenient. Shuttle to downtown Location a bit far from restaurants for nights, shopping etc. Cold water in pool. Food selection at next door restaurant and mediocre quality.
the breakfast and later checkout was great, the room was very nice and very comfortable. They even had free cookies at checkin and they were delicious. I liked the entire experience.
Food and room and turndown service Excellent
The common area decor was very pleasing. No bedside table, no directions as to where things were in the hotel upon arrival (like the elevator, which was down a hall) or that complimentary coffee was In the lobby every morning (Ie no coffee maker on the room), no info on Palm Beach in the room, dirty bathroom(my barefeet stuck to the floor) with no shampoo, someone else's hair in the drain, no morning paper, room next to outdoor seating for the restaurant so very noisy, music from function room until 1 am, loud air conditioner next to the bed so cold air blew on you all night.
I loved the charming unique decor and genuinely friendly kind staff. Location was wonderful!! The red robes were so pretty and unusual candy in the room a fun surprise
Nice gym and great breakfast and coffee.
Nice decor with upscale lobby. Easy parking Breakfast was not included so we were a bit surprised when after breakfast lady asked us to pay $40 if I new this earlier I would pick a hotel that had breakfast included in the price.
Staff was excellent, location was great, rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast in room dining.
convinent, quiet and confortable One of two computers in business center does not work.
Front desk was friendly. 3 different types of mold/mildew in the bathroom. Mismatched granite. Toothpaste splashes on wall. Poor condition overall.
Great place to stay. We stayed for 8 days my 10 year old son loves everything about it. The pool was perfect and always clean. We LOVED the cookies... We will be staying here in the future. No free breakfast!!! I have stay at other places and they had at least bagels, coffee, cereal, the basics. Like I said I was there for 8days and wasn't expecting on buying breakfast for week. But this isn't a deal breaker just keep it in mind and plan for it..
Hotel was close to airport and the shuttle was convenient I got food poisoning right before my cruise and it ruined my whole vacation!!!!!!!!! Don't eat the breakfast.
Staff is friendly The beds are woefully uncomfortable. I literally got no sleep. It does not live up to the holiday in standard I'm used too
I liked how big it was the room
The driver take me to get something to eat Take me to and pick me up from my run and to letting me check out a bit late that was a great help
Sleek, modern, clean & comfortable. It is not the easiest hotel to find and it is in an out of the way location for the casual traveler.
Nice rooms, the place is a "well-kept secret" in palm beach. Nice pool, everything is very realxed. There is no fridge in the room.
Close to the railroad tracks. Poor breakfast
The hotel is convenient and is relatively cheap for the Palm Beach area of Florida and the breakfast facilities were good The room had an ant infestation and when drawn to the attention of the Hotel Reception, the suggestion was that they would let the indigenous lizards into the room to clear the ants. The Air Conditioning was also very noisy
Lovely historic building, very pretty. Friendly & Helpful hotel staff The air conditioning makes too much noise! When you switch it off, u will be steamed in our room. Bad Wifi connection in our room, at the corner of the complex!
Nice, special place. Great location, good staff, private. I even used their computer online to do my business. Had to run the sink water for 5 minutes to get any hot water. Rather small rooms.
Close to airport. Bed was very comfortable. Not as pictured on web--we were put in another part of the hotel away from the main building. No hair dryer.
I liked the central location. It was close to City Place, the Convention Center and not far at all from the beach and Palm Beach across the Intracoastal. Being located in a beautiful historic neighborhood was a major plus for walking. I liked the cute bar and outdoor terrace area - it was so quaint for the continental breakfast. Very clean and well maintained. The lush landscaping did a lot to mitigate the fact that you are located near a major thoroughfare/intersection. Too bad it is so close to the railroad tracks.
It was inexpensive and close to downtown west palm. Outdoors was really nice, but inside was alittle disappointing.
Upon checking in around 4pm, we were told that they were booked to capacity the night before so they were behind on cleaning rooms. Not a problem... The gentlemen at the front desk were accommodating. I originally booked a king studio, but ended up getting a suite at no extra charge. Room was very clean with the exception of two stains from what appears to be juice. The hotel was fairly quiet given SunFest was going on. Breakfast was pretty decent the next morning. Nothing!
Free hot breakfast included, which is pretty comprehensive. Nice outdoor pool area. Friendly staff. Big rooms. Due to limited availability, we had to stay in a room that is normally a smoking room and it was VERY noticeable. We ended up buying our own Febreeze, which helped a little. I didn't even know that you were still allowed to smoke in hotel rooms. Crazy.
Location Popcorn ceilings. Feels like it needs an update
The food was excellent, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Because of the lobby remodeling it is not clear where to go to check in.
The staff was very friendly and rooms were very nice. Even tho check out was at 11 I still got to check out later and no extra cost and the maids didn't rush me at all. I didn't like that the parking lot gets really full and I had the park far away from the entrance
The ability to walk to everything. Great staff
The location was superb! You are close to the convention center, city place and if you wanted to go shopping Worth Avenue was close Our shower had pink mold init when we had our room cleaned our towels were not replenished.
good location early breakfast for marathon good breakfast selection allowed early check-in and late check-out room was never cleaned during stay (2 nights with early check-in)
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and they gave us extra pillows :-) $19 parking :-(
Clean, nice room, great location! No pool. Week amenities. Less than friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was nothing but cold leftovers - good coffee tho. Nice bar, but bartender kept disappearing!
The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were also very helpful with providing feedback about the area. We also enjoyed the central location of the hotel which was about 10 minutes from the beach and great places downtown. N/a
Very personablessed staff and good amenities. The room was frigid (no thermostat control for guests)
Great place! Highly recommended!
excellent location close to convention center and City Center
I loved the suite style room. It was very comfortable. I also loved the location. Within walking distance to all of downtown and the waterfront.
Location was good for event at Kravitz, but makeover of this hotel scores poorly for comfort and safety. Because this is a downtown property, access to parking through garage was not easy to access. Blind corners and poor sineage made parking less than easy. Layout of the room made it difficult for two people to move around simultaneously. Functionality sacrificing for design didn't work real well for us. High ceilings and small footprint made it feel like you were in a tube - in the very small shower, in particular. Limited storage for clothes, poor air circulation - (hot on one side of decorative screen, cold on the other), inconsistent water temp in bathroom. Missed things like make-up mirror and bathrobes. Breakfast was barely edible. What kind of bird laid those eggs?
The room was comfortable and clean. I had the pool area to myself. They had a full and mini bar available 24/7 along with ready made and made to order food. It was in easy walking distance to City Place. They had a shuttle service to the beach or anywhere within 2 mile of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and we could get a late check out. The breakfast offered was pretty good except for the pancakes.
We had a great time at the hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had plenty to offer both on and off the property. I didn't like that breakfast began to be packed up while I was getting a few items. If breakfast is until a certain that time, it should be fully available until that time.
It was very clean The room was very spacious Please do not say breakfast is included. They have coffee and some granola bars and bad muffins.
I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and all rooms being non smoking and free from the smoking smell. The complimentary breakfast was hardly worth promoting. No fruit or anything of substance. For the price I had to pay I would expect more.
Spacious studio apartment. Perfect for getting work done. To get enough light in the room I had to turn on every light. There isn't any one switch that turns on a nice living room-type lighting. It would be nice if they had an apple to grab at check-in/check-out, which is really nice for those in a hurry.
large room. free breakfast consisted of cold coffee, a bag of oatmeal and a protein bar.
Location was easy access to everything We were not offered kitchen untensils nor was our bedding changed for the days we were there.
Great location, the room was clea!! The toilet was clogged, in the grab and go breakfast there were no juice, only coffee and no plates or spoons for the oatmeal.

I loved my room. I could see my self living there! I felt at home. I loved everythung about the room

Nothing other than the location. Staff wasn't helpful. The room smelled so bad. The internet(wifi) even the extended service for $5 per day sucked. My iron board was ripped and I asked for replacement. It never got replaced in my 4 nights stay.
Good location. Room smelled bad.
The rooms were very clean and the staff was wonderful
Location is good. While it's an older hotel, rooms have been updated and are fine. Central courtyard with pool/tables/shuffleboard courts is very large, comfortable, and a friendly place.
The cleanliness and attitude of the staff was excellant. Very enjoyable stay. No fitness area.
Staff very helpful Musty smell in room Mattress too soft
We went to Kennedy Space Center…. Very close… 10 minutes. Most of the staff where Great…women… one man at night no as pleasant
Staff were extremely helpful. The drivers were especially helpful and courteous.......... Was happy with everything and would stay there again. Thank you!
